この発明はパチンコ機に関し、とくに遊技盤の裏側から転り落ちたセーフ球を誘導するセーフ球誘導機構に関する。

従来技術としては例えば実公平6−141号公報がある。この公報には収容保持枠及び遊技盤の裏面に亘り装着されたセット板の内側下部には全てのセーフ球を受け入れて下流の所定部側へ排出するセーフ球集合排出領域が形成され、前記セット板の内側下部にはセーフ球集合排出領域の開口前面の所要面域を覆蓋する隔壁部材を取着したパチンコ機の遊技球通路が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は遊技盤の裏側から転り落ちたセーフ球の流れを円滑化および安定化させることを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1のパチンコ機は、前枠部1bの裏面に固定されたベース枠9における枠体11の開口部内に遊技盤12が嵌込まれるとともに、前記ベース枠9に賞品球払い出しユニット45を備えた合成樹脂製の裏枠40が回動可能に組付けられて前記遊技盤12の裏側に整合されている。
又、前記裏枠40の下枠部に形成された後路壁59の前面側に、前記遊技盤12の裏側から通出されたセーフ球を受け入れて下流側へ誘導するためのセーフ球集合通路63が形成される一方、前記裏枠40の後路壁59の裏面側で前記セーフ球集合通路63に対応する所定部位に、前記賞品球払い出しユニット45から払い出された賞品球を導入して排出するための裏カバー板70が取外し可能に取り付けられている。

【作用】

又、前記セーフ球集合通路63の前路壁58の路内面には、セーフ球用の整流リブ67A、67B球流れ方向に沿って形成され、前記セーフ球集合通路63の後路壁59の所定部位には、前記合流部63c内のセーフ球の流れ状態を透視し得る細長形状のセーフ球監視窓84が合流部63cの路面63eに沿って開設されているので、セーフ球の流れを見ることができる。

【発明の効果】
請求項1のパチンコ機では、裏枠40において、セーフ球集合通路63の前路壁58の路内面にセーフ球用の整流リブ67A、67B球流れ方向に沿って形成されているので、セーフ球はリブ67A、67B当接して案内されながら整列された状態で流下し、又、裏カバー板70を取り付けた状態において、セーフ球監視窓84と貫通状に開設したセーフ球透視窓87とによってセーフ球集合通路63の合流部63c内のセーフ球を見ることができるので、セーフ球集合通路の球詰りの有無をパチンコ機の後側から容易に見分けることができると共に、転動するセーフ球に付着したゴミ等をセーフ球監視窓84およびセーフ球透視窓87を通じて排出することが可能である。
そして、前記裏カバー板70には賞品球誘導通路80が形成してあるので、賞品球誘導通路80を変更するに当たっては、裏枠40全体の変更をすることなく、裏カバー板70の変更、即ち、新たな別の裏カバー板70のみを取り付けることにより対応できる。

パチンコ機の木枠1は定位置に立設される角筒状の後枠部1aと、この後枠部1aにヒンジによって前方への回動可能に結合されて後枠部1aの前側に設置された方形枠状の前枠部1bとによって形成されている。
