Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention pivots the left and right ends of the top plate portion of the folding workbench so that the leg portions can be opened and closed in a closed leg state folded on the lower surface of the top plate portion and an open leg state standing downward. Pivot fittingsFolding work table provided at both ends of the work tableIt is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
10 is a front view showing a conventional folding workbench 11 in an open leg state, FIG. 11 is a side view, and FIG. 12 is a front view showing the workbench 11 in a closed leg state. 13A is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 10, and FIG. 13B is a partially enlarged view of FIG. This folding workbench 11 stood on both the left and right ends of the top plate portion 2 with the legs 3 and 3 folded to the lower surface of the top plate portion 2 by the pivot fittings 14 and 15 and downward. It is pivotally attached so that it can be opened and closed in the open leg state. Each leg portion 3 is composed of a pair of leg posts 7, 7 that are arranged in a substantially C-shape and spread out at the end, and a step bar 8 that is horizontally mounted in a plurality of stages on both leg posts 7, 7. Reference numeral 16 denotes a stopper for fixing each leg 3 in the open leg state.
[0003]
In the folding work table in which the length of the leg portion 3 is as long as the length of the top plate portion 2 as in the folding work table 11 shown here, when the leg portion 3 is folded and stored in a closed leg state, In order to avoid interference between the portions 3 and 3, as shown in FIG. 12, one leg 3, for example, the right leg 3 is folded so as to contact the lower surface of the top plate 2, and then the right side A folding structure in which the left leg 3 folded so as to contact the lower surface of the leg 3 is parallel to the top plate 2 makes it easy to load the folding work table 11 in multiple stages. Effective during transportation and storage.
[0004]
As described above, in order to have a folding structure in which the top plate portion 2 and the other leg portion 3 folded on and superimposed on the leg portion 3 previously folded on the lower surface of the top plate portion 2 are parallel to each other. In addition, in the past, a pivot fitting that pivotally attaches the leg 3 to one end of the top plate 2 and a pivot fitting that pivotally attaches the leg 3 to the other end of the top 2, Metal fittings with different sizes are used. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the pivot fitting 14 that pivots the leg 3 that is folded first to the top plate 2 is pivoted so that the leg 3 is folded close to the top 2. A small pivot fitting with a small turning radius around the support shaft 6, and the pivot fitting 15 that pivots the leg 3 that is folded later on the top plate 2 is a space for avoiding interference with the leg 3 that is folded first. Is formed as a large-sized pivot fitting with a large turning radius around the pivot shaft 6 so as to be formed between the bottom plate 2 and the lower surface of the top plate 2.
[0005]
Specifically, as can be seen from FIG. 13, the small pivot fitting 14 includes a fixed connection plate 14 a attached to one end side of the top plate portion 2, a movable connection plate 14 b attached to one leg portion 3, and both connections. The plates 14a and 14b are pivotally connected to the projecting plate portions a and b that overlap each other, and the pivot shaft 6 is separated from the lower surface of the top plate portion 2 by δ. It is provided so as to penetrate b. The large pivot fitting 15 is composed of a fixed connecting plate 14A attached to the other end of the top plate 2, a movable connecting plate 14B attached to the other leg 3, and both connecting plates 14A and 14B overlapping each other. The pivot plate 6 is pivotally connected to the projecting plate portions A and B. The pivot shaft 6 penetrates the projecting plate portions a and b at a position away from the lower surface of the top plate portion 2 by Δ (> δ). It is provided to do.
[0006]
When the folding workbench 11 in the open leg state is folded as shown in FIG. 13A, when the leg 3 pivoted by the small pivot fitting 14 having a small turning radius is folded first, this leg The portion 3 is housed close to the lower surface of the top plate portion 2, and then the leg portion 3 pivoted by the large pivot fitting 15 having a large turning radius is folded, so that the leg portion 3 becomes the top plate portion 2. It is accommodated while maintaining the space S for avoiding interference with the leg part 3 folded first between the lower surface and the top board part 2 and the leg part 3 folded first as shown in FIG. The leg 3 after being folded and folded becomes parallel.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in order to manufacture one folding work table, the small pivot attachment 14 and the large pivot attachment 15 are required. More specifically, the small pivot attachment 14 is fixedly connected. Since there are two types of connection plates, the plate 14a and the movable connection plate 14b, and the large pivot fitting 15 also has two types of connection plates, the fixed connection plate 14A and the movable connection plate 14B, there are four types of connection. Although it is a plate, the pivot fittings are attached to four places in total, two on the left and right ends of the top plate portion 2, and small pivot fittings on either the left or right end of the top plate portion 2. 14 is attached to the other end side, and the same pivotal fitting cannot be used before and after each of the left and right ends of the top plate portion 2, so that eight kinds of connecting plates are required after all. . Thus, since it is necessary to manufacture as many as eight types of parts (connecting plates) for manufacturing a single folding work table, the parts management is complicated and the mold production cost is very high. There is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the product increases.
[0008]
In view of the above, the present invention is a folding workbench in which the types of components of the pivot fitting can be reduced as much as possible, and the manufacturing cost of the folding workbench can be reduced.EspeciallyThe purpose is to provide a pivot fitting.
