【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、スイッチやコンセント等のような配線器具を取り付けるための配線器具の取付枠およびこれを用いた配線装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、スイッチやコンセント等のような配線器具を備えた配線装置は、配線器具を取付枠に取り付け、営造物である壁面に埋め込まれた配線ボックスから引き出された配線を接続器具に接続した上で取付枠を配線ボックスにねじ止めし、配線器具の作用部を露出させた状態で取付枠等を覆う化粧プレートを取り付けることで壁面に設置されている。ここで、配線器具の「作用部」というのは、その配線器具の作用を奏する部分を意味し、例えば、スイッチの場合であればスイッチ操作部、コンセントの場合であればプラグ挿入部が「作用部」に該当する。

図8は従来の取付枠の一例を示す正面図、図9は図8の取付枠に取り付けられる配線器具としてスイッチの一例を示す斜視図である。図8に例示する取付枠101は、配線器具としてのスイッチ102を3個並列に取り付けることができる構造となっている。このような取付枠101は、スイッチ102の表面に突出形成された作用部103が挿入される開口部104と、この開口部104を挟んで対向する一対の器具支持部105とを有する枠体106を基本構造として構成されている。そして、一方の器具支持部105aに設けられた固定係止部107をスイッチ102の一方の係止孔108に挿入して係止した上で、スイッチ102の他方の係止孔(図示せず)に他方の器具支持部105bのかしめ係止部109を挿入して係止することで、スイッチ102を取付枠101に取り付けることができる。ここで、かしめ係止部109は、開口部104に面した雲形部110と、この雲形部110に沿って器具支持部105bに形成された切欠部111とによって形成されている。そこで、スイッチ102の図示しない方の係止孔を雲形部110に対面させた状態で切欠部111にマイナスドライバ等を挿入して雲形部110を係止孔に向けて変形させることでかしめ係止部109が開口部に104に突出するよう変形し、このかしめ係止部109がスイッチ102の図示しない方の係止孔に挿入される。これにより、スイッチ102が取付枠101にかしめられた状態で取り付けられる。

図8に例示したような配線器具の取付枠101は、一枚の板金にプレス加工、押し抜き加工、曲げ加工等を施すことで容易に作成することができる反面、配線器具の取り付けや取り外しに際してかしめ係止部109の部分でのかしめ作業が必要であることから、配線器具の着脱作業が煩雑である。そこで、配線器具に設けられた係止爪(例えば、図9に示すようなスイッチ102の係止爪112)を器具支持部の外端面との間で挟持する可動係止部を設けることで、ワンタッチで配線器具を取り付けることができるようにした取付枠が考えられ、広く普及している。このような取付枠では、可動係止部が係止爪の延出方向に弾性変形可能となっている。そこで、配線器具を一方の器具支持部に係止した上で配線器具の作用部を取付枠の開口部に挿入すると、配線器具の係止爪が可動係止部を弾性変形させつつこの可動係止部を乗り越える。これにより、その係止爪が器具支持部の外端面と可動係止部との間に挟持される。そして、一旦取り付けた配線器具を取付枠から取り外す場合には、器具支持部の外端面と可動係止部との間の僅かな隙間にマイナスドライバ等を差し込み、可動係止部を弾性変形させて配線器具の係止爪を脱落させる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図8に例示したような取付枠101は、配線器具(例えばスイッチ102)がかしめられた状態で取付枠101に取り付けられることから、取り付け後の配線器具にがたが生じにくいという利点を有する。その反面、前述したように、配線器具の取り付けや取り外しに際してかしめ係止部109の部分でのかしめ作業が必要であることから、配線器具の着脱作業が煩雑であるという問題がある。

これに対し、ワンタッチで配線器具を取り付けることができるようにした取付枠は、配線器具の着脱作業が容易であるという利点を有する。その反面、取付枠と配線器具とは同時に製造するわけではない等の理由により、取付枠に取り付けられた後の配線器具にがたが生ずることがあるという問題がある。

本発明の目的は、配線器具を取付枠にがたなく取り付けることができ、かつ、その着脱作業が容易である配線器具の取付枠およびこれを用いた配線装置を得ることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の配線器具の取付枠の発明は、配線器具の表面に突出形成された作用部が挿入される開口部とこの開口部を挟んで対向する一対の器具支持部とを有し、前記開口部に前記作用部を挿入させた前記配線器具の表面を一対の前記器具支持部の裏面で当接支持する枠体と;前記枠体における一方の前記器具支持部において前記開口部に突出させて形成され、この器具支持部の裏面に当接支持される前記配線器具の一側部に設けられた係止孔に嵌合する固定係止部と;前記固定係止部の近傍に位置させてこの固定係止部に沿う方向に長く前記一方の前記器具支持部に形成され、マイナスドライバ様工具の挿入を許容するかしめ孔と;前記枠体における他方の前記器具支持部に取り付けられ、この器具支持部の裏面に当接支持された前記配線器具の他側部から側方に向けて延出する係止爪をその器具支持部の裏面との間で挟持し、挟持する前記係止爪の延出方向に弾性変形することによって前記係止爪の挟持を解放する弾性を有する部材から構成された可動係止部と;前記他方の前記器具支持部の外端面と前記可動係止部との間への工具の挿入を許容する挿入許容部と;を具備する。

したがって、請求項1記載の発明によれば、配線器具の一側部を固定係止部に係止させた状態で枠体の開口部に配線器具の作用部を挿入すると、その挿入動作に伴い配線器具の他側部から側方に向けて延出する係止爪が可動係止部を弾性変形させつつ最終的に可動係止部を乗り越える。これにより、係止爪が枠体における他方の器具支持部の裏面と可動係止部との間に挟持されて係止される。この状態において、配線器具は、その表面が一対の器具支持部の裏面に当接支持された状態でその両側部が固定係止部と可動係止部とに係止され、作用部を枠体の開口部から挿通させた状態で取付枠に取り付けられる。このとき、取り付けられた配線器具ががたつくことがある。このような場合には、一方の器具支持部に形成されたかしめ孔にマイナスドライバ様工具を挿入し、この状態でマイナスドライバ様工具を捻じる等することで、一方の器具支持部が変形して固定係止部が枠体の開口部に突出する。これにより、固定係止部が配線器具の係止孔により深く嵌合して配線器具をかしめ、枠体に対する配線器具のがたつきをなくす。そして、取付枠に取り付けられた配線器具を取り外す場合には、挿入許容部に工具を挿入し、係止爪の延出方向に可動係止部を弾性変形させる。これにより、器具支持部の裏面と可動係止部との間での係止爪の挟持が解放され、配線器具の取り外しが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の一形態を図1ないし図7に基づいて説明する。図1は配線器具の取付枠の正面図、図2はその側面図、図3は固定係止部を拡大して示す縦断側面図、図4は可動係止部を拡大して示す斜視図、図5は固定係止部および可動係止部に対する配線器具の係止構造および係止手順を説明するための取付枠を断面にして示す側面図、図6は固定係止部に対する配線器具の係止構造を説明するための斜視図、図7は可動係止部に対する配線器具の係止構造を説明するための斜視図である。

本実施の形態は、配線器具としてスイッチ102を用いた図示しない配線装置に用いられる取付枠1の一例である。そのスイッチ102は、図9に示すスイッチ102と同一の構造のものである。そこで、本実施の形態の説明には、図9も適宜用いる。図9は、配線器具としてスイッチ102の一例を示す斜視図である。

まず、スイッチ102をより詳しく説明する。このスイッチ102は、内部に構造物を収納する下部ケース121と上部ケース122との両側部が一対の係止金具123によってかしめ固定された構造のものである。作用部103は上部ケース122側に設けられている。そして、それぞれの係止金具123には、側方に向けて延出する一対の係止爪112が一体形成されている。これらの係止爪112は、所定の間隔を開けて配置されている。

次いで、取付枠1について説明する。取付枠1は、例えば、亜鉛クロマイトメッキを施した鉄(SPCC)にプレス加工、押し抜き加工、曲げ加工等を施すことによって形成され、3つのスイッチ102を並列に取り付けることができる構造となっている。このような取付枠1は、開口部2と一対の器具支持部3とを有する枠体4を基本的構造物として備える。開口部2は、スイッチ102の表面に突出形成された作用部103の挿入を許容する。一対の器具支持部3は、開口部2を挟んで対向配置された2辺である。これらの器具支持部3は、開口部2に作用部103を挿入させたスイッチ102の表面側の一部、ここでは係止金具123の一部を裏面側で当接支持する構造となっている。そして、取付枠1は、一方の器具支持部3aに固定係止部5を備え、他方の器具支持部3bに可動係止部6を備え、これらの固定係止部5と可動係止部6とにスイッチ102を係止させて固定する。

さらに、図1に示すように、器具支持部3aには、3つの固定係止部5の近傍に位置させて、固定係止部5に沿って長い長孔状のかしめ孔7が3個形成されている。これらのかしめ孔7は、マイナスドライバやマイナスドライバ様の工具の挿入を許容する。そして、器具支持部3aは、かしめ孔7に挿入されたマイナスドライバ等の工具を捻ることで固定係止部5が開口部2の側に侵入するように変形するよう構成されている。

可動係止部6は、器具支持部3bにおける開口部2を介して固定係止部5と対向する3箇所にそれぞれ設けられ、器具支持部3bの外端面8との間に僅かな隙間を開けて取り付けられ、その器具支持部3bの裏面に当接支持されたスイッチ102の係止爪112を器具支持部3bの裏面との間で挟持し、弾性変形することによって係止爪112の挟持を解放する構造のものである(図5および図7参照)。つまり、器具支持部3bには、その外端面8よりも外方に位置させて、器具支持部3bの端部から枠体4の裏面側に向けて延出する可動係止部取付片9が設けられている。この可動係止部取付片9は、図2に示すように、可動係止部6が設けられる3箇所の位置に空間部10を有する。そして、このような可動係止部取付片9には、可動係止部6を形成する金属弾性片11が取り付けられている。この金属弾性片11は、例えば、厚さ0.3mm程度のステンレス(SUS)を用いた金属部材であり、一端が折り曲げ加工されて可動係止部取付片9に巻き付き、他端が直角に曲げ加工されて器具支持部3bの裏面に固定されている。その固定は、金属弾性片11に形成された図示しない孔に対し、器具支持部3bの表面側からのパンチ加工によってその裏面側に突出形成された複数個のピン12が圧入され、これらのピン12の頭が潰されることによる。そして、金属弾性片11には、可動係止部取付片9の3つの空間部10に独立して位置付けられる切欠部分が形成され、これらの切欠部分が可動係止部6として形成されている。このような可動係止部6は、空間部10に位置することから、何れの方向にも弾性変形が可能である。

ここで、可動係止部6には、中央部分が上方に突出する高い部分となり、その両側に中央部よりも低い一対の係止作用部13が形成されている。これらの係止作用部13が、スイッチ102の係止爪112を器具支持部3bの裏面との間で挟持する作用をもたらす。

次いで、本実施の形態の取付枠1には、器具支持部3bの外端面8と可動係止部6との間への図示しないプラスドライバなどのプラスドライバ様工具の挿入を許容する3つの挿入許容部14が設けられている。これらの挿入許容部14は、それぞれ、一対の係止作用部13の間に位置付けられている。また、それらの挿入許容部14は、可動係止部6に対面する器具支持部3bの外端面8に形成された円弧状の凹部14aと、可動係止部6の係止作用部13よりも高い中央部分に形成された円弧状の凹部14bとによって形成されている。可動係止部6に形成された凹部14bは、半すり鉢形状をしており、金属弾性片11のプレス加工によって形成されている。このようなプレス加工に際し、凹部14bは半すり鉢形状をしているので、金属弾性片11に無理がかからない。そして、可動係止部6における挿入許容部14を形成する凹部14aが形成された部分、つまり、可動係止部6の係止作用部13よりも高い中央部分の幅は、スイッチ102の一対の係止爪112の間の間隔と略同一に形成されている。

さらに、本実施の形態の取付枠1は、図示しない配線ボックスへのねじ止めのために用いられるねじ孔15等の各部を備えるが、これらの各部についてはその説明を省略する。

このような構成において、取付枠1にスイッチ102を取り付けるには、スイッチ102の一側方に設けられた係止孔108に器具支持部3の固定係止部5を挿入させて係止した状態で(図5(a)参照)、枠体4の開口部2にスイッチ102の作用部103を挿入する。すると、その挿入動作に伴い、スイッチ102の他側部から側方に向けて延出する係止爪112が可動係止部6を弾性変形させつつ可動係止部6の係止作用部13を乗り越える。これにより、スイッチ102の係止爪112が器具支持部3bの裏面と可動係止部6との間に挟持されて係止される。この状態において、スイッチ102は、その表面が一方の器具支持部3aの裏面に当接支持されると共に他方の器具支持部3bの裏面に金属弾性片11を介して当接支持された状態でその両側部が固定係止部5と可動係止部6とに係止され、作用部103を枠体4の開口部2から挿通させた状態で取付枠1に取り付けられる(図5(b)参照)。つまり、スイッチ102の一側部を固定係止部5に係止させた状態で枠体4の開口部2にスイッチ102の作用部103を挿入するだけという簡単な作業によって、スイッチ102を取付枠1に容易に取り付けることができる。

もっとも、取付枠1に対するスイッチ102の取り付け状態にがたが生ずることがある。このような場合には、一方の器具支持部3aに形成されたかしめ孔7にマイナスドライバ等を挿入し、この状態でマイナスドライバを捻じる。すると、一方の器具支持部3aが変形して固定係止部5が枠体4の開口部2に突出し、固定係止部が配線器具の係止孔により深く嵌合する。これにより、スイッチ102がかしめられ、枠体4に対するスイッチ102のがたつきをなくすことができる。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載の配線器具の取付枠の発明は、上述のように構成したので、配線器具の一側部を固定係止部に係止させた状態で枠体の開口部に配線器具の作用部を挿入するだけという簡単な作業によって、配線器具を取付枠に容易に取り付けることができる。また、他方の器具支持部の外端面と可動係止部との間へ工具を挿入し、取り付けられている配線器具の係止爪の延出方向に可動係止部を弾性変形させて係止爪の挟持を解放するだけという簡単な作業によって、配線器具を取付枠から容易に取り外すことができる。そして、取付枠に取り付けられた配線器具ががたつく場合には、一方の器具支持部に形成されたかしめ孔を利用してその器具支持部を変形させ、これによって配線器具の係止孔に対する固定係止部の嵌合を深めて配線器具をかしめることで、枠体に対する配線器具のがたつきをなくすことができる。

Claims (3)

配線器具の表面に突出形成された作用部が挿入される開口部とこの開口部を挟んで対向する一対の器具支持部とを有し、前記開口部に前記作用部を挿入させた前記配線器具の表面を一対の前記器具支持部の裏面で当接支持する枠体と;
前記枠体における一方の前記器具支持部において前記開口部に突出させて形成され、この器具支持部の裏面に当接支持される前記配線器具の一側部に設けられた係止孔に嵌合する固定係止部と;
前記固定係止部の近傍に位置させてこの固定係止部に沿う方向に長く前記一方の前記器具支持部に形成され、マイナスドライバ様工具の挿入を許容するかしめ孔と;
前記枠体における他方の前記器具支持部に取り付けられ、この器具支持部の裏面に当接支持された前記配線器具の他側部から側方に向けて延出する係止爪をその器具支持部の裏面との間で挟持し、挟持する前記係止爪の延出方向に弾性変形することによって前記係止爪の挟持を解放する弾性を有する部材から構成された可動係止部と;
前記他方の前記器具支持部の外端面と前記可動係止部との間への工具の挿入を許容する挿入許容部と;
