【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、トイレットペーパー用のホルダー、あるいはトイレ用品が載置される載置棚等のトイレ備品をトイレに取り付けるための取付装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、トイレには、トイレットペーパー用のホルダー、予備のトイレットペーパーを載置しておくための載置棚等のトイレ備品が設けられている。従来、これらのトイレ備品は、トイレの側壁面にビス等によって取り付けられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
トイレ備品をトイレの側壁に固定するに際しては、所定の固定強度を確保するために、側壁内に配置された水平な横桟等にビスをねじ込むようにしている。しかし、トイレの横桟等にはボードが設けられ、そのボードの表面には壁紙等が設けられている。したがって、横桟等は、トイレの室内から目視することができない。このため、トイレ備品を固定するためのビスを横桟等にねじ込むことが難しく、横桟以外の箇所に捩じ込まれることがあった。そのような場合には、固定強度が低いため、トイレ備品が外れてしまうおそれがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、上記の問題を解決するためになされたもので、この発明の第１の態様は、トイレの内部に所定の高さに配置され、トイレの側壁面に沿ってほぼ水平に延びる棒状の支持部材と、この支持部材に設けられた取付部に取り付けられたトイレ備品とを備え、上記取付部が上記支持部材の水平方向を向く側部に設けられ、上記トイレ備品が上記支持部材を水平方向に貫通して上記取付部から突出するボルトによって上記取付部に押圧固定されていることを特徴としている。
この発明の第２の態様は、トイレの内部に所定の高さに配置され、トイレの側壁面に沿ってほぼ水平に延びる棒状の支持部材と、この支持部材に設けられた取付部に取り付けられたトイレ備品とを備え、上記支持部材の上記トイレの角部に対応する部位には、平面視円弧状をなすコーナー部が設けられ、上記取付部が上記コーナー部の水平方向を向く側部に沿って円弧状に設けられ、上記トイレ備品の上記取付部に取り付けられる部位が、上記取付部に対応して円弧状に形成されていることを特徴としている。
この場合、上記トイレ部品が上記コーナー部を水平方向に貫通して上記取付部から突出するボルトによって上記取付部に押圧固定されていることが望ましい。
上記ボルトが複数用いられており、各ボルトが上記コーナー部に放射状に配置されていることが望ましい。
上記支持部材には、曲率半径が異なる二つのコーナー部が設けられており、曲率半径が大きいコーナー部の外側の側部に上記取付部が設けられ、上記取付部にトイレ備品としての載置棚が押圧固定されていることが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態について図１〜図７を参照して説明する。
まず、図１〜図５に示すこの発明の第１実施の形態について説明する。図４は、この発明に係るトイレ備品取付装置２が採用された和式トイレ１の平断面図を示すものである。トイレ１は、平面視長方形状をなしており、４つの側壁１ａ，１ｂ，１ｃ，１ｄ、床部１ｅ及び天井（図示せず）を有している。なお、以下においては、トイレ１の側壁１ａ側を手前側、側壁１ｃ側を奥側、側壁１ｂ側を左側、側壁１ｄ側を右側と称する。手前側の側壁１ａには、内開きタイプのドア３が設けられており、床部１eの奥側には便器４が設けられている。また、トイレ１の内部には、この発明に係るトイレ備品取付装置２が、側壁１ｂの前後方向の中央部から側壁１ｃ及び側壁１ｄの奥側の端部に至る範囲と便器４との間に配置されている。

図３に示すように、トイレ１の床部１ｅには、取付装置２を支持する３本の支柱５，６，７が立設されている。支柱５は、他の２本の支柱６，７より高さが高くなっており、支柱６，７は同一高さになっている。高さを高くする支柱は任意に選択することができる。例えば、図３において想像線で示すように、支柱６の高さを高くしてもよい。あるいは全ての支柱をこの実施の形態の支柱５と同様の高さとしたり、逆に全ての支柱を支柱６，７と同様に低くしてもよい。さらに、取付装置２は、２本又は４本以上の支柱で支持してもよく、側壁１ｂ，１ｃ，１ｄに水平に設けた支柱によって支持してもよい。

高さの高い支柱５は、便器３の手前側端部の左方に位置するよう、床部１ｅの前後方向の中央部において側壁１ｂに沿って立設されている。図２に示すように、支柱５は、床部１ｅに立設固定された下支柱部５ａと、この下支柱部５ａの上端部に連結固定された中間支柱部５ｂと、この中間支柱部５ｂの上端部に連結固定された上支柱部５ｃとから構成されている。各支柱部５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃは、互いに同一外径で断面円形のステンレス等の金属性のパイプ又は、外面が樹脂でコーティングされた金属性のパイプによって構成されている。各支柱部５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃは、他の断面形状のものを採用してもよい。支柱部５ａ，５ｂ及び支柱部５ｂ，５ｃは、連結部材８を介して次のように連結されている。

すなわち、図５に示すように、下支柱部５ａと中間支柱部５ｂとの連結されるべき端部の内面、つまり下支柱部５ａの上端部内面と中間支柱部５ｂの下端部内面とには、雌ねじ部材９，９がそれぞれ固定されている。連結部材８は、各支柱部５ａ，５ｂの外径と同一外径を有する操作部８ａと、この操作部８ａの両端部中央に設けられた雄ねじ部８ｂ，８ｃとを有している。雄ねじ部８ｂ，８ｃの捩れ方向は逆方向になっている。したがって、雄ねじ部８ｂ，８ｃを雌ねじ部材９，９に螺合させ、操作部８ａを一方向へ回転させることにより、支柱部５ａと中間支柱部５ｂとを連結部材８を介して同軸に固定することができ、操作部８ａを逆方向へ回転させることにより、下支柱部５ａと中間支柱部５ｂとを分離することができる。
なお、連結部材８による上記の連結構造は、中間支柱部５ｂと上支柱部５ｃとの連結構造にも採用されているのみならず、後述する支持部材３０の各部品どうしの連結構造及び各部品と支柱５，６，７との連結構造にも採用されている。そこで、それらの連結構造についての説明は省略する。

下支柱部５ａの上端部には、傘立て１０が設けられている。傘立て１０は、略Ｃ字状をなすものであり、その軸線を上下方向に向けて設けられている。そして、傘立て１０に傘を差し込んで立てるようになっている。傘立て１０はリング状に形成してもよい。中間支柱部５ｂの外周面の上下方向の中央部で奥側を向く部分には、側壁１ｂに沿って奥側へ水平に延びる短い連結部５ｄが設けられている。この連結部５ｄも、各支柱部５ａ〜５ｃと同様の断面形状を有するパイプ材によって構成されている。支柱部５ｃの上端部には、コート掛け１１が設けられている。このコート掛け１１は、略Ｃ字状をなす金属線からなるものであり、その軸線を水平方向に向けて設けられている。そして、開放部からコート、その他の上着の襟部等を引っ掛けるようになっている。また、上支柱部５ｃの上端部は化粧蓋１２によって閉じられている。

支柱６，７は、支柱５の支柱部５ａを構成するパイプ材と同一の断面形状及び寸法を有するパイプ材によって構成されており、下支柱部５ａと同一高さを有している。支柱６は、側壁１ｂから支柱５と同一距離だけ離れ、かつ支柱５と側壁１ｃとの間に配置されている。支柱７は、便器４の前端部右方に位置するよう、側壁１ｄに接近してその奥側の端部に配置されている。

図１に示すように、トイレ備品取付装置２は、水平に配置された支持部材３０を有している。支持部材３０は、左水平部３１、左連結部３２、左コーナー部３３、前水平部３４、右コーナー部３５及び右連結部３６の六つの部分を有している。各部分は、図５に示す連結構造によって互いに連結し、あるいは支柱５，６，７と連結することができるよう、支柱５，６，７を構成するパイプ材と同一の断面形状を有するパイプ材によって構成されている。支持部材３０の各部分は、支柱５，６，７と異なるパイプ材、その他で構成してもよい。ただし、各部分どうしは、各部分どうしの連結構造を同一にすることができるよう、同一の断面形状、同一の断面寸法にするのが望ましい。

説明の便宜上、支持部材３０の六つの部品のうち、まず左連結部３２について説明すると、図１及び図３に示すように、左連結部３２は、水平に延びる前後連結部３２ａと、この前後連結部３２ａの長手方向の中央下面部から下方へ延びる上下連結部３２ｂとから構成されている。上下連結部２２ｂの下端部は、連結部材８を介して支柱６の上端部に連結固定されている。連結固定状態においては、前後連結部３２ａが側壁１ｂに沿って水平に延びており、その軸線を支柱５の連結部５ｄの軸線と一致させている。

このようにして、支持部材３０の左水平部３１、左連結部３２、左コーナー部３３、前水平部３４、右コーナー部３５及び右連結部３６の六つの部分が互いに連結され、さらに左水平部３１が支柱５に、左連結部３２が支柱６に、右連結部３６が支柱７にそれぞれ連結されることにより、支持部材３０が支柱５，６，７に支持されている。また、この実施の形態の取付装置１においては、支柱５の連結部５ｄ、左水平部３１及び左連結部３２の前後連結部３２ａにより、支持部材３０の側壁１ｂに沿って前後方向に延びるストレート部が構成され、左コーナー部３３の右側の端部と前水平部３４とによって側壁１ｃに沿って左右に延びるストレート部が構成され、右コーナー部３５の側壁１ｄ側の端部及び右連結部３６の前後連結部３６ａによって側壁１ｄに沿って前後に延びるストレート部が構成されている。また、左コーナー部３３と右コーナー部３５がそれぞれコーナー部になっている。なお、前後連結部３６ａの手前側の端部は、前後方向において支柱５と同一位置まで延ばしてもよい。

左コーナー部３３には、その湾曲の内外方向へ向かって水平に延びる複数の貫通孔３３ａが放射状に配置形成されている。各貫通孔３３ａには、取付ボルト１４が挿通されている。また、左コーナー部３３が四半分の円弧状に湾曲しているので、左コーナー部３３と側壁１ｂ，１ｃとの間には、空間が形成されている。ここで、左コーナー部３３の曲率半径は、右コーナー部３５の曲率半径より大きくなっている。したがって、左コーナー部３３と側壁１ｂ，１ｃとの間に形成される空間は、右コーナー部３５と側壁１ｃ，１ｄとの間に形成される空間より大きくなっている。この大きな空間を有効利用するために、当該空間には載置棚（トイレ備品）１５が水平に配置されている。この載置棚１５は、芳香剤、花瓶等を載置するためのものであり、取付ボルト１４により左コーナー部３３の外周面のうち湾曲の外側を向く側部３３ｂに押圧固定されている。これから明かなように、この取付装置２では、左コーナー部３３の湾曲の外側を向く側部３３ｂが取付部になっている。

前水平部３４には、これを前後方向へ水平に貫通する貫通孔３４ａが形成されている。この貫通孔３４ａには、取付ボルト１６が挿通されている。この取付ボルト１６により、トイレットペーパー用の上下２連式のホルダ（トイレ備品）１７の上端部が前水平部３４の側壁１ｃと対向する側部３４ｂに着脱可能に押圧固定されている。したがって、前水平部３４の側部３４ｂも取付部になっている。

右コーナー部３５には、その中央部を湾曲の内外方向へ水平に貫通する貫通孔３５aが形成されている。この貫通孔３５aには、取付ボルト１８が側壁１ｃ、１ｄの交差部側からトイレ１の内部側へ向かって挿通されている。この取付ボルト１８により、右コーナー部３５の湾曲の内側の側部（取付部）には、支持リング（トイレ備品）１９が着脱可能に固定されている。この支持リング１９には、灰皿（図示せず）が着脱可能に装着されている。支持リング１９には、灰皿以外のもの、例えば芳香剤の容器等を装着してもよい。また、灰皿は、取り付けボルト１８によって右コーナー部３５に直接取り付けてもよい。

上記構成のトイレ備品取付装置２によれば、支持部材３０の側部３３ｂ，３４ｂ，３５ｂを取付部とし、各取付部にトイレ備品としての載置棚１５、ホルダー１７及び支持リング１９をそれぞれ取り付けるようにしているから、それらのトイレ備品を確実にかつ強固に固定することができる。また、各トイレ備品を支持部材３０を構成する各部に予め取り付けておくことも可能であり、そのようにした場合には、トイレ備品取付装置２を組み立てるだけでよく、各トイレ備品１５，１７，１９の取付に要する手間を省くことができる。さらに、支持部材３０は、床部１ｅから所定の高さに配置されているから、これを手摺りとして使用することも可能である。

また、支持部材３０が複数の部品からなり、各部品が互いに分離可能に連結されているから、長さ又は曲率半径の異なる部品を適宜選択することにより、支持部材３０をトイレ１の大きさに応じて適宜寸法変更することができる。特に、この実施の形態の取付装置２では、トイレ備品が取りつけられるコーナー部３３，３５及び前水平部３４が他の部品に対して分離可能に連結されているので、それらの部分を他の部分から分離して保管又は搬送することができ、トイレ備品が取り付けられた取付装置１全体を一体に保管、搬送する場合に比して、取付装置１の容積を小さくすることができる。これにより、保管及び搬送効率を向上させることができる。

図６に示す実施の形態においては、扉３が側壁１ｂに設けられている。これに対応して、この実施の形態の取付装置２の支持部材３０においては、上記実施の形態の支柱６、左水平部３１及び左連結部３２が用いられておらず、左コーナー部３３が支柱５の連結部５ｄに連結されている。また、左コーナー部部３３の曲率半径が右コーナー部３５の曲率半径より小さくなっており、左コーナー部３３に支持リング１９が取り付けられ、右コーナー部３５に載置棚１５が取り付けられている。さらに、左コーナー部３３の曲率半径が小さく、右コーナー部３５のの曲率半径が大きくなった関係上、前水平部３４が左側に配置されている。

また、図７に示す実施の形態は、支持部材３０をトイレ１の全ての側壁１ａ，１ｂ，１ｃ，１ｄに沿って設けたものであり、左水平部３１が側壁１ｂの手前側の端部まで伸びている。この左水平部３１には、トイレットペーパー用のホルダ１７が設けられている。また、上記の実施の形態の支柱５が側壁１ａと対向して立設されており、その連結部５ｄは側壁１ａと平行になっている。側壁１ｂと側壁１ａとの交差部には、新たな別のコーナー部３７が配置されている。このコーナー部３７の側壁１ｂ側の端部は左水平部３１の手前側の端部に連結され、側壁１ａ側の端部は連結部５ｄに連結されている。左コーナー部３３と前水平部３４との間には、上記実施の形態の左連結部３２と同様の連結部３８が配置されている。この連結部３８が上記実施の形態の支柱６と同様の支柱（図示せず）によって支持されるとともに、連結部３８を介して左コーナー部３３と前水平部３４とが連結されている。また、この実施の形態では、左右のコーナー部３３，３５の曲率半径が同一でいずれも大きくなっており、両者に載置棚１５がそれぞれ取り付けられている。さらに、右コーナー部３５と、右連結部３６との間には、側壁１ｃに沿って前後方向へ水平に延びる右水平部３９が配置されており、この右水平部３９の奥側の端部は右コーナー部３５の側壁１ｄ側の端部に連結され、手前側の端部は右連結部３６に連結されている。右水平部３９にも別の載置棚１５′が取り付けられている。勿論、支持部材３０の各部どうしの連結、あるいは支柱との連結は、連結部材８を介して行われている。

なお、この発明は上記の実施の形態に限定されるものでなく、適宜変更可能である。
例えば、上記の実施の形態は、和式のトイレにこの発明に係るトイレ備品取付装置を設置したものであるが、この発明のトイレ備品取付装置は、洋式のトイレにも設置可能である。洋式のトイレに設置する場合には、便器に腰掛ける関係上、支持部材３０の高さを、図２において想像線で示すように、和式トイレに設置する場合よりも高くするのが望ましい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明によれば、トイレ備品を容易にかつ強固に取り付けることができる。トイレ備品を取付装置に予め取り付けておくことも可能であり、その場合にはトイレ備品の取付に要する手間を省くことができる。さらに、支持部材を手摺りとして使用することができるという効果が得られる。
