この種のヒンジキャップの従来例として、特開平11−321913号公報に記載されたものが知られている。

この従来技術は、キャップ本体の組付き筒に、縦方向に二条の弱化線を形成して裂き取り部を構成し、この裂き取り部の上端部を、組付き筒の上端に頂板を介して起立連設した注出筒片の外側に同心状に設けた把持部に一体に接続して形成し、さらに注出筒片および把持部の両方を覆う外蓋を設けて構成され、キャップの取扱いの邪魔となることがなく、かつ分別のための破断操作が行い易く、さらに最初の開放の際に誤操作されることがない把持部を構成している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来技術にあっては、把持部は、注出筒片の外側に、外蓋で覆われる構成で設けられているので、その大きさに限界があり、このため指先で摘んだ把持部に、必ずしも充分な引っ張り力を作用させることができるとは限らず、このため裂き取り部の破断除去、すなわち分別処理が困難となることがある、と云う問題があった。

本願の第一の発明は、「キャップ本体(1)と蓋体(14)を連結させたヒンジキャップであって、
