Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a position detection device in an installed state of audiovisual equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a position detecting device in a state where an audiovisual apparatus is installed, a device using an inclination sensor that conducts between terminals by a movable contact conducting piece is known. A sectional view of the tilt sensor is shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, 401 is a movable contact conducting piece, 402 is a cover, 403 is a case, 404 is a conducting terminal 1, and 405 is a conducting terminal 2.
[0003]
The operation of the position detection apparatus using such a tilt sensor will be described below. When the tilt sensor is in a horizontal state, the movable contact conducting piece 401 is located on the conducting terminal 1 and the conducting terminal 2 to electrically couple the conducting terminal 1 and the conducting terminal 2. On the other hand, when the tilt sensor is in the vertical state, the movable contact conducting piece 401 does not electrically couple the conducting terminal 1 and the conducting terminal 2 by separating from the conducting terminal 1 and the conducting terminal 2. This enables position detection in two directions, horizontal and vertical.
[0004]
However, in an audiovisual apparatus having a rectangular parallelepiped appearance, when the recording medium is inserted so that the insertion port of the recording medium is in front, there are four installation states of the apparatus as shown in the apparatus state of FIG. At this time, in the installation position detection device using one conventional inclination sensor, only two types of device status (a) or device status (b), (c), (d) can be detected accurately. Furthermore, in the conventional installation position detection device using two tilt sensors, the device state (c) and the device state (d) can be distinguished and detected as shown in the relationship between the device state and the sensor state in FIG. There wasn't. In addition, the single sensor cost of the tilt sensor is expensive.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In an audiovisual apparatus having a rectangular parallelepiped appearance, when the recording medium is inserted so that the insertion port of the recording medium is in front, there are four installation states of the apparatus as shown in the apparatus state of FIG. However, even when one or two conventional tilt sensors are used, it is impossible to distinguish and detect the device states in the four directions as shown in FIG. In addition, the single sensor cost of the tilt sensor is expensive.
[0006]

Further, a projection is provided at a portion of the light blocking piece that contacts the rotation regulating wall.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The position detection device according to claim 1 includes a light emitting element, a light blocking piece that blocks light from the light emitting element, a mounting base that rotates the light blocking piece, and a rotation regulating wall that regulates the rotational movement of the light blocking piece. And a first photodetection switch comprising a photodetection element for detecting light that has passed through the light blocking piece, and a second photodetection switch, wherein the mounting angle of the first photodetection switch is determined according to the second photodetection switch. It is arranged in a manner different from the mounting angle. Thereby, the installation state of the four directions of the audiovisual equipment can be distinguished and detected, and the display corresponding to the installation state can be displayed on the display unit of the audiovisual equipment.
[0009]
In the position detection device according to the second aspect, a protrusion is provided at a portion of the light shielding piece that contacts the rotation restricting wall. Thereby, it is possible to smoothly shift to the next state without stopping the light blocking piece in a neutral state, and it is possible to accurately detect the installation state of the audiovisual apparatus.
[0010]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the relationship among a device state, a state of a light blocking piece, and a light detection switch in a position detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows an operation state of the light blocking piece of the light detection switch 1 in the device state in four directions in the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 shows a three-sided view and a perspective view of the light emitting element, the light blocking piece and the mounting base, and the light detecting element of the position detecting device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. (B) is a side view, (c) is a plan view, and (d) is a perspective view. 3, 301 is a light blocking piece, 302 is a mounting base, 303 is a light emitting element, 304 is a projection 1 provided on the light blocking piece, 305 is a light detecting element, 306 is a rotation restricting wall of the light blocking piece, Reference numeral 307 denotes a protrusion 2 provided on the light shielding piece.
[0011]
In the position detection device configured as described above, the operation state of the light blocking piece of the light detection SW 1 in the four-direction installation state will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, when the device state is (a), that is, in the normal vertical position, the light blocking piece 301 does not block the signal between the light emitting element 303 and the light detecting element 305, so that the light detecting SW1 is turned on. At this time, the protrusion 2 and the rotation restricting wall 306 restrict the rotation of the light blocking piece 301 and maintain a slight inclination of the light blocking piece 301 to prevent the light blocking piece 301 from stopping in a neutral state. Can do. Next, when the device state is (b), that is, in the horizontal normal position, the light blocking piece 301 blocks the signal between the light emitting element 303 and the light detecting element 305, so that the light detection SW1 is turned off. At this time, the protrusion 1 and the rotation restricting wall 306 restrict the rotation of the light blocking piece 301 and maintain a slight inclination of the light blocking piece 301 to prevent the light blocking piece 301 from stopping in a neutral state. Can do. Further, when the device state is (c), that is, the vertical irregular position, the rotation of the light blocking piece 301 is restricted by the rotation restricting wall 306 and the signal between the light emitting element 303 and the light detecting element 305 is blocked. The light detection SW1 is turned off. At this time, since the light blocking piece 301 maintains a slight inclination by the protrusion 2, the light blocking piece 301 can smoothly transition to the next state without stopping in the neutral state. Finally, when the device state is (d), that is, the horizontal irregular position, the signal between the light emitting element 303 and the light detecting element 305 is not cut off, so that the light detection SW1 is turned on. At this time, since the light blocking piece 301 maintains a slight inclination by the protrusion 2, the light blocking piece 301 can smoothly transition to the next state without stopping in the neutral state. The operation state of the light blocking piece of the light detection SW2 arranged by rotating 180 degrees with respect to the mounting angle of the light detection SW1 in the four installation states can be similarly described with reference to FIGS. Therefore, by using the light detection SW1 and SW2 and rotating one of them by 180 degrees, it is possible to detect different sensor states in the four directions of installation shown in FIG.
[0012]
As described above, according to this embodiment, it is possible to accurately distinguish and detect the installation state of the four directions of the audiovisual equipment. As a result, for example, on the display unit of the audiovisual apparatus, a normal display in the case of the normal position (a) in FIG. 1, a display rotated by 90 degrees with respect to the normal display in the case of (b), In this case, since the recording medium is detached from the tray of the audiovisual apparatus, an error display rotated by 180 degrees with respect to the normal display is displayed, and in the case of (d), the recording medium is the audiovisual apparatus. Since it is separated from the tray, an error display rotated by 270 degrees with respect to the normal display can be performed, and a user-friendly audiovisual apparatus can be provided. The shape of the light detection switch of the position detection device of the present invention is not limited to that shown in FIG.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to distinguish and detect the installation state in the four directions of the audiovisual apparatus with a relatively inexpensive and simple configuration, and display according to the installation state on the display unit of the audiovisual apparatus. The advantageous effect that it can be obtained is obtained. Furthermore, by providing a projection on the part of the light blocking piece that comes into contact with the rotation regulating wall, the light blocking piece can be smoothly moved to the next state without being neutrally stopped, and the audiovisual equipment can be accurately installed. The state can be detected.
