請求項1の発明は、上面に出し入れ口を備えたケース本体と、このケース本体にヒンジ部により取付けられて上記出し入れ口を開閉する蓋とから成り、上記ケース本体の内部空間が、袋入り薬剤を収容しうる第1収容部と、錠剤を収容しうる第2収容部とに仕切られる一方、上記ケース本体にフラップが、上記蓋の開閉中心軸と平行な軸を中心として、上記第1収容部に収容された袋入り薬剤を上から押さえ込む倒伏位置と、同薬剤を解放する起立位置との間で回動自在に取付けられ、このフラップに薬剤押し上げ部が、フラップの倒伏位置でケース本体の底面に接し、起立位置で同本体底面から起き上がる状態で、フラップに対して薄肉のヒンジ部を介して回動自在に設けられたものである。
