【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、配達記録郵便物用封筒であって、しかも、種々のカードを送付することができるカード送付郵便物用封筒に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
近年、書留郵便物や簡易書留郵便物に受取人の引受番号（又は書留番号という）等を表示することにより、書留郵便物又は簡易書留郵便物の送達情報を管理する書留情報システムが施行されている。
また、この書留情報システムの導入に伴って、書留郵便物や簡易書留郵便物の配達記録を証明する配達証及びその控を、予め書留郵便物又は簡易書留郵便物に貼付した配達記録郵便物の料金割引制度も施行されている。
これに伴って、配達記録郵便物用の封筒が広く普及されてきている。
ここで、図９及び図１０を参照して、従来の配達記録郵便物用封筒Ｂについて説明すると、従来の配達記録郵便物用封筒Ｂは、周知の窓付き封筒５１内に封書を入れて封緘した後、この封緘した窓付き封筒５１の裏面に単に配達証５２及びその控５３を貼付したものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来の配達記録郵便物用封筒Ｂでは、未だ、以下の解決すべき課題を有していた。
即ち、従来の配達記録郵便物用封筒Ｂでは、まず、（１）窓付き封筒５１内に封書を入れて封緘した後、（２）この窓付き封筒５１の窓５１ａ、５１ｂにそれぞれ表示される受取人の住所氏名及びそのバーコードの引受番号に応じて、配達証５２及びその控５３の欄に受取人の住所氏名及び引受番号並びにバーコード等の受取人情報を印刷し、（３）次いで、窓付き封筒５１の裏面に受取人情報が印刷された配達証５２及びその控５３を貼付した後、（４）窓付き封筒５１の窓５１ａ、５１ｂに表示される受取人情報と、配達証５２及びその控５３に記載された受取人情報を照合するという作業を必要としていた。
このため、窓付き封筒５１の窓５１ａ、５１ｂに表示される受取人情報と、配達証５２及びその控５３に印刷される受取人情報が異なる貼付ミスが起き易いという問題があった。
そこで、窓付き封筒５１内に封書を入れて封緘した後、配達証５２及びその控５３を、窓付き封筒５１の裏面に貼付し、次いで、配達証５２及びその控５３の各欄に受取人情報を印刷する方法が提案されている。
ところが、この場合、窓付き封筒５１の窓５１ａ、５１ｂには通常セロファン等の透明な合成樹脂が貼着されているので、窓付き封筒５１の裏面に貼着された配達証５２及びその控５３の各欄に受取人情報を印刷するため、窓付き封筒５１をレーザープリンター等の印刷機に通すと、透明な合成樹脂上を図示しないプーリ等が滑って空転したり、この窓５１ａ、５１ｂと合成樹脂の段差にプーリ等が引っ掛かったりするなど、受取人情報を記載する配達証５２及びその控５３の各欄に受取人情報を印刷することができないという問題があった。
更に、上述した配達記録郵便物用封筒Ｂを用いて、キャッシュカードやクレジットカードなど種々のカードを送付する場合、窓付き封筒５１の窓５１ａ、５１ｂに表示される受取人情報と、配達証５２及びその控５３に印刷される受取人情報と、このカードが異なるというミスが多発するという問題もあった。

本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、配達記録郵便物用封筒の表面に表示される受取人情報と、配達記録郵便物用封筒の裏面に貼付される配達証及びその控に表示される受取人情報、更に、封入されるカードとが異なるのを防止することができると共に、配達記録郵便物用封筒の表面に確実に受取人情報を印刷することができる信頼性に優れたカード送付郵便物用封筒を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的に沿う請求項１記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒は、封筒と、該封筒に連接されたカード台紙とを有するカード送付郵便物用封筒であって、前記封筒は、一方の長辺側に開口部を有すると共に、前記カード台紙を封入可能な大きさを有する封筒本体と、前記封筒本体の前記一方の長辺側に連設され、表面に受取人の住所氏名、及びその引受番号をそれぞれ記載する住所氏名記載欄、及び引受番号記載欄を有すると共に、裏面に前記封筒本体の封をする糊代を有する表紙と、前記封筒本体の裏面側に、それぞれ取外し可能に貼着された配達証及びその控とを備え、しかも、前記表紙を展開した状態で、該表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄と、前記配達証及びその控とが同一側に配置されてなり、更に、前記カード台紙は、前記封筒の表紙の一方の長辺に切れ目を介して連接され、しかも、所定大きさのカードを収納するカード収納部を備えている。

請求項２記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒は、請求項１記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒において、前記封筒本体は、前記表紙の一方の長辺に連接された裏紙と、該裏紙の裏面側に符合する台紙と、該台紙の各短辺及び一方の長辺に連接された第１〜第３の折り曲げ片と、該台紙の第３の折り曲げ片に切れ目を介して連接された前記配達証及びその控とを備え、しかも、前記第１〜第３の折り曲げ片及び前記配達証及びその控を、前記裏紙の表面側に折り返して貼着されてなる。
請求項３記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒は、請求項１又は２記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒において、前記カード収納部は、前記表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄と、前記配達証及びその控とが同一側に配置されている。

請求項４記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒は、請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒において、前記カード台紙にはカード収納部側に、受取人の住所氏名を記載する住所氏名記載欄及び／又は受取人の引受番号を記載する引受番号記載欄を有している。
請求項５記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒は、請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒において、前記カード台紙は、前記カード収納部を有する第１の紙片と、該第１の紙片に折り目を介して連接された第２の紙片とを有している。
なお、ここで、カードとしては、キャッシュカード、クレジットカード、プリペイドカード、会員証（又は会員カードともいう）、テレホンカードなど種々のものを挙げることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
続いて、添付した図面を参照しつつ、本発明を具体化した実施の形態につき説明し、本発明の理解に供する。
ここで、図１及び図２はそれぞれは本発明の一実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒の全体構成を示す正面図及び背面図、図３は同カード送付郵便物用封筒の使用状態を示す斜視図、図４及び図５はそれぞれカード台紙の封入状態を示す正面図及び背面図である。

まず、図１〜図５を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの全体構成について説明する。
図１〜図５に示すように、本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａは、一方の長辺側に開口部１１ａを有する封筒本体１１と、この封筒本体１１の一方の長辺側に連設された表紙１２と、封筒本体１１の裏面側（図５参照）に取外し可能にそれぞれ貼着された配達証１８及びその控１９とを備える封筒１０（図３参照）と、この封筒の表紙１２の他方の長辺に切れ目の一例であるミシン目ｄを介して連接され、しかも、所定大きさのカード２３を収納するカード収納部２１ａを備える第１の紙片２１と、この第１の紙片２１の一方の長辺に折り目ｅを介して連接された第２の紙片２２からなるカード台紙２０（図３参照）とを有している。

次に、本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの各部の構成について詳細に説明する。まず図１〜図５を参照して封筒１０について説明すると、この封筒１０の一側（図１では下側）には、表面に受取人の住所氏名、及びその引受番号（バーコードを含む）をそれぞれ記載する住所氏名記載欄１２ａ、及び引受番号記載欄１２ｂを有する長方形状の表紙１２が設けられている。
また、この表紙１２の表面の引受番号記載欄１２ｂの上部の見易い所には、本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａを用いた郵便物が、配達証１８及びその控１９を添付した配達記録郵便物であることを示す目的で、「配達記録」の文字を二重枠で囲んだ表示１２ｃがなされている。
また、表紙１２の裏面の３つの周縁部には、封筒本体１１の開口部１１ａを綴じるため、唾液や水などで濡らすことにより容易に封緘できるアラビア糊等の貼着剤が付着されてなる糊代１２ｅが形成されている（図２参照）。
なお、図中、符号１２ｄは表紙１２の表面の右側上部に記載された「料金別納郵便」等の消印、符号１２ｆは受取人に開封箇所を明示するためのレターナイフの絵と「レターナイフでお切り下さい」の文字を記載した表示である。

そして、前述した表紙１２の一方の長辺（図１では上辺）には、折り目ａを介して表紙１２より縦幅の大きな長方形状の裏紙１３が連接されている。また、この裏紙１３の表面で、配達証１８の下側には、差出人の住所氏名を記載する住所記載欄１３ａが設けられている。
更に、この裏紙１３の裏面側には、この裏紙１３と大きさの符合する長方形状の台紙１４（図２参照）が設けられ、その左、右の各短辺、及び一方の長辺（図１では上辺）には、それぞれ図示しない折り目を介して台形状の第１〜第３の折り曲げ片１５〜１７が連接されている。また、更に、第３の折り曲げ片１７の一方の長辺（図１では下辺）には、それぞれ切り取り用のミシン目ｂ、ｃを介して長方形状の配達証１８及びその控１９が連接されている。

そして、上記した裏紙１３及び台紙１４を符合した状態で、第１、第２の折り曲げ片１５、１６を、図示しない折り目から裏紙１３の表面側に折り返してこの裏紙１３の表面側に貼着した後、更に、第３の折り曲げ片１７、配達証１８及びその控１９を、図示しない折り目から裏紙１３の表面側に折り返してこの裏紙１３の表面側及びこの裏紙１３に貼着された第１、第２の折り曲げ片１５、１６上に貼着することによって、封筒本体１１が構成されている。
なお、配達証１８及びその控１９は、受領物の印影が１年間消えない等、郵便物の取扱いに支障のない普通紙や上質紙等からなる長辺８ｃｍ以上、短辺５ｃｍ以上の四角形片からなっていると共に、所要の際、ミシン目ｂ、ｃから切り離すまで、本配達記録郵便物を送達する途中で、裏紙１３から剥離せず、しかも、剥がすときは、容易に剥離することができ、更に、その後、配達証１８及びその控１９の貼着面がべたつかないようになっている。

また、ここで、この配達証１８及び控１９について詳述すると、この配達証１８及び控１９には、その最上段に各証を明示する証明示欄１８ａ、１９ａ、その下段に受取人の住所氏名を表示する住所氏名表示欄１８ｂ、１９ｂ、その下段に受取人の引受番号を表示する引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃ、その左下に指定配達日を表示する配達日指定欄１８ｄ、１９ｄ、引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃの右下に差出人名を表示する差出人名表示欄１８ｅ、１９ｅがそれぞれ設けられている。
そして、予め、住所氏名表示欄１８ｂ、１９ｂには、それぞれ「（受取人の住所、氏名）」の文字、引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃには、それぞれ「（引受番号）」の文字が記載されている。

更に、配達証１８の住所氏名表示欄１８ｂの右下に、受取人の受領印を捺印する受領印欄１８ｆが設けられていると共に、控１９の住所氏名表示欄１９ｂの右下には、摘要欄１９ｆが設けられ、また、予め、受領印欄１８ｆには「受領印」の文字、摘要欄１９ｆには「摘要」の文字がそれぞれ記載されている。
なお、配達証１８及びその控１９はミシン目ｆを介して連接されている。また、図中、符号１８ｇ、１９ｇはそれぞれ配達証１８及びその控１９の角部に設けられた半円形状の摘みである。

次に、残るカード台紙２０について説明すると、前述した表紙１２の他方の長辺（図１では下辺）には、切り取り用のミシン目ｄを介して表紙１２より横幅の小さな長方形状の第１の紙片２１が連接されていると共に、この第１の紙片２１の一方の長辺（図１では下辺）には折り目ｅを介して第１の紙片２１より縦幅の大きな長方形状の第２の紙片２２が連接されている。そしてこれら第１、第２の紙片２１、２２によってカード台紙２０が構成されている。
また、第１の紙片２１には、一対の楕円形の開口部２１ｂが形成されており、これによって、カード２３を収納するカード収納部２１ａが構成されていると共に、このカード収納部２１ａの一側（図１では左側）には、受取人の住所氏名が記載される住所氏名記載欄２１ｃが設けられている。
なお、本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの主要寸法は図１及び図２に示す通りである（単位はｍｍである）。

次に、本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの使用方法について説明する。
まず、カード送付郵便物用封筒Ａを図示しないレーザープリンターの給紙カセットにセットした後、レーザープリンターに接続されたパソコンに予め入力されていた受取人情報等を、表紙１２の住所氏名記載欄１２ａ及び引受番号記載欄１２ｂ、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａ、配達証１８及びその控１９の空白となっている各欄１８ａ〜１８ｅ、１９ａ〜１９ｅ、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃに印刷する。

この際、表紙１２の住所氏名記載欄１２ａ、配達証１８及びその控１９の各住所氏名表示欄１８ｂ、１９ｂ、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃには、受取人の郵便番号住所氏名、例えば「〒８０２北九州市小倉北区中島１−３−１山田花子」の文字（図４、図５参照）、また、表紙１２の引受番号記載欄１２ｂ、配達証１８及びその控１９の各引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃには、それぞれ引受番号及びそのバーコード、例えば引受番号の一例である「Ｃ３３１６８００５４９６Ｃ」の文字（図４、図５参照）がそれぞれ印刷される。
また、配達証１８の証明示欄１８ａには、「書留郵便物配達証（簡）」の文字、控１９の証明示欄１９ａには「書留郵便物配達証控（簡）」の文字、更に、配達証１８及びその控１９の各差出人名表示欄１８ｅ、１９ｅには、それぞれ差出人名、例えば「○○カード株式会社」の文字、また、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａには、差出人の住所、例えば「〒８１２福岡市博多区築港本町６−１６」の文字がそれぞれ印刷される。
なお、表紙１２の引受番号記載欄１２ｂ、及び、配達証１８及び控１９の各引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃには、上段にバーコード、下段に引受番号が印刷される。

次に、図３に示すように、カード台紙２０のカード収納部２１ａにカード２３を挿入した後、配達証１８及びその控１９の各欄１８ａ〜１８ｅ、１９ａ〜１９ｅに印刷された受取人情報と、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａに記載された差出人情報と、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃに印刷された受取人情報と、更に、カード２３に記載された受取人情報とを照合して、間違いがないことを確認する。住所氏名記載欄２１ｃには受取人の引受番号を記載する引受番号記載欄を設けてもよい。
そして、封筒１０からカード台紙２０をミシン目ｄに沿って切り離した後、折り目ｅに沿ってカード台紙２０を二つ折りして、第１の紙片２１の上に第２の紙片２２を重ねる。最後に、二つ折りしたカード台紙２０を封筒１０内に入れた後、表紙１２の糊代１２ｅに唾液又は水等を付けて濡らし、折り目ａに沿って折り曲げながら、台紙１４に糊付けして完了する。

以上のように本実施の形態に係るカード送付郵便物用封筒Ａによれば、表紙１２の住所氏名記載欄１２ａ及び引受番号記載欄１２ｂと、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａと、台紙１４に貼着された配達証１８及びその控１９と、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃとが同一側にあるため、レーザープリンタ等の汎用機を用いて容易に印刷することができるだけでなく、郵便物の宛名等の照合作業における照合ミスを極めて効果的に抑制することができる。
また、第１の紙片２１のカード収納部２１ａも、上述した表紙１２の住所氏名記載欄１２ａ及び引受番号記載欄１２ｂや、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａ、台紙１４に貼着された配達証１８及びその控１９等と同一側にあるため、カード２３との照合作業も楽であり、また、照合ミスも低減することができる。
また、たとえ、封筒１０とカード台紙２０を切り離しても、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃに受取人情報が印刷されているため、このカード台紙２０を誤って他の封筒に入れてしまう間違いを防止することができる。
更に、従来の配達記録郵便物用封筒に使用する窓付き封筒のような窓を覆う透明な合成樹脂を有さないので、表紙１２の住所氏名記載欄１２ａ及び引受番号記載欄１２ｂと、裏紙１３の住所記載欄１３ａと、台紙１４に貼着された配達証１８及びその控１９と、カード台紙２０の住所氏名記載欄２１ｃに受取人情報等を印刷する際、図示しないプーリ等が滑って空転したり、引っ掛かったりするのを防止することができ、確実に受取人情報等を印刷することができる。

以上、本発明の実施の形態を説明したが、本発明は上述した実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、要旨を逸脱しない条件の変更等は全て本発明の適用範囲である。
例えば、本実施の形態では、第１の紙片２１及び第２の紙片２２からなるカード台紙２０を設けたが、第１の紙片２１だけであってもよい。また、第３の紙片を設けて三つ折りにしてもよいし、それ以上折り重ねてもよい。
また、本実施の形態では、表紙１２の裏面周縁部に糊代１２ｅを設けたが、この表紙１２の裏面周縁部に剥離紙を除去して容易に封緘できるアスティックテープを設けてもよい。
また、本実施の形態では、第１の紙片２１に一対の楕円形の開口部２１ｂからなるカード収納部２１ａを設けたが、図６に示すように、第１の紙片２１に４つの直線状の切り込み２１ｄからなるカード収納部２４を設けてもよい。
また、図７に示すように、第１の紙片２１に一対の曲線状の切り込み２１ｅからなるカード収納部２５を設けてもよい。
また、図８に示すように、カード収納部２１ａを複数設けることも可能である。

また、本実施の形態では、カード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの表面の見易い所に「配達記録」の文字を二重枠で囲んだ表示１２ｃを設けたが、その他、カード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの表面の見易い所に「簡易書留」の文字を二重枠で囲んだ表示を表示してもよい。
また、本実施の形態では、配達証１８及び控１９の各証明示欄１８ａ、１９ａに、本配達記録郵便物の種類を明示する表示として、簡易書留の場合に「簡」の文字を記載したが、そのほか、簡易書留の場合、「簡易」、「カンイ」等、書留の場合、「書留」、「カキトメ」等の文字を記載してもよい。
また、本実施の形態では、予め、住所氏名表示欄１８ｂ、１９ｂにそれぞれ「（受取人の住所、氏名）」の文字、引受番号表示欄１８ｃ、１９ｃにそれぞれ「（引受番号）」の文字を記載したが、そのほか、各証明示欄１８ａ、１９ａにそれぞれ「書留郵便物配達証」及び「書留郵便物配達証（控）」の文字、住所氏名表示欄１８ｂ、１９ｂにそれぞれ「様」の文字、配達日指定欄１８ｄ、１９ｄにはそれぞれ「月日」の文字を記載してもよい。
また、平成８年８月３１日迄は、カード送付郵便物用封筒Ａの表面に記載された「配達記録」の文字の左側部の封筒縁端部に青色の縦線を表示した配達記録郵便物表示部とすることも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明からも明らかなように本発明の請求項１〜５記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒においては、展開状態で、表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄と、配達証及びその控とが同一側になっているので、封筒の表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄や、配達証及びその控に容易に受取人情報を印刷することができると共に、従来のように、配達記録郵便物を表裏ひっくり返して確認する面倒な作業を省略でき、照合ミスを極めて低減することができる。
また、封筒を構成する表紙の表面に受取人の住所氏名及びその引受番号をそれぞれ記載する住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄を設けて、この住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄に受取人情報を直接印刷するので、従来の窓付き封筒の窓を覆う合成樹脂によってプーリ等が滑って空転する等して受取人情報を印刷することができなくなるのを防止することができる。
勿論、配達記録郵便料金の割引の適用を受けることができることはいうまでもない。

特に、請求項２記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒においては、配達証及びその控は台紙の第３の折り曲げ片に切れ目を介して連接されているので、所要の際、配達証及びその控を切れ目から切り離すまで、本配達記録郵便物を送達する途中で裏紙から剥離するのを確実に防止することができる。
請求項３記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒においては、カード収納部は、表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄、及び配達証及びその控と同一側に配置されているので、カードとの照合ミスも低減することができる。

請求項４記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒においては、カード収納部と同一側のカード台紙に、受取人の住所氏名を記載する住所氏名記載欄及び／又は受取人の引受番号を記載する引受番号記載欄を有しているので、たとえ、封筒とカード台紙を切り離しても、カード台紙の住所氏名記載欄及び／又は引受番号記載欄に記載された受取人情報によって、切り離したカード台紙を所望の封筒に確実に封入することができる。また、カード収納部にカードを入れる際、カード収納部の側の住所氏名記載欄及び／又は引受番号記載欄に記載された受取人情報を目視で確認することができ、カード収納部から別に設けられた封筒の表紙の住所氏名記載欄及び引受番号記載欄や、配達証及びその控に印刷された受取人情報等を目で追うのに比べ格段に作業効率を向上させることができる。
【００２５】
請求項５記載のカード送付郵便物用封筒においては、カード台紙は、カード収納部を有する第１の紙片と、該第１の紙片に折り目を介して連接された第２の紙片とを有しているので、カード台紙を二つ折りして封筒内に封入することができ、この結果、カードを傷めるのを防止することができる。
