本発明は、サービス提供者がコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金業務および決済業務を代行業者が代行する際の課金決済業務代行料金算出方法および課金決済業務代行料金算出システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
課金決済代行業務とは、サービス提供者がコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金および決済業務を代行業者がサービス提供者の代わりに行って、コンシューマからサービス利用料を回収するとともに、この課金および決済業務の代行に対する手数料をサービス提供者から徴収することであるが、このような従来の課金および決済業務では、サービス提供者が課金業務を行い、決済業務を代行させることしかできなかった。

そして、このような決済の代行手数料は、１回の代行業務に対して一律の料金であったり、決済金額に対してある一定の割合であるというように固定的に決められていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、サービス提供者がコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金および決済業務では、サービス提供者が課金業務を行い、決済業務を代行させることしかできないため、サービス提供者の処理が増大してしまうという問題があった。

また、上述したように、従来、決済代行手数料は固定的に決められていて、代行業務に要した負荷、労力、システムリソースなどを正確に反映したものでないという問題があった。

本発明は、上記に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、サービス提供者がコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金・決済業務を代行業者に代行させてサービス提供者の負荷を軽減するとともに、代行業務の負荷に応じた手数料を徴収し得るようにした課金決済業務代行算出方法および課金決済業務代行算出システムを提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項１記載の本発明は、サービス提供者側サーバがネットワークを介してコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金業務および決済業務を課金代行業者側サーバおよび決済代行業者側サーバがそれぞれ代行する際における前記課金業務および決済業務の処理手数料である課金決済手数料を算出する課金決済手数料算出方法であって、前記サービス提供者側サーバにより前記コンシューマに提供されたサービスに対する課金決済業務の依頼および当該課金決済業務に必要な情報が当該サービス提供者側サーバから前記課金代行業者側サーバに送信された際に、前記課金代行業者側サーバは、送信された前記課金決済業務の依頼および当該課金決済業務に必要な情報をそれぞれ受信し、受信した課金業務の依頼に応じて、当該課金業務に必要な情報に基づいて前記コンシューマに対する課金処理を実行する段階と、前記決済代行業者側サーバに対し、前記決済業務の依頼および前記決済業務に必要な情報を送信する段階とを備え、前記決済代行業者側サーバは、前記決済業務の依頼に応じて決済処理を実行し、その決済処理の結果を前記課金代行業者側サーバに送信する段階と、自決済代行業者側サーバおよび前記課金代行業者側サーバ間で送受信された決済処理に関する情報量を測定し、この測定された情報量に基づき決済処理手数料を算出し、算出された決済処理手数料を前記課金代行業者側サーバに送信する段階とを備え、前記課金代行業者側サーバは、前記課金処理結果および前記決済処理結果を、それぞれ前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階と、当該サービス提供者側および自課金代行業者側サーバ間で送受信された課金決済処理に関する情報量を測定し、この測定された情報量および前記決済代行業者側サーバから受け取った決済処理手数料に基づいて課金決済処理手数料を算出し、算出された課金決済処理手数料を前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階とをさらに備えたことを要旨とする。請求項２記載の本発明は、サービス提供者側サーバがネットワークを介してコンシューマに提供したサービスに対する課金業務および決済業務を課金代行業者側サーバおよび決済代行業者側サーバがそれぞれ代行する際における前記課金業務および決済業務の処理手数料である課金決済手数料を算出する課金決済手数料算出方法であって、前記サービス提供者側サーバにより前記コンシューマに提供されたサービスに対する課金業務の依頼および当該課金業務に必要な情報が当該サービス提供者側サーバから前記課金代行業者側サーバに送信された際に、前記課金代行業者側サーバは、送信された前記課金業務の依頼内容および当該課金業務に必要な情報をそれぞれ受信し、受信した課金業務の依頼に応じて、前記課金業務に必要な情報に基づいて前記コンシューマに対する課金処理を実行する段階と、前記課金処理結果を前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階と、前記サービス提供者側および自課金代行業者側サーバ間で送受信された課金処理に関する情報量を測定し、この測定された情報量に基づいて課金処理手数料を算出し、算出された課金処理手数料を前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階とを備え、前記サービス提供者側サーバにより前記コンシューマに提供されたサービスに対する前記課金処理結果に基づく決済業務の依頼および当該決済業務に必要な情報が当該サービス提供者側サーバから前記決済代行業者側サーバに送信された際に、前記決済代行業者側サーバは、前記決済業務の依頼に応じて、前記決済業務に必要な情報に基づいて決済処理を実行し、その決済処理の結果を前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階と、前記サービス提供者側サーバおよび自決済代行業者側サーバ間で送受信された決済処理に関する情報量を測定し、この測定された情報量に基づき決済処理手数料を算出し、算出された決済処理手数料を前記サービス提供者側サーバに送信する段階とを備えている。

同図に示すシステムは、サービスを提供するサービス提供者側に設けられるサービス提供者側サーバ（以下、単にサービス提供者という）１、このサービス提供者１からサービスを受けるコンシューマ３、課金業務を代行して行う課金代行業者側に設けられる課金代行業者側サーバ（以下、単に課金代行業者という）５、および決済業務を代行して行う決済代行業者側に設けられる決済代行業者側サーバ（以下、単に決済代行業者という）７から構成されている。また、サービス提供者１は、サービス提供機能１ａを有し、課金代行業者５は、課金処理機能５ａ、および課金処理にかかった負荷の測定、すなわち課金業務を依頼する業者１と課金代行業者５との間で課金処理に関して送受信される情報量の測定を行う情報量測定装置５ｂを有する。また、決済代行業者７は決済処理機能７ａ、および決済処理にかかった負荷の測定、すなわち決済業務を依頼する業者と決済代行業者７との間で決済処理に関して送受信される情報量の測定を行う情報量測定装置７ｂを有する。

次に、上述したように構成される図１の実施形態の作用である課金決済業務代行料金算出方法の処理手順について説明する。

まず、サービス提供者１は、サービス提供機能１ａを用いて、コンシューマ３にサービスを提供すると（処理（１））、課金処理および決済処理を課金代行業者５に依頼し、この課金、決済処理に必要な情報を課金代行業者５に送信する（処理（２））。課金代行業者５は、サービス提供者１から課金、決済処理を依頼されると、課金処理機能５ａで課金処理を行うとともに、またサービス利用料をコンシューマ３に請求し（処理（３））、更に決済代行業者７に決済処理を依頼し、この決済処理に必要な情報を決済代行業者７に送信する（処理（４））。コンシューマ３は、前記サービス利用料の請求に対してサービス利用料を決済代行業者７に支払う（処理（５））。

次に、決済代行業者７は、課金代行業者５からの決済処理の依頼に対して決済処理機能７ａで決済処理を行い、この決済処理結果を課金代行業者５に通知するとともに、決済代行業者７は課金代行業者５と決済処理に関して送受信された情報量を情報量測定装置７ｂで測定し、この測定した情報量に基づく決済処理手数料を計算し、この決済処理手数料の請求を課金代行業者５に送信する（処理（６））。

課金代行業者５は、決済代行業者７から受け取った決済処理結果と課金代行業者５自身で行った課金処理結果をサービス提供者１に通知するとともに、サービス提供者１と課金・決済処理に関して送受信された情報量を情報量測定装置５ｂで測定し、この測定した情報量および決済代行業者７から受け取った決済処理手数料に基づきサービス提供者１に対する課金決済処理手数料を計算し、この手数料の請求をサービス提供者１に送信する（処理（７））。サービス提供者１は、課金代行業者５に課金決済処理手数料を支払い、また課金代行業者５は決済代行業者７に決済処理手数料を支払う。

課金代行業者５および決済代行業者７にそれぞれ設けられている情報量測定装置５ｂおよび情報量測定装置７ｂは、それぞれ相手事業者との間で送受信された情報量を測定するものである。そして、課金代行業者５および決済代行業者７は、この測定された情報量に基づき各処理に対する手数料を算出する。この情報量は、ＨＴＭＬやＸＭＬにおけるタグの数に相当するものである。

次に、図２を参照して、本発明の他の実施形態の課金決済業務代行方法について説明する。図２に示す実施形態は、システムの基本的構成が図１に示すものと同じであるが、図１の実施形態ではサービス提供者１は課金代行業者５に課金処理および決済処理の両方を依頼し、課金代行業者５から決済代行業者７に決済処理を依頼していたのに対して、図２の実施形態では、サービス提供者１が課金代行業者５に課金処理を依頼するとともに、また決済代行業者７に決済処理を依頼するというようにサービス提供者１が課金処理および決済処理を別々に依頼するという点が異なるものであり、各構成要素であるサービス提供者１、コンシューマ３、課金代行業者５、決済代行業者７自体の構成は同じである。
