Description

【0001】

[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a planting substrate, and FIG. 2 is a front view.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a planting substrate, which is integrally molded with a weather-resistant synthetic resin such as polyethylene. Reference numeral 2 denotes a frame that is continuously arranged in a grid pattern in eight rows and columns. An upward cylinder 3 is erected at each intersection of the frames 2. Further, a portion partitioned by each frame 2 is referred to as a turf housing portion 4.
[0006]
The through-cylinder 3 is a substantially octagonal cylinder that is formed narrower as it goes upward, and its upper part protrudes higher than the upper edge of the frame 2. The lower part of the through-cylinder 3 is a cylindrical skirt 7.
Further, a plurality of vertical ribs 5 are provided at predetermined intervals inside and outside the through-cylinder 3. The vertical ribs 5 are extended to the upper surface portion of the cylinder 3 to form convex portions on the upper surface of the cylinder.
Note that the inner surface of the through-cylinder 3 is formed in a substantially truncated cone shape whose inner diameter becomes thicker toward the lower end.
[0007]
A horizontal reinforcing frame 9 is disposed above the skirt 7. The height position of the reinforcing frame 9 is set to a position above the lower edge 8 of the skirt 7 by a height substantially equal to the thickness of a mat-like seedling grass 15 described later.
[0008]
A portion of each reinforcing frame 9 divided by the frame 2, that is, the turf accommodating portion 4 is an opening 10, and four extension members 11 thinner than the reinforcing frame 9 are provided inside the opening 10 at a predetermined interval. And projecting horizontally toward the center of the opening 10.
The extension member 11 is provided over substantially the entire edge of the opening 10 and is formed so as to cover about 20 to 30% of the area of the opening 10, so as to be as close to the center of the opening 10 as possible. Keep it short.
[0009]
A male joint 12 is provided on two adjacent sides of the side of the substrate 1 formed in a rectangular shape, and a female joint 13 is provided on the other two sides, every other cylinder 3 on each side. Install. The male joint 12 is provided at the tip of a connecting arm 22 extending to the side end of the cylinder 3, and the vertical notch 19 is provided at the side end of the upward cylindrical body 24 having the large diameter portion 17 at the upper end. A guiding slope 18 is formed on the shoulder of the large diameter portion 17. The female joint 13 is formed with an engaging element 14 projecting inwardly on the inner peripheral surface of the through-cylinder 3 so as to hold the male joint 12 on the inner side thereof. A vertical groove 23 to which the arm 22 is to be fitted is provided.
Further, the side surface of the vent tube 3, a soil dressing inflow hole 6 approximately twice the size of the vent hole of the substrate according to the present inventor's prior application provided to increase the inflow of soil dressing and oxygen to Lawn Provide sufficient supply.
Reference numeral 2 a denotes an adhesion prevention frame formed higher than the frame 2, and is appropriately provided instead of the frame 2. Thus, when a plurality of planting substrates 1 are stacked for conveyance, the planting substrate 1 is prevented from coming into close contact, and the through-cylinder 3 is brought into a fitted state and the like, so that it is difficult to come off.
[0010]
A process of creating a lawn using the planting substrate 1 will be described.
First, crushed stone is laid on the ground, and it is fully rolled with a roller to level the surface as flatly as possible. During this leveling, crushed stone dust or the like may be sprinkled on the crushed stone as an uneven adjustment material on the crushed stone.
[0011]
Next, an appropriate number (4 per 1 m 2 ) of the planting substrates 1 corresponding to the area of the lawn to be created is prepared, and connected to the ground 31 that is leveled and spread and laid. In this connection, as shown in FIG. 3, when the male joint 12 is positioned and stepped on the lower side of the female joint 13, the guide slope 18 of the male joint 12 is applied to the engagement element 14 of the female joint 13. The outer diameter of the male joint 12 is compressed in sliding contact. Further, when the pushed large diameter portion 17 exceeds the engaging element 14, the large diameter section 17 is restored by its elastic force and engaged with the engaging element 14. As a result, the male joint 12 and the female joint 13 are tightly coupled. At this time, the male joint 12 is held upward by the engagement element 14 of the female joint 13 and downward by the longitudinal groove 23, so that the coupling of the male and female joints 12 and 13 is shifted up and down. There is no fear.
[0012]
Next, the soil 16 is thrown in from the upper surface of the laid planting substrate 1, and using the rake or the like, the grounded soil 16 is leveled so as to be substantially equal to the height of the upper end surface of the cylinder 3. Here, as shown in FIG. 6, the introduced soil 16 is accommodated in the turf accommodating part 4 of the planting substrate 1, but the extension member 11 is provided in the opening 10 of each turf accommodating part 4 as described above. Since it protrudes, it is most important that a part of the customer soil is held on this extension member, while a space 20 is created below the extension member 11.
[0013]
Next, the required number of mat-like seedling turf 15 on which the lawn has been nurtured is prepared, and this seedling turf 15 is spread over the entire surface of the above-ground customer land 16 and thoroughly sprinkled. 21 is pressed to bring seedling grass 15 and customer soil 16 into close contact. In this rolling step, as shown in FIG. 5, the soil 16 and the seedling turf 15 are pushed into the turf container 4 by the weight of the roller 21 (about 4 t). At this time, the soil 16 is mixed with moisture. Guests falls into space 20 becomes the soil, that turns out that has flowed into the soil dressing inflow hole 6 good Ri ventilation cylinder 3.
[0014]
After rolling by the roller 21 2 to 3 times, the soil is sprinkled over the seedling grass 15 to a thickness of about 1 cm, and the creation process is completed.
[0015]
As described above, in the planting substrate 1, the customer soil 16 falls into the through-cylinder 3 and the space 20 at the same time as the roller rolling operation, so the customer soil 16 does not solidify and the lawn is not easily submerged. The occurrence of such death is reduced.
In addition, it is possible to omit the complicated manual work of manually sweeping the soil with a thickness of 1 to 2 cm, which is found in products of equivalent competitors. Moreover, by providing four vertical ribs 5 on the inner side of the cylinder and reinforcing it, the compression value that can withstand the running of a larger automobile is improved by 50% or more compared to the old model. Since the weight of an automobile or the like is supported by the upward through-cylinder 3, there is an improvement in performance over the substrate according to the prior application of the present inventor, such as a high strength.
Furthermore, since the extension member 11 that is an alternative to the temporary receiving tongue piece is made as short as possible in the center direction of the opening 10, there is no problem that the resin does not spread over the entire mold during resin molding.
[0016]
In the above-described embodiment, the construction method in which the mat-like seedling turf 15 made of general wild turf and ginseng turf is used to roll the material with the roller 21 has been described. The construction method may be such that the seeds of the turf are laid on top of the ground and the soil is applied to the seeds, and planting of ground cover plants other than the turf (eg, Hedera, Mube, onion, bear urn etc.) Applicable to appendix. Moreover, it can be applied as a crushed stone dust pavement that does not use ground cover plants for the purpose of underground penetration of rainwater.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In short, in the present invention, the cylinders are vertically arranged at the intersections of the lattice-like frame, and the bottomless turf housing portion is partitioned vertically and horizontally by the frame, and the mouth of the opening of the turf housing portion is formed. An extension member that extends in the horizontal direction toward the center is provided at the edge, and the extension member is provided over substantially the entire opening of the turf housing portion. Accordingly, a space where the soil does not enter is formed below the extension member, and the soil is surely moved and sinks and falls into this space by watering or the like, so that the lawn is difficult to sink appropriately. Further, the contact area between the extension member and the lip of the opening of the lawn accommodating portion is larger than that of the conventional one, and the resin spreads sufficiently over the extension member, so that no defective product is generated.
Further, since the soil inlet hole is provided on the side surface of the through cylinder, the amount of the soil flowing into the through cylinder 3 is remarkably increased.
Furthermore, since a plurality of vertical ribs are provided at predetermined intervals inside and outside the cylinder, the compression value is improved by 50% or more compared to the old model, so that it can withstand the running of a large automobile.
