本発明は、通信手段を用いて外部サーバとの通信を行うことが可能な浴室設置式の通信機能付浴室テレビに関するものである。

最近浴室にテレビが設置され、入浴しながらテレビを楽しむことが可能となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、浴室に設置されるテレビはテレビ局から送られる映像が画面に流れるだけの機能しかなく、最近の高度情報化社会に対応した情報処理機能を備えておらず、風呂釜等の風呂器具にアクセスして、風呂器具にグレードアップした制御情報を供給したり、あるいはインターネット等の通信手段を介して外部サーバとの通信を行い、浴室のテレビを外部サーバとの情報処理端末として機能させることができず、情報社会の高度の発展に対応できなくなりつつある。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は、通信手段を介して外部サーバとの情報処理端末として機能させ、さらに、風呂器具にアクセスして、風呂器具に運転制御の最新の情報を供給して風呂運転制御のグレードアップを図ることが可能な通信機能付浴室テレビを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために、次のような手段を講じている。すなわち、第１の発明は、風呂器具を運転制御する種類の異なる運転プログラムを有している外部サーバとの通信手段および風呂器具との通信手段と、情報の外部入力手段と、前記外部サーバが有している前記種類の異なる運転プログラムの中から選択した運転プログラムを前記外部サーバとの通信手段を用いてダウンロードするダウンロード手段と、このダウンロード手段がダウンロードした運転プログラムを格納するメモリと、このメモリに格納されたダウンロードの運転プログラムを用いて風呂器具の運転を制御する器具制御部とを備えた構成をもって課題を解決する手段としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態例を図面に基づき説明する。図２は本発明の通信機能付浴室テレビ１の使用形態の概念を示すものである。通信機能付浴室テレビ１は浴室に設置され、この通信機能付浴室テレビ１にはテレビ局からの電波を受信し、必要に応じ、通信機能付浴室テレビ（以下、浴室テレビという）１側から送信の電波を発信するアンテナ２が設けられ、また、商用電源に接続する電源プラグ３が設けられている。
