【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、物品の運搬に供する四角形箱形であって、吊上げ又は持ち上げて積み上げが可能で、かつ折りたたんで重ね置きができる折りたたみ収納ボックスに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、本発明の折りたたみ収納ボックスと同類の折り畳みコンテナには、多数の提案がある(例えば、特開2001−322638号公報、実公昭56−4596号公報参照)。また、コンテナを積み上げるには、四隅の支柱の上端部に他のコンテナの下部枠を外嵌するもの(特開平11−147522号公報参照)、あるいは上面開口部に他のコンテナ四隅の支柱を挿入し積み上げるもの等が知られている。

また、収容物が重くなれば、収納ボックスの移動には荷役装置を使用しなければならないが、そのために、荷役装置のフオークの厚みより大きい高さを有する脚部をコンテナ底面の四隅に設けたものが、特開平11−49162号公報に開示されている。一方、例えばトヨタのダイナクレーン付トラック(ユニック)等により2トン程度の重量物を吊上げることが普通に行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した従来の積み上げ可能なコンテナにおいて、上面開口部に他のコンテナ四隅の支柱を挿入する方式は、コンテナ内に収容物が多いときには支柱が収容物に当るので、積み上げに手間取るという難点がある。また、コンテナ四隅の支柱上端部に他のコンテナの下部枠を外嵌するものは、外嵌に面倒が伴うという問題点がある。一方、従来の折りたたみ式の収納ボックスに対し、持ち上げおよび吊下げができるものに対する要望があった。本発明は、上述の事情に鑑み、折りたたみ、持ち上げおよび吊下げが可能な折りたたみ収納ボックスを提供することを、解決しようとする課題としている。
