本発明は空気調和機の壁掛式室内ユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の空気調和機の壁掛式室内ユニットを部分的に破断して示す斜視図が図3に示されている。

室内ユニットの本体1の前面に吸込グリル2が取り付けられ、その内方にフィルタ3が、その内方に熱交換器5a、5bが、その内方に貫流フアン7が配設されている。
本体1の前面下部に形成された吹出口6にはフラップ14a 、14b 及び図示しないルーバーが配設されている。

熱交換器5a、5bの下方にはドレンパン15が設置され、側方には電装箱8が設置されている。
電装箱8内にはメイン基盤9が配設され、このメイン基盤9にリード線13を介して連結されたサブ基盤10はドレンパン15の前面に螺子12により着脱自在に締結されている。

サブ基盤10の前面には発光ランプやリモコンの信号受信アンプ等の室内ユニットの正面に露出する必要がある部品11が取り付けられている。

空気調和機の運転時、図示しない室外ユニットからの冷媒が熱交換器5a、5b内を循環し、貫流フアン7が回転駆動される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の室内ユニットにおいて、メイン基盤9を電装箱8内に組み込んだ後、サブ基盤10をドレンパン15に締結しているが、メイン基盤9を電装箱8内に組み込む際、このメイン基盤9にサブ基盤10がリード線13を介して連結されているため、メイン基盤9を組み込み難いのみならずサブ基盤10が周囲の部品に衝突して破損するおそれがあった。

また、サブ基盤10はドレンパン15の前面に螺子12で締結していたため、この取り付けに手間及び時間が掛かるという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するために発明されたものであって、その要旨とするところは、本体の内部前方に設置された熱交換器の下方にドレンパンを設置するとともに上記熱交換器の側方に電装箱を設置し、この電装箱内にメイン基盤を配設するとともにこのメイン基盤にリード線を介して連結されたサブ基盤を上記ドレンパンの前面に着脱自在に取り付けてなる空気調和機の壁掛式室内ユニットにおいて、上記電装箱内に上記サブ基盤を仮収納された状態で保管するための収納スペースを設けたことを特徴とする空気調和機の壁掛式室内ユニットにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態が図1及び図2に示され、図1(A)は室内ユニットを部分的に破断して示す斜視図、図1(B)は(A)のB−B線に沿う断面図、図2は電装箱の断面図である。図2に示すように、電装箱8内にはサブ基盤10を仮収納された状態で保管するための収納スペース18が設けられている。

そして、図1(A) 、(B) に示すように、ドレンパン15の前面にはこれと一体に取付用爪17a 、17b が形成され、これら取付用爪17a 、17b にサブ基盤10がその上下を挟まれることによって取り付けられている。

本発明においては、電装箱内にサブ基盤を仮収納された状態で保管するための収納スペースを設けたため、電装箱をサブ基盤が収納スペースに仮収納された状態で保管し、かつ、この状態で室内ユニットに組み付けうるので、電装箱の保管及び組み付け作業が容易になるとともに電装箱を組み付ける際、従来のようにサブ基盤が周囲の部品に衝突して破損するのを防止できる。
