【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として介護用のベッドに関し、詳しくは、充分な強度を備えながら、使用者や介護者が金属の冷たい感覚を抱くのを防止し、かつ、ベッドの組み立て及び分解を容易にしようとする技術に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、介護用のベッドにおいては、充分な強度が必要となって、ベッドフレームの外周枠を金属フレームとして、金属フレームにヘッドボードとフットボードとを取付け、両側部にサイドガードを取付けるのである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、外周枠を金属フレームとし、ヘッドボード、フットボード及び両側部のサイドガードをも金属製にする場合には、充分に強度を高めることができるのであるが、金属の外観が増して、使用者や介護者が冷たい、硬いなどの違和感を抱くものである。

本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、充分な強度を備えながら、使用者や介護者が金属の冷たい感覚を抱くのを防止することができるベッドを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１においては、ベッドフレームの外周枠１を金属フレーム２として、金属フレーム２にヘッドボード３とフットボード４とを取付け、両側部にサイドガード５を取付けたベッドであって、金属フレーム２、ヘッドボード３、フットボード４及びサイドガード５に金属表面を覆う化粧カバー６又は化粧仕上げを施し、下端に開口された係止溝１５を形成して略逆Ｕ字状となる受金具１４を形成し、受金具１４をヘッドボード３及びフットボード４に係入隙間ｄを形成して取付け、外周枠１に水平断面が略Ｔ字状となる連結ピン１６を取付け、係止溝１５及び係入隙間ｄに連結ピン１６を下から挿入して外周枠１にヘッドボード３及びフットボード４を連結していることを特徴とするものである。このような構成によれば、金属フレーム２、ヘッドボード３、フットボード４及びサイドガード５には金属表面を覆う化粧カバー６又は化粧仕上げが施されていて、外周枠１、サイドガード５を金属製にして充分な強度を出しながら金属外観をなくして使用者はいうにおよばず介護者にも違和感を抱かせることがないものである。
しかも、受金具１４とヘッドボード３及びフットボード４との間の係入隙間ｄで、かつ受金具１４の係止溝１５に、外周枠１に取付けた略Ｔ字状の連結ピン１６を挿入することで、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４と外周枠１とを容易・迅速に連結することができ、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえる。

請求項２においては、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は、木調板７の周側面を凸となる円弧面８に形成し、周側面の板裏面側部分と板裏面とに開放された切欠き９を形成し、円弧頂面１１を有して木調仕上げをした周縁材１２を断面茸状に形成し、二枚の木調板７、７を積層して対向する切欠き９、９にて形成される周溝１０に周縁材１２の脚部１３を挿入していることを特徴とするものである。このような構成によれば、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は二枚の木調板７、７を合わせ、合わせ目に形成される周溝１０に木調仕上げをした断面茸状の周縁材１２の脚部１３を挿入して構成するのであり、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は木調仕上げのものであり、一層、外観を高めることができ、しかも、二枚の木調板７、７の周側面は凸となる円弧面８となり、合わせ目に装着する周縁材１２も円弧頂面１１を備えていることから、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４の外周面を良好な円弧面にできて、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４の外周部に手を掛ける際に手触り感を高めることができる。

請求項３においては、係止溝１５は下が広く上が狭いテーパー溝にしてあることを特徴とするものである。このような構成によれば、下が広く上が狭いテーパー溝の係止溝１５に略Ｔ字状の連結ピン１６を挿入する際に、受金具１４を取付けたヘッドボード３及びフットボード４が多少傾いていても擦り音を抑制することができ、又、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえる。

請求項４においては、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４に回転防止翼１７を備えたナット１８を埋込み、受金具１４の通孔１９を通過したビス２０をナット１８に螺合していることを特徴とするものである。このような構成によれば、ナット１８は回転防止翼１７によって回転が防止され、ビス２０をナット１８に強く螺合させることができ、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４に受金具１４を強固に取付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図１はベッドフレームの概略斜視図、図２はマットとの関係を示す分解斜視図である。

本発明のベッドＡは、主として介護用であり、ベース３２にベッドフレーム３３が昇降手段３４によって昇降自在に、又、背もたれフレーム３５及び脚のせフレーム３６が起立自在に構成され、背もたれフレーム３５及び脚のせフレーム３６にマット３７が載せられている。このようなベッドＡは、例えば、レンタル品であり、家庭などにおいて容易に組立てることができるとともに、組立てられたベッドＡは金属外観ではなくて木調外観を呈するようにしている。以下、詳述する。

ベッドフレーム３３の外周枠１を金属フレーム２として、金属フレーム２にヘッドボード３とフットボード４とを取付け、両側部にサイドガード５を取付けている。金属フレーム２、ヘッドボード３、フットボード４及びサイドガード５に金属表面を覆う化粧カバー６又は化粧仕上げを施している。

具体的には、図６に示すように、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は、木調板７の周側面を凸となる円弧面８に形成している。周側面の板裏面側部分と板裏面とに開放された切欠き９を形成している。円弧頂面１１を有して木調仕上げをした周縁材１２を断面茸状に形成している。しかして、二枚の木調板７、７を積層して対向する切欠き９、９にて形成される周溝１０に周縁材１２の脚部１３を挿入している。

このように、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は二枚の木調板７、７を合わせ、合わせ目に形成される周溝１０に木調仕上げをした断面茸状の周縁材１２の脚部１３を挿入して構成するのであり、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４は木調仕上げのものであり、外観を高めている。しかも、二枚の木調板７、７の周側面は凸となる円弧面８となり、合わせ目に装着する周縁材１２も円弧頂面１１を備えていることから、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４の外周面を良好な円弧面にできて、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４の外周部に手を掛ける際に手触り感を高めている。

ベッドフレーム３３の外周枠１は、図５に示すように、ヘッド側部分１ａとフット側部分１ｂとを、例えば、実結合のような連結手段３８によって連結している。このような連結は差込み手段によってもよいものである。

図３（ａ）（ｂ）及び（ｃ）に示すように、外周枠１の対向する金属製の側部フレーム２１に断面略Ｃ字状で突板等で木調仕上げをした、例えば、合成樹脂製（金属製であってもよい）の化粧カバー６を外嵌している。このように、側部フレーム２１に断面略Ｃ字状の化粧カバー６を着脱自在に外嵌することで、側部フレーム２１における金属外観を無くして、例えば、木目調仕上げをおこなうための施工を簡単・容易におこなえ、又、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえる。ものである。

図４（ａ）（ｂ）及び（ｃ）に示すように、化粧カバー６と同様の木調仕上げをおこなって両端部が略コ字状となったサイドガード支持フレーム２２を側部フレーム２１に直接又は実施の形態のように、化粧カバー６を介装して着脱自在に取付けている。サイドガード支持フレーム２２は長さ方向の両端部に設けた締付けねじ３９の締込みによって側部フレーム２１に化粧カバー６を介して取付けている。

サイドガード支持フレーム２２の長さ方向の両端部に連結パイプ２３ａ、２３ｂを取付けている。サイドガード５には挿入棒４０を垂下していて挿入棒４０、４０を連結パイプ２３ａ、２３ｂに挿入することで、サイドガード５をサイドガード支持フレーム２２に分解自在に連結している。

ところで、一方の連結パイプ２３ａの孔は真円２４ａに、他方の連結パイプ２３ｂの孔はサイドガード支持フレーム２２の長さ方向に長い長孔２４ｂにしていることから、サイドガード支持フレーム２２の他方の連結パイプ２３ｂの長い長孔２４ｂにおいて位置のずれを吸収することができ、サイドガード５をサイドガード支持フレーム２２に、一層、容易に取付けることができるものである。

又、サイドガード５は、図１９に示すように、連結棒４１によって上下に分割可能に構成され、上部サイドガード５ａは金属パイプ２５に合成樹脂の覆い２６を施していることから、サイドガード５の上部サイドガード５ａを金属製として強度を高めながら、合成樹脂製の覆い２６によって金属の外観をなくし、手触り性も高めることができるものである。この場合、上部サイドガード５ａは合成樹脂の成形品であってもよく、上部サイドガード５ａの外観を高め、手触り感を高めることができるものである。又、上部サイドガイド５ａと下部サイドガイド５ｂとは、連結棒４１によって圧入して連結していることから、上部サイドガード５ａと下部サイドガード５ｂとの連結を容易・迅速にかつ強固におこなうことができる。

このように、ベッドフレーム３３の金属フレーム２、ヘッドボード３、フットボード４及びサイドガード５には金属表面を覆う化粧カバー６又は化粧仕上げが施されていて、外周枠１、サイドガード５を金属製にして充分な強度を出しながら金属外観をなくして使用者はいうにおよばず介護者にも違和感を抱かせることがないものである。

次に、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４をベッドフレーム３３の外周枠１に分解自在に連結する構成を詳述する。

図３（ｂ）（ｃ）、図９乃至図１３に示すように、下端に開口された係止溝１５を形成して略逆Ｕ字状となる受金具１４を形成する。ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４には二段にわたって凹入部４２、４３を形成する。奥の凹入部４３を跨ぐように受金具１４をヘッドボード３及びフットボード４に係入隙間ｄを形成して取付ける。外周枠１に取付金具２７をビス４４にて取付ける。この場合、スリーブ２９を介して挿入金具２８を共に外周枠１に取付ける。スリーブ２９と挿入金具２８とが平面から見るとＴ字状の連結ピン１６を構成するものである。

しかして、受金具１４の係止溝１５及び係入隙間ｄに挿入金具２８及びスリーブ２９にて構成した連結ピン１６を下から挿入して、外周枠１にヘッドボード３及びフットボード４を連結するのである。このように、受金具１４とヘッドボード３及びフットボード４との間の係入隙間ｄで、かつ受金具１４の係止溝１５に、外周枠１に取付けた略Ｔ字状の連結ピン１６を挿入することで、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４と外周枠１とを容易・迅速に連結することができ、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえる。

ところで、係止溝１５は下が広く上が狭いテーパー溝にしてあるから、下が広く上が狭いテーパー溝の係止溝１５に略Ｔ字状の連結ピン１６を挿入する際に、受金具１４を取付けたヘッドボード３及びフットボード４が多少傾いていても擦り音を抑制することができ、又、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえる。

ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４には、図８に示すような回転防止翼１７を備えたナット１８を埋込んでいて、受金具１４の通孔１９を通過したビス２０をナット１８に螺合している。ナット１８は回転防止翼１７によって回転が防止され、ビス２０をナット１８に強く螺合させることができ、ヘッドボード３及びフットボード４に受金具１４を強固に取付けることができるものである。

【発明の効果】

しかも、下端に開口された係止溝を形成して略逆Ｕ字状となる受金具を形成し、受金具をヘッドボード及びフットボードに係入隙間を形成して取付け、外周枠に水平断面が略Ｔ字状となる連結ピンを取付け、係止溝及び係入隙間に連結ピンを下から挿入して外周枠にヘッドボード及びフットボードを連結しているから、受金具とヘッドボード及びフットボードとの間の係入隙間で、かつ受金具の係止溝に、外周枠に取付けた略Ｔ字状の連結ピンを挿入することで、ヘッドボード及びフットボードと外周枠とを容易・迅速に連結することができ、ベッドの組立て及び分解を容易におこなえるという利点がある。

請求項２においては、ヘッドボード及びフットボードは、木調板の周側面を凸となる円弧面に形成し、周側面の板裏面側部分と板裏面とに開放された切欠きを形成し、円弧頂面を有して木調仕上げをした周縁材を断面茸状に形成し、二枚の木調板を積層して対向する切欠きにて形成される周溝に周縁材の脚部を挿入しているから、請求項１の効果に加えて、ヘッドボード及びフットボードは二枚の木調板を合わせ、合わせ目に形成される周溝に木調仕上げをした断面茸状の周縁材の脚部を挿入して構成するのであり、ヘッドボード及びフットボードは木調仕上げのものであり、一層、外観を高めることができ、しかも、二枚の木調板の周側面は凸となる円弧面となり、合わせ目に装着する周縁材も円弧頂面を備えていることから、ヘッドボード及びフットボードの外周面を良好な円弧面にできて、ヘッドボード及びフットボードの外周部に手を掛ける際に手触り感を高めることができるという利点がある。
