Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for a building accessory, and can be used for, for example, a balcony, a veranda, a terrace, an outer staircase for an apartment house, an outer corridor for an apartment house, and the like.
[0002]
[Background]
Balconi, a building accessory, is installed on the outer wall of the building, so measures are taken to prevent rain. Conventionally, in a balconi where the floor is formed by arranging a plurality of deck materials side by side, it is placed inside the balconi of the girder beam or the twill beam, which is a structural material of the balcony and is an outer contour member that forms the outer contour of the balcony. The rainwater that has fallen on the deck material is allowed to flow down on the deck material, fall into this cage, and then discharged to the outside of the balconi.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the floor of the balconi is formed of a floor member provided with a drainage section, such as a waterproof pan, a draining member is provided between the floor member and the outer contour member of the balconi. The rainwater that has fallen on the drainage member and the floor member is drained from the drainage part of the floor member. In this case, the drainage member disposed on the outer contour member side of the balconi It is required to devise a waterproof structure against water such as rainwater at the end.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure for a building accessory that can secure a high degree of waterproofness with respect to an end portion of a draining member disposed on the outer contour member side of the building accessory.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the waterproofing structure for a building accessory according to the present invention, a draining member is disposed between an outer contour member that forms an outer contour of the building accessory and a floor member that forms a floor of the building accessory. A projecting piece projecting toward the inside of the building attachment is formed on the contour member, and an end of the draining member on the outer contour member side is disposed on the outer contour member below the projecting piece. It is characterized by being.
[0006]
According to the waterproof structure of the building accessory, the outer contour member that forms the outer contour of the building accessory is formed with a protruding piece that protrudes toward the inside of the building accessory, and the drainage member is disposed below the protruding piece. Since the end portion on the contour member side is disposed on the outer contour member, the projecting piece portion becomes a ridge that covers the upper portion of the end portion of the draining member, and is therefore disposed on the outer contour member side of the building accessory. A high degree of waterproofness can be secured at the end of the draining member.
[0007]
In this waterproofing structure for a building accessory, the protruding piece of the outer contour member may extend horizontally toward the inside of the building accessory, or may extend in an upward or downward inclination.
[0008]
Moreover, in the waterproof structure of this building accessory, the relationship between the outer contour member of the building accessory and the end portion of the draining member on the outer contour member side is that the end portion of this draining member on the outer contour member side is the outer contour member. In addition, the outer contour member may be provided with a receiving portion for placing the end portion of the draining member below the protruding piece portion, and the end portion on the outer contour member side of the draining member placed on the receiving portion. It may be arranged on the outer contour member.
[0009]
According to the latter, even if the end of the draining member on the outer contour member side is disposed below the protruding piece of the outer contour member, the draining member is placed on the receiving portion of the outer contour member. Even if such weight acts on the draining member, the draining member can sufficiently receive this weight.
[0010]
Further, the waterproof structure for a building accessory according to the present invention is provided with a draining member between an outer contour member that forms an outer contour of the building accessory and a floor member that forms a floor of the building accessory, The outer contour member is formed with a bank portion having a tip portion higher than the base end portion, and an end portion on the outer contour member side of the draining member that extends to the outside of the building attachment beyond the tip portion. It is arrange | positioned at the surface of the said bank part outside a building attachment thing, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0011]
According to the waterproof structure of the building accessory, the outer contour member that forms the outer contour of the building accessory is formed with a bank portion whose tip is higher than the base end, and the building extends beyond the tip. Since the end of the draining member that extends to the outside of the attached object is disposed on the outer surface of the building accessory of the bank, the rainwater that falls on the end of the attached member of the draining member on the outer contour member side is Since the end faces the outside of the building attachment as well as the outside surface of the building attachment of the bank portion, it is discharged to the outside of the building attachment. For this reason, a high degree of waterproofness can be secured for the end of the draining member disposed on the outer contour member side of the building accessory.
[0012]
In this waterproofing structure for building accessories, the bank portion may be one in which the outer surface of the building accessory of the bank portion is inclined upward toward the inner side of the building accessory, or it is one that rises vertically from the outer contour member. In addition, it may be inclined upward toward the outside of the building attachment, and the shape of the bank and the direction of the inclination are arbitrary.
[0013]
In the above-mentioned present invention, the arrangement of the end of the draining member with respect to the outer contour member forming the outer contour of the building accessory may be abutment, may be opposed to each other with a gap, or may be coupled, and the arrangement thereof. The form is arbitrary.
[0014]
When the end of the draining member is coupled to the outer contour member, this coupling may be performed using a fastener such as a screw, rivet, bolt or nut, or may be performed by an adhesive or welding. It is also possible to provide projections or protrusions on one of the outer contour member and the draining member, and to provide holes, recesses, or grooves on the other and engaging, locking, fitting, hooking, or the like.
[0015]
When the end of the draining member is joined to the outer contour member using a fastening tool that penetrates the outer contour member or the draining member, the head of the fastening tool is covered with a waterproof sealing material. Alternatively, a waterproof sealant may be interposed between the outer contour member and the draining member.
[0016]
According to this, it is possible to prevent leakage of water such as rainwater from the hole into which the fastening device is inserted.
[0017]
As described above, the present invention in which the draining member is disposed between the outer contour member that forms the outer contour of the building accessory and the floor member is for draining water such as rain water that has fallen on the draining member. This is particularly effective when the drainage portion is formed on a floor member disposed inside the outer contour member. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a drainage member such as a basin is provided separately from the floor member. It is also effective when arranged inside.
[0018]
Moreover, when the floor member is formed with a drainage part, an example of the floor member is a waterproof pan provided with a drain outlet.
[0019]
In this way, when the floor member is a waterproof pan, the end of the draining member opposite to the end disposed on the outer contour member side is the upright portion formed at the end of the waterproof pan. Lock inside from above. Thereby, the waterproofness of the edge part by the side of the waterproofing pan in a draining member can also be ensured.
[0020]
The outer contour member may be a pultruded or extruded product such as an aluminum alloy, a synthetic resin, or a synthetic resin mixed with wood powder, a bent product of a sheet metal such as a steel plate or a stainless steel plate, or a cast product such as an aluminum die cast. It may be a forged product, a press-formed product of a material such as a steel plate or a stainless steel plate, or a composite product of different materials.
[0021]
However, if the outer contour member is a pultruded or extruded product of aluminum alloy, the longitudinal direction of the outer contour member during the pultrusion or extrusion forming the above-mentioned projecting piece portion, receiving portion, and bank portion provided in the outer contour member It is possible to form the projection piece portion, the receiving portion, and the bank portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the draining member easily.
[0022]
The present invention described above can be applied to any building accessory, and the building accessory may be, for example, a balconi, a veranda, a terrace, an outer staircase for an apartment house, an outer corridor for an apartment house, or the like. .
[0023]
In addition, these building attachments may be provided with columns or without columns.
[0024]
Further, the outer contour member that forms the outer contour of the building accessory may be a structural material such as a span beam or a girder beam that forms the framework of the building accessory, or may be a cover or a decorative material attached to the structural member.
[0025]
In addition, the waterproof structure for a building accessory according to the present invention is particularly effective for rain water falling on the building accessory, but other water, for example, washing water generated when the laundry is dried or midsummer, etc. It is also effective against sprinkling water
[0026]

It is an enlarged view of the periphery of 21 C of standing parts of the 1st draining member 21 of 6th. As described above, the recessed portion 3B that is recessed to the outside of the balcony is formed in the upper part of the inner surface of the balcony of the end beam 3, and the standing portion 21C of the draining member 21 is inserted into the recessed portion 3B, and the standing portion 21C is stopped. It is joined to the end beam 3 by the attachment 27, and the sealing material 28 is filled in the recess 3B.
[0047]
The upper part of the recess 3B is a projecting piece 3C extending horizontally to the inside of the balcony, and the upright part 21C of the draining member 21 is coupled to the end beam 3 under the projecting piece 3C. The upper part is covered with the part 3C. The lower surface of the recess 3B is a receiving portion 3D that is inclined downward toward the inside of the balcony, and the main body portion 21A of the draining member 21 is placed on the receiving portion 3D.
[0048]
In the above, when rain falls on the balcony 2 during rainy weather, the rain water that has fallen on the draining member 21 flows to the waterproof pan 10 side because the main body portion 21A of the draining member 21 is inclined downward toward the waterproof pan 10 side. The rainwater falling on the waterproof pan 10 flows down the inclined walking surface of the waterproof pan 10, reaches the drain port 14, and is discharged from the drain pipe 16 to the outside of the balconi 2 through the vertical rod 17. Further, of the rainwater that has fallen on the beam 3, the rainwater that has reached the end inside the balcony of the beam 3, that is, the protruding piece 3 </ b> C of the beam 3, is a draining member 21 coupled to the beam 3. Since the standing portion 21C which is the end portion of the end beam 3 side is covered with the protruding piece portion 3C, it falls onto the main body portion 21A of the draining member 21 as it is, and thereafter the same as described above. Then, it is discharged to the outside of Balconi 2.
[0049]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the protrusion 3C protruding to the inner side of the balcony is provided on the end beam 3, and the standing portion 21C of the draining member 21 is coupled to the end beam 3 under the protrusion 3C. With respect to the rainwater that falls on the beam beam 3 and flows to the inside of the balcony, the projecting piece portion 3 becomes a trap for the standing portion 21 </ b> C of the draining member 21. For this reason, on the structure of the balconi 2, it is possible to ensure a high degree of waterproofness with respect to the joint end portion of the draining member 21 with the end beam 3.
[0050]
Further, since the recessed portion 3B of the end beam 3 into which the standing portion 21C is inserted is filled with the sealing material 28 and the head of the fastening device 27 is covered, the fastening device 27 penetrates the standing portion 21C. Even if the hole is formed, rainwater does not leak to the bottom of the draining member 21 through the hole.
[0051]
Moreover, since the end part of the main-body part 21A of the draining member 21 is mounted in this receiving part 3D in the end part 3C under the protrusion part 3C in the end beam 3, it is from the inside of the building 1 to Balconi 2 Even if the weight of a person or the like coming out acts on the draining member 21, the weight on the draining member 21 can be supported by the end beam 3 and the waterproof pan 10 via the draining member 21, The load can be received effectively.
[0052]
Further, since the end beam 3 is an aluminum alloy drawn or extruded product, the recess 3B, the protruding piece 3C, and the receiving portion 3 that are continuous in the longitudinal direction of the draining member 21 can be easily drawn or extruded. It is possible to form a waterproof structure convenient for the end beam 3 formed by pultrusion molding or extrusion molding.
[0053]
Next, different embodiments according to the present invention will be described.
[0054]
Each of the other embodiments described below is similar to the embodiment of FIG. 9 in that the draining member is applied to the left and right end beam portions and the girder beam portion erected between the ends of these end beams. Of these, the draining member applied to the part of the left side beam on behalf of these draining members.
[0055]
In the embodiment of FIG. 10, a sealing material 31 having a fixed shape made of waterproof tape or the like is disposed between the recessed portion 3 </ b> B of the end beam 3 and the standing portion 21 </ b> C of the draining member 21, and the rising portion 21 </ b> C is coupled to the end beam 3. The fastening tool 27 was inserted into the sealing material 31.
[0056]
According to this embodiment, even if rainwater enters the upright portion 21 </ b> C through which the fastening device 27 penetrates, further intrusion of rainwater is stopped by the sealing material 31. Leakage can be prevented, and the watertightness of the joint between the draining member 21 and the end beam 3 can be ensured as in the embodiment of FIG.
[0057]
In addition, according to this embodiment, before the draining member 21 is disposed between the end beam 3 and the waterproof pan 10, the sealing material 31 is attached to the outer surface of the standing part 21 </ b> C and then the fastening tool 27. By fixing the upright portion 21C to the end beam 3, the connecting operation of the draining member 21 and the end beam 3 and the operation of ensuring the watertightness of the connecting portion of the draining member 21 and the end beam 3 can be performed simultaneously. Workability can be improved.
[0058]
In the embodiment of FIG. 11, a groove 33B having a depth in the direction toward the outer side of the balcony is formed on the upper surface of the inner side of the balcony of the end beam 33, and the upper portion of the groove 33B is used as a projecting piece 33C. On the other hand, the end of the draining member 41 on the side of the cross beam 33 is a horizontal portion 41C, and after inserting the horizontal portion 41C with the sealing material 31 having a fixed shape on the upper surface into the groove 33B, the protruding piece portion 33C is inserted. The draining member 41 is coupled to the end beam 33 by a fastening device 27 inserted from the upper surface of the beam.
[0059]
Also in this embodiment, the protruding piece portion 33C serves as a flange for the horizontal portion 43C of the draining member 43, and the lower surface of the groove 33B serves as a receiving portion 33D on which the draining member 41 is placed. The sealing material 31 prevents rainwater from leaking to the lower surface of the draining member 41 or the like.
[0060]
In the embodiment of FIG. 12, the protruding piece 43C on the upper part of the recessed portion 43B of the end beam 43 into which the standing portion 21C of the draining member 21 is inserted does not protrude horizontally inside the balcony, but protrudes with an ascending slope. For this reason, in this embodiment, the rain water that has fallen on the projecting piece 43C flows down to the outside of the balcony and falls from the end beam 43.
[0061]
In addition, as shown by a two-dot chain line, the protrusion 43C is not inclined to the inner side of the balcony, but is inclined downward to the inner side of the balcony, so that the rain water that has fallen on the protrusion 43C is directed to the main body 21A of the draining member 21. It may be dropped.
[0062]
In the embodiment of FIG. 13, a bank portion 53 </ b> B is formed at an end portion inside the balcony on the upper surface of the end beam 53. Since the bank portion 53B is inclined upward toward the inside of the balcony, the tip end portion 53D at the end of climbing is higher than the base end portion 53C at the beginning of the climb, and the tip of the tip beam 53D is the tip of the end beam 53D. It is a vertical surface that is the side surface inside Balconi. The end portion of the draining member 61 on the side of the end beam 53 is an inclined portion 61C having an angle corresponding to the outer surface 53E of the balcony 53B, and the inclined portion 61C is connected to the bank portion 53B via the sealing material 31. It is connected to the outer surface 53E of the balconi by a fastening tool 27.
[0063]
According to this embodiment, since the inclined portion 61C of the draining member 61 is inclined downward to the outside of the balcony, the rain water falling on the inclined portion 61C flows down to the outside of the balconi and is discharged from the end beam 53. Further, since the surface 53E on the outer side of the balcony of the bank portion 53B to which the inclined portion 61C is coupled is also inclined downward toward the outer side of the balcony, the rain water that has fallen on the upper surface of the end beam 53 passes the bank portion 53B and is on the waterproof pan 10 side And does not leak to the lower surface side of the main body 61A of the draining member 61. For this reason, a high degree of waterproofness can be secured at the joint portion between the end beam 53 and the draining member 61.
[0064]
In the embodiment of FIG. 14, a bank portion 63B that rises vertically is formed at the end inside the balcony on the upper surface of the end beam 63, and the distal end portion 63D is higher than the base end portion 63C of the bank portion 63B. A vertical portion 71C, which is an end portion of the draining member 71 on the side of the end beam 63 and extends vertically downward, is applied to the surface 63E of the bank portion 63B via the sealing material 31, and is applied to the bank portion 63B. It is connected by a fastening tool 27.
[0065]
According to this embodiment, the bank portion 63B stands vertically, and the vertical portion 71, which is the end portion of the draining member 61 on the side of the end beam 63, is coupled to the surface 63E on the outer side of the balcony of the bank portion 63B. Also in this embodiment, the rain water that has fallen on the upper surface of the end beam 63 does not reach the waterproof pan 10 side beyond the bank portion 63B or leak to the lower surface side of the main body portion 71A of the draining member 71. A high degree of waterproofness is ensured at the connection point with the member 71.
[0066]
