【0001】

Hereinafter, although the illuminating device of this invention is explained in full detail based on figures, this invention is not limited to these embodiments at all.
[0016]
In FIG. 1, the perspective view which shows one embodiment of the illuminating device of this invention is shown. The illuminating device of FIG. 1 includes a cylindrical casing 1, a reflecting member 2 that is attached in the casing 1 and has a maximum outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the casing 1, and is recessed into a bowl shape, and the reflecting member. 2 and a socket 3 attached to a hole (not shown) formed in the central portion. Further, the blocking member 4 in which a substantially cylindrical main body 41 and a hook-like portion 42 that extends horizontally outward in the radial direction from the lower end of the main body 41 and has an outer peripheral portion bent upward are integrally formed. Is attached so as to surround the socket 3. The inner and outer surfaces of the blocking member 4 are processed so as to reflect light. A ring-shaped halogen heater (infrared radiation member) 5 is attached to the upper surface separation position of the bowl-shaped portion 42. On the other hand, a lamp (visible light radiating member) 6 is screwed into the socket 3 exposed on the inner upper portion of the blocking member 4.
[0017]
Further, an on / off switch S for the halogen heater 5 is provided at the peripheral edge of the bottom surface of the housing 1. Although not shown, an existing plug (electrical connection portion) capable of simultaneously fixing and electrically connecting the lighting device is formed at the upper end of the socket 3. By engaging this plug with an existing slot (hook ceiling) C attached to the ceiling of the room, the lighting device can be taken in at the same time as it is attached to the ceiling.
[0018]
A side sectional view of the illumination device of FIG. 1 is shown in FIG. Visible light emitted from the lit lamp 6 is reflected directly or on the inner wall of the blocking member 4, and then exits from the lower end opening (second opening) 43 of the blocking member 4 to illuminate the room. On the other hand, the infrared rays radiated from the lit halogen heater 5 are reflected directly or on the outer surface of the blocking member 4 so as to hit the reflecting member 2, and then reflected to form a concentric strip-shaped first opening 21 on the lower surface of the apparatus. To the outside. What is important here is that the infrared rays radiated from the halogen heater 5 are prevented from directly hitting the lamp 6 by the blocking member 4. Thereby, the temperature of the lamp 6 is normally suppressed to 40 ° C. or lower, and the life of the lamp is extended.
[0019]
The blocking member 4 that can be used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it blocks infrared rays, and may be a member that reflects infrared rays or a member that absorbs and insulates heat. The former is preferable from the viewpoint of effectively using the emitted infrared rays. In this case, the shielding member is subjected to a surface treatment such as metal plating such as gold or chrome on the surface of a metal material such as aluminum or stainless steel, or a plastic material or a white paint having light reflectivity. Light reflectivity may be imparted.
[0020]
Although the halogen heater is used as the infrared radiation member in the illumination device of FIG. 1, the invention is not limited to this, and any conventionally known one can be used as long as it emits infrared rays. As infrared rays, any of near infrared rays having a wavelength of 2.5 μm or less, (middle) infrared rays having a wavelength of 2.5 to 25 μm, and far infrared rays having a wavelength of 25 μm or more may have instantaneous warming properties. The region matches the natural frequency of the organic matter and water molecules that make up the human body and is easily absorbed by the human body. Far-infrared rays are preferred because they are detected instantaneously by the Ruffini bodies that sense warmth distributed in the upper layer of the dermis. The emitted light from the infrared radiation member may contain visible light in addition to infrared light. In this case, visible light emitted from the infrared radiation member can also be used as auxiliary illumination. On the other hand, when such visible light is not used as illumination, a lid member that transmits infrared light and does not transmit (reflect) visible light through the first opening 21 for emitting infrared light, as will be described later. It only has to be attached.
[0021]
In addition, as the visible light emitting member used in the present invention, a conventionally known member can be used as long as it emits light having a wavelength in the visible light region, and is appropriately determined from the environment of the room to be illuminated and the desired atmosphere. That's fine. For example, incandescent bulbs, fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, sodium lamps, metal halide lamps and the like can be mentioned.
[0022]
By the way, for example, when the lighting device of the present invention is attached to a room with a low ceiling such that the height of the ceiling is 2,000 mm or less from the floor surface, the lighting device attached to the ceiling when the user is standing Since the distance from the user's head is short, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, in the illumination device in which the first opening 21 for emitting infrared light is formed at the center of the bottom surface, infrared rays from the illumination device are used. However, the user's head is often irradiated, which may cause discomfort to the user. Therefore, when installing in a room with a low ceiling, as in the lighting device shown in FIG. 2, the first opening 21 for infrared emission is provided in a concentric band around the center of the lower surface, and the halogen heater 5 After the radiated infrared ray is reflected by the reflecting member 2, it is preferably emitted from the first opening 21 to control the emission direction of the infrared ray. As shown in FIG. 4, according to such a configuration, an infrared non-irradiation space can be created immediately below the lighting device, and the user is standing by adjusting the size and shape of this space. It is possible to control the amount of infrared rays irradiated to the head at a low level and to irradiate the entire body of the user with infrared rays when the posture is low such as sitting.
[0023]
In order to suppress infrared irradiation unevenness, the first opening 21 is made continuous as in the illumination device of FIG. Further, in order to prevent the user from directly looking at the light source, infrared light reflected mainly by the reflecting member 2 is emitted to the outside. In addition, it is recommended that a grid (not shown) is attached to the first opening 21 so that the user does not carelessly put the hand into the first opening 21.
[0024]
On the other hand, the formation position of the second opening 43 for visible light irradiation, can be illuminated widely chamber at one lamp, and since the downsizing of the apparatus, the central portion of the lower surface of the lighting device.
[0025]
Some types of infrared radiation members emit light in the visible light region together. In this case, the visible light emitted from the visible light radiating member and the visible light emitted from the infrared radiating member (in many cases, red) may be mixed, giving the user a sense of discomfort. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 , a first lid member 71 that transmits only infrared rays is attached to the first opening 21 for emitting infrared rays so that visible light does not exit from the first opening 21. do it.
[0026]
As such a first lid member, for example, a material in which each layer of titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide is laminated on the inner surface of a heat-resistant glass mainly composed of borosilicate is used. By adjusting the thickness of these layers, infrared light can be transmitted and visible light can be reflected. If more layers are stacked, the transmittance and reflectance can be further increased.
[0027]
Similarly, some visible light radiating members radiate infrared rays and ultraviolet rays together depending on the type. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5 , when removing infrared rays or ultraviolet rays, a second lid member 72 that transmits only visible light may be attached to the second opening for emitting visible light. As described above, the second lid member 72 is formed by laminating each layer of titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide on the inner surface of heat-resistant glass mainly composed of borosilicate, which transmits visible light and Examples include those in which the thickness of the layer is adjusted so that infrared rays and ultraviolet rays are reflected.
[0028]
From the viewpoints of preventing the temperature in the apparatus from rising due to heat from the halogen heater and reducing the weight of the apparatus, it is preferable to form a ventilation hole in the housing. FIG. 6 shows an example of a device in which ventilation holes are formed in the housing. In the apparatus of FIG. 6 , a mesh 12, a slit 13, and a hole 14 as ventilation holes are formed in a housing 1 having a shape in which a small-diameter cylindrical portion is connected to a large-diameter cylindrical portion. Since the outside air flows into the apparatus through the mesh 12, the slit 13, and the hole 14 and the entire apparatus is air-cooled, an increase in the apparatus internal temperature is effectively suppressed. In addition, since hot air is easy to accumulate in the upper part in an apparatus, it is preferable to form a ventilation hole in the upper surface or upper surface of an apparatus. There is no particular limitation on the shape and structure of the ventilation holes. In an experiment by the inventor conducted using the apparatus shown in this figure, the heat radiation amount was increased by about 30% and the apparatus weight was reduced by about 15% as compared with an apparatus not provided with ventilation holes.
[0029]
When the lighting device of the present invention is used in a room with high humidity such as a bathroom or a dressing room, the lighting device needs to be sealed. For this purpose, for example, when the first lid member 71 and the second lid member 72 are attached to the first opening and the second opening, respectively, as described above, as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the elastic member 8 having a shape matching the outer shape of the opening is sandwiched between the openings 21 and 43 and the lid members 71 and 72 to obtain a waterproof effect. Further, when the opening 11 of the housing 1 is sealed with the translucent lid member 73 in order to protect the inside of the lighting device as shown in FIG. 8 , the opening 11 of the housing 1 and the translucent lid member. The waterproofing effect may be obtained by sandwiching the elastic member 8 between the two.
[0030]
Next, the usage state of such an illuminating device will be described. When the user enters the room where the lighting device is attached, the user turns on the switch of the lighting device arranged in the vicinity of the door of the room. Then, the lamp 6 of the lighting device is turned on and the room becomes bright. At the same time, since the halogen heater 5 is also turned on, infrared rays emitted from the halogen heater 5 are incident on the user, and the user feels warmth instantly. Of course, instead of the switch of the illumination device, a human detection sensor such as an infrared sensor or a vibration detection sensor may be provided, and the illumination device of the present invention may be operated by the detection of the human detection sensor.
[0031]
On the other hand, when heating is not required such as in summer, the on / off switch S is turned off so that the halogen heater 5 is not turned on even when the power of the lighting device is turned on. Of course, a sensor for detecting the room temperature is provided so that the halogen heater 5 is turned off when the detected temperature of the sensor becomes equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature, and the switch is turned on when the detected temperature becomes lower than the predetermined temperature. I do not care.
[0032]
In addition, a fan may be further provided in the lighting device of the present invention in order to send a wind when the room is hot in summer or the like to lower the temperature of the user's perception or to diffuse the odor. FIG . 9 is a side sectional view showing an example of a lighting device including a fan, and FIG . 10 is a bottom view thereof. The basic configuration of the lighting device in FIGS . 9 and 10 is almost the same as that of the lighting device shown in FIG. 1, and therefore, the description of the same configuration will be omitted here, and only a different configuration will be described. In bottom view, the lamp 6 for illumination is provided in the lower half of the substantially elliptical island-shaped part in the center of the apparatus, and the fan 9 in which the blades 92 are directly attached to the rotation shaft of the motor 91 is provided in the upper half. A cover C having a blower port H is covered on the cover C so that the blower port H is just at the position facing the fan 9.
[0033]
In the lighting device having such a configuration, when the room is hot, such as in summer, the fan 9 is turned on with the halogen heater 5 turned off, so that the wind is sent from the user's head and the temperature of the user's perceived temperature is reduced. Can be lowered. Of course, a fan may be used together with the halogen heater 5 for the purpose of diffusing the odor.
[0034]
Another embodiment of a lighting device of the present invention with a fan 9 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. This lighting device includes a blade 93 that rotates around a columnar protrusion (blocking member) 4 formed at the center of the reflecting member 2 that is recessed in a bowl shape, and a motor 91 that rotates the blade 93. A fan 9 is attached. The blade 93 is engaged with a plurality of rectangular openings (not shown) formed in the circumferential direction at the upper part of the cylindrical base portion of the blade, and a gear G attached to the motor shaft is engaged. Rotate. Here, if the rotational speed of the motor 91 and the angle of the blades 93 can be varied, a desired air flow rate can be obtained. An illumination lamp 6 is attached inside the columnar protrusion 4, and a cover C is attached to the opening 43.
[0035]
The blade 93 used preferably reflects or transmits infrared rays. Examples of the material that reflects infrared rays include those exemplified as the material of the reflecting member. Examples of materials that transmit infrared rays include heat-resistant glass mainly composed of boron and silicic acid.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
In the lighting device of the present invention, since the infrared radiation member and the visible light radiation member are provided, the room illumination and the heating can be performed by one device, the instantaneous warming property is obtained, and the infrared radiation member is inserted. Since the off switch is provided in the housing, the same lighting device can be used throughout the year. Also, a blocking member for blocking infrared rays is provided between the infrared radiation member and the visible light radiation member so that the infrared radiation emitted from the infrared radiation member does not directly hit the visible light radiation member. The temperature of the lamp is usually kept at 40 ° C. or lower, and the life of the lamp can be extended.
[0037]
Since the first opening for infrared emission is provided continuously around the center of the bottom surface of the device when attached to the ceiling, it can be placed on the user's head when the user is standing. Concentration of infrared rays is suppressed, and uneven irradiation is eliminated . Further, since the second opening for emitting visible light is provided at the center of the lower surface, the entire area around the user can be brightened.
[0038]
Since the reflecting member for reflecting the infrared rays is provided and the infrared rays reflected mainly by the reflecting member are emitted to the outside, the light source can be prevented from being directly touched by the user and the safety is improved.
[0039]
In addition, a first lid member that transmits at least infrared rays and a second lid member that transmits at least visible light are attached to the first opening and the second opening, and between the lid member and the opening. By attaching an elastic member to the wall and providing a waterproof function, it can be used in a room with high humidity such as a bathroom or a dressing room.
[0040]
Moreover, if the lighting device is further equipped with a fan, it can send a wind to the user when the room is hot, such as in summer, to give a cool feeling. It can also diffuse odors. As such a fan, when a fan consisting of a blade rotating around a columnar protrusion formed in the central portion of a reflecting member that is recessed in a bowl shape that reflects infrared rays and a motor that rotates the blade is used, A lot of wind can be sent to the user, and at the same time, the device can be downsized. If a visible light emitting member is attached to the inside of the columnar protrusion, the entire room can be illuminated and the apparatus can be downsized.
[0041]
With one electrical connection for connection to an external power source, it can be easily attached to an existing electrical connection in the room.
[0042]
If the ventilation hole is formed in the housing, the temperature inside the apparatus is prevented from excessively rising, and the weight of the apparatus can be reduced.
