本発明は、基礎を施工するにあたり、基礎コンクリート中に埋設される定着筋に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、住宅建物の基礎を施工する場合、現場に枠組みされた枠体内に、定着筋を設けておいてコンクリートを打設して、基礎コンクリート中に定着筋を埋設するといった事が行われている。

従来より、図5に示すように、この定着筋aとしては、略U字状に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部bと、この折り曲げ部bから延設され、互いに並行する長尺の直線部cとによって形成されたU字筋dを組み合わせてなてるものが知られている。

すなわち、この定着筋aは、U字筋dの並行する直線部c間に、他のU字筋dの直線部cが位置するように、一対のU字筋dを幅方向にずらせるとともに、これらU字筋dの直線部c同士を、直線部cに対して直行する方向に配した固定筋eに溶接固定して構成されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記従来の定着筋aは、U字筋dが二段になって嵩張ってしまうので、基礎架主筋として使用する場合、その分、基礎も嵩高くしなければならず、コンクリート量も増え、経済的にも不利になってしまうといった不都合を生じることとなる。

本発明は、係る実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、配筋の納まりをコンパクトにすることができる定着筋を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明の定着筋は、基礎コンクリート中に埋設される定着筋であって、略U字状に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部と、この折り曲げ部から延設され、互いに並行する直線部とによって形成されたU字筋を組み合わせてなり、U字筋の並行する直線部間に、他のU字筋の直線部が位置するように、一対のU字筋の直線部が同一平面上で交互に横並びとなされるとともに、この横並び状態で折り曲げ部同士が緩衝し合わないように、直線部に対して折り曲げ部が屈曲されてなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図1は、定着筋1の全体構成の概略を示し、図2は同定着筋1の施工状態を示している。

すなわち、この定着筋1は、U字筋2を組み合わせて構成されている。

U字筋2は、鉄筋を折り曲げ加工して構成されており、略U字状に折り曲げられた折り曲げ部21から、互いに並行する直線部22が延設されている。

以上述べたように、本発明によると、横並び状態で折り曲げ部同士が緩衝し合わないように、直線部に対して折り曲げ部を屈曲しているので、一対のU字筋の直線部を同一平面上で交互に横並びにすることができる。したがって、鉄筋が多段になるのを防止して配筋の納まりをコンパクトにすることができるので、基礎コンクリートのコンパクト化や、施工性の向上を図ることができる。
