Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of a vehicular lamp according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
FIG. 1 shows, for example, a tail stop lamp 1 that is assembled to a rear combination lamp RL as a vehicular lamp.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, 10 is a housing of the tail stop lamp 1, 20 is a bulb located in the housing 10, 30 is a lens mounted on the housing 10, and 40 is a plate-like reflector.
[0010]
The housing 10 is integrally provided with a peripheral wall 11 that forms a front opening 10a and a rear wall 12 that rises the peripheral wall 11.
[0011]
The rear wall 12 includes a valve mounting hole 12a that holds the socket in an inclined state in which the bulb 20 is directed in a predetermined direction, and a reflector portion 12b that reflects part of the illumination light beam emitted from the bulb 20 toward the lens 30. And are formed. From the rear wall 12, a rib 13 is integrally formed along a part of the peripheral wall 11, and a groove 14 is formed by the rib 13 and the peripheral wall 11 so as to open in the same direction as the front opening 10 a of the housing 10. An engaging portion 11 a of the lens 30 formed along the peripheral wall 11 is formed at the outer front end of the peripheral wall 11.
[0012]
The lens 30 is held by the lens body 31 of the rear combination lamp RL and covers the front opening 10 a of the housing 10. The leg portion 31 a of the lens body 31 is engaged with the engagement groove 11 b of the engagement portion 11 a, whereby the lens 30 is held by the housing 10 via the lens body 31. Note that the engagement groove 11b is filled with a sealing material S such as a hot melt material with which the lens leg 31a abuts.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the reflector 40 is fitted into the groove portion 14 in the housing 10, and is bent inward from the fitting portion 41 to the inside of the housing 10 to come into contact with the tip portion 13 a of the rib 13. The seat portion 42, the f-curved reflection portion 43 extending from the seat portion 42 toward the front opening in the housing 10, and a pair of operating collars 44 projecting from the seat portion 42 are integrally provided. ing.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the fitting portion 41 is a pair of cut and raised shapes that engage with one inner wall (the rib 13 side) of the groove portion 14 so as to prevent the housing 10 from coming off from the groove portion 14. A retaining piece 41a, a pair of projecting seats 41b protruding so as to come into pressure contact with the other inner wall (the peripheral wall 11 side) of the groove portion 14, and a pair of reinforcing recess portions 41c straddling the fitting portion 41 and the seat portion 42 are formed. ing.
[0015]
Moreover, the fitting part 41 is curving along the width direction (depth direction of a paper surface) of the groove part 14. As shown in FIG. The overall width L1 (see FIG. 2C) of the groove portion 14 due to the curvature of the fitting portion 41 is set to be larger than the facing distance L2 between the peripheral wall 11 and the rib 13 (see FIG. 1). The retaining pieces 41a are located on both side edges on the distal end side of the fitting portion 41, and are cut and raised in a substantially triangular shape so that the distal end faces the reflecting portion 43 side as shown in FIG. Therefore, the triangular apex (tip) C is caught inside the rib 13 that forms the groove portion 14 of the housing 10, thereby causing a retaining action. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion seat 41 b has a semicircular shape that rises toward the peripheral wall 11 side of the housing 10. The tip of the protrusion seat 41 b comes into contact with the peripheral wall 11 of the housing 10. And a pair of reinforcement recessed part 41c is dented in the substantially triangular shape inside the housing 10 opposite to the protrusion seat 41b, as shown in FIG.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2B, the seat portion 42 has a substantially drum-like seat surface, and forms a pair of reinforcing recesses 42 a straddling the seat portion 42 and the reflection portion 43. A pair of reinforcement recessed part 42a is located inside the reinforcement recessed part 41c of the fitting part 41, and as shown in FIG. 3, it has dented in the substantially triangular shape at the peripheral wall 13 side of the housing 10 opposite to the reinforcement recessed part 41c.
[0017]
The reflecting portion 43 reflects a part of the illumination light beam emitted from the bulb 20 toward the side of the vehicle body by the f-curved reflecting surface facing the inside of the housing 10.
[0018]
The operating collar 44 extends from both side edges of the seat 42 and has a rectangular shape with a width smaller than the width of both sides of the seat 42.
[0019]
Next, attachment of the reflector 40 to the housing 10 will be described.
[0020]
First, when the pair of operation collars 44 are gripped and the tip of the fitting part 41 is inserted from the opening of the groove part 14, the apex (tip) C of the retaining piece 41 a of the fitting part 41 becomes the rib of the groove part 14. The fitting portion 41 is pushed into the groove portion 14 while the tip of the protrusion seat 41b is elastically contacted with the wall surface on the peripheral wall 11 side on the wall surface on the 13th side.
[0021]
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, positioning is performed by bringing the back surface of the seat portion 42 into contact with the tip 13 a of the rib 13, and the mounting of the reflector 40 is completed.
[0022]
Thus, when mounting the reflector 40 in the groove portion 14 of the housing 10, the pair of operating collars 44 of the reflector 40 can be gripped and mounted, and the reflecting portion 43 of the reflector 40 is not subjected to an operation load and is reflected. The surface (f surface) is not deformed.
[0023]
Further, the back surface of the seat portion 42 abuts on the tip 13 a of the rib 13, and the reflecting portion 43 of the reflector 40 can be positioned on the tip 13 a of the rib 13.
[0024]
And even if the fitting part 41 of the reflector 40 which has the width | variety L1 larger than the opposing space | interval L2 of the groove part 14 of the housing 10 fits in the groove part 14, it is the reflection part 43 of the reflector 40 by a pair of reinforcement recessed part 41c and the reinforcement recessed part 42a. There is no effect on the deformation.
[0025]
Furthermore, even if the mounted reflector 40 tries to come out of the groove portion 14 due to vibration or the like generated when the vehicle travels, the apex (tip) C of the retaining piece 41a of the fitting portion 41 bites into the wall surface on the rib 13 side. It is possible to prevent escape from the groove portion 14.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the vehicular lamp according to the present invention, as described above, the reflector is in contact with the fitting portion fitted into the groove portion and the end surface of the groove portion that is bent from the fitting portion to the inside of the housing to form the groove portion. Since it is equipped with a seat, a reflective part extending from the seat toward the front opening, and a pair of operating collars projecting from the seat, it is inexpensive and simple in construction, but to the housing Assembling and positioning operations can be easily performed, and deformation of the reflecting portion during the assembling operation can be prevented.
