Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative ring for a writing instrument that is attached to an outer peripheral surface of a shaft cylinder or a cap of a writing instrument.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Writing instruments are products in which design elements are regarded as important. In high-grade writing instruments, it is often performed to attach a decorative ring to the outer peripheral surface of a shaft tube or a cap to emphasize the sense of quality. This decorative ring is usually a metal plate such as stainless steel or brass formed into a ring with a predetermined width. The decorative ring has a texture different from that of a shaft tube or cap formed of synthetic resin. Many of them have a strong impression by imprinting a pattern on the surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is a problem that the three-dimensional impression is slightly poor when the pattern is engraved on the surface of the decorative ring. It is conceivable to provide it. And this punching pattern gives a three-dimensional feeling and luxury as the decorative ring is thicker. However, when the through hole having a punched pattern is formed by a punching operation or the like, there is a problem that the forming operation becomes difficult if the decorative ring is thick.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative ring for a writing instrument that is rich in three-dimensionality and luxury, and that can easily form a punched pattern.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a decorative ring for a writing instrument that is attached to an outer peripheral surface of a shaft tube or a cap of a writing instrument. A substantially U-shape is formed, and a punched pattern is formed in a portion other than the thick portion.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example in which the decorative ring of the present invention is attached to the front end of the cap at the abutment side, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the main part. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an inner lid 30 is disposed inside a cap body 20 formed of a synthetic resin, and the distal end portion of the inner lid 20 extends from the distal end portion of the cap body 20. And the 1st convex part 41 is formed in the inner surface of the cylindrical holding member 40, and when the 1st convex part 41 is engage | inserted by the recessed part 31 of the inner cover 30, the holding member 40 is the cap main body 20's. It is fixed at the tip. The tip ring 50 is press-fitted into the tip of the holding member 40, and the second convex portion 42 formed on the surface of the holding member 40 is firmly fixed by biting into the inner surface of the tip ring 50. The decorative ring 10 is held between the tip ring 50 and the stepped portion 43 of the holding member 40.
[0007]
The decoration ring 10 is formed in a ring shape from a stainless steel plate having a general wall thickness of 0.25 mm and a width of 4.5 mm, for example, and an annular wall having a wall thickness of 0.35 mm is formed at both ends of the inner surface. A thick part 11 is formed. In other words, the decorative ring 10 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and appears to be formed of a generally thick stainless steel plate. A large number of through-holes 12 having substantially isosceles triangles and substantially rhombuses are formed in a portion other than the thick portion 11, that is, in a thin portion, by punching, and the through-holes 12 are regularly formed. The punching pattern is formed by arranging. The punched pattern is a three-dimensional beautiful pattern due to the contrast between the color tone of the holding member 40 visible through the through hole 12 and the color tone of the decorative ring 10.
[0008]
Thus, since the through-hole 12 is formed in a portion where the decorative ring 10 is thin, a punching operation or the like can be easily performed. However, since the appearance looks thick, the through-hole 12 looks deep and is three-dimensional. A decorative ring 10 with a high-quality feeling can be obtained.
If the surface area of one through-hole 12 constituting the pattern is too large, the gap between the decoration ring 10 and the holding member 40 appears to be emphasized when the decoration ring 10 is viewed from an oblique direction. It is necessary to make the through-hole 12 a size that is hardly visible.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a writing instrument decorative ring attached to the outer peripheral surface of a writing instrument shaft tube or cap, an annular thick portion is formed on both inner surfaces of both ends of the metal ring so that the cross-sectional shape is substantially the same. Since it is shaped like a letter and a punching pattern is formed in a portion other than the thick part, it is possible to provide a decorative ring for a writing instrument that is rich in three-dimensionality and luxury and can be easily formed.
