Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a novel structure for attaching a towel bar to the front surface of a vanity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 8, in the conventional vanity T, when a towel bar 5 for hanging towels or the like is provided, the washbasin 1 placed on the cabinet 2 and the door 4 on the front surface of the cabinet 2 are provided. Brackets 6 and 6 are fixed to the curtain plate 3, and both ends of the towel bar 5 are held by the brackets 6 and 6.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to reduce the number of components of a cabinet and to reduce the cost as much as possible when providing a towel bar on a vanity.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The feature of the towel bar mounting structure adopted by the present invention for the above-mentioned purpose is that a bathroom vanity is constructed by placing a washbasin on the top of a cabinet having a door on the front side. An inner curtain plate member having a main body portion and a door contact portion projecting from the main body portion is provided near the lower surface of the container, and the inner curtain plate member is brought into contact with the rear surface of the door by bringing the door contact portion of the inner curtain plate member into contact with the back surface of the door. An insertion space is formed between the main body of the plate member and the back surface of the door, an opening that leads to the insertion space is provided between the front lower edge of the basin and the upper end surface of the door, and both ends of the towel bar are held. The bracket to be attached is brought into contact with the side plate of the cabinet in the insertion space.
[0005]
According to such a structure, the curtain plate for fixing the brackets that support both end portions of the towel bar is not required, so that the curtain plate is omitted and the number of members can be reduced. In addition, since a finger can be inserted into the insertion space from the opening between the front lower edge of the basin and the upper edge of the door and the one edge of the door can be gripped, a handle for opening and closing the door Can be eliminated.
[0006]
In implementing the above structure, the following two types of bracket mounting modes are conceivable. One is an aspect in which the bracket is fixed to the inner curtain plate member, and the other is an aspect in which the bracket is fixed to a side plate of the cabinet.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In the vanity table S to which the present invention is applied, the washbasin 1 is mounted on the cabinet 2 and has a door 4 on the front side of the cabinet 2. The conventional curtain plate (see FIG. 8) is omitted, and instead, the inner curtain plate member 10 is attached near the lower surface of the wash basin 1 in the cabinet 2.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, the inner curtain plate member 10 includes a main body portion 11 and a door stop portion 12 projecting at right angles to the main body portion 11. The main body 11 has a length substantially equal to the inner dimension of the cabinet 2 in the left-right direction. An attachment portion 13 for inserting a dowel 14 (see FIG. 2B) for attaching the main body portion 11 to the side plate 2a of the cabinet 2 is provided on the back surface portion. The inner curtain plate member 10 is manufactured by, for example, aluminum extrusion.
[0009]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the bracket 7 for holding the towel bar 5 includes a fixed portion 7a attached to the inner curtain plate member 10 and the cabinet side plate 2a with screws 8 and the like, and a support arm protruding forward from the fixed portion 7a. It consists of a holding part 7c which is provided at the tip of the part 7b and the support arm part 7b and into which both ends of the towel bar 5 are inserted. The bracket 7 is attached as follows.
[0010]
First, the inner curtain plate member 10 is attached between the side plates 2a, 2a of the cabinet 2 in a substantially horizontal posture using a dowel 14 or the like. At this time, the upper end of the main body 11 is made to coincide with the upper end of the side plate 2a, and the front end of the door stop 12 is made to coincide with the front end of the side plate 2a. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, an insertion space 20 is formed between the main body 11 of the inner curtain plate member 10 and the back surface of the door 4 so that fingers can be inserted. Moreover, it sets so that the opening part 21 of the grade which can insert a finger between the upper end surface of the door 4 and the lower surface of the washbasin 1 is formed.
[0011]
Next, the fixing portion 7a of the bracket 7 in which both end portions of the towel bar 5 are inserted into the holding portion 7c is fastened to the main body portion 11 of the inner curtain plate member 10 with screws 8 as shown in FIG. At this time, the base end side of the support arm portion 7b may be simultaneously fixed to the front end surface of the cabinet side plate 2a with the screw 8.
[0012]
In the towel bar mounting structure of the present example configured as described above, the insertion space 20 is provided on the back side of the door 4 and the bracket 7 is mounted in the insertion space 20, so that the conventional curtain plate 3 (see FIG. 8). ) Is not required. Therefore, since the number of components of the cabinet 2 can be reduced, it can contribute to the reduction of the product price of the vanity. Moreover, since a finger can be inserted into the insertion space 20 for attaching the bracket 7 from the opening 21 between the wash basin 1 and the door 4 and the upper end of the door 4 can be gripped, a handle is not used. Even the door 4 can be opened and closed. That is, the handle member can be omitted. Furthermore, since the height dimension of the door 4 can be expanded by the amount that the curtain plate is omitted, the frontage dimension of the cabinet 2 is increased, and the advantage that the article can be easily taken in and out is obtained.
[0013]
[Second Embodiment]
As illustrated in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a mode in which the bracket 7 is not fixed to the inner curtain plate member 10 but only to the side plate 2a of the cabinet 2 is also possible. In this case, the fixing part 7a of the bracket 7 may be a right-angled part that contacts the front and side surfaces of the side plate 2a. The bracket 7 having such a shape can be used when the mounting strength of the inner curtain plate member 10 is insufficient.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the bracket for holding the towel bar is attached in the insertion space provided between the rear surface side of the door and the inner curtain plate member, the conventional curtain is omitted and the cabinet configuration The number of members can be reduced. Therefore, it contributes to the reduction of the product price of the vanity. Moreover, since the upper end of the door can be grasped by inserting a finger into the insertion space for attaching the bracket from the opening between the washbasin and the door, the door can be opened and closed without using a handle. That is, the handle member can be omitted. Furthermore, since the height of the door can be increased with the omission of the curtain, the size of the cabinet is increased, and articles can be easily put in and out.
