Description

【0001】

[0009]
Explain how to install and remove lighting fixtures.
[0010]
First, the instrument body 2, the reflector 4, and the support leg 26, to which the terminal block 16, the lamp socket 7, the mounting screws 5, etc. are attached, are carried into the back of the ceiling 24. Next, both ends of the instrument body 2 in the width direction are placed on the lower projecting portion 23 of the support bar 21. Furthermore, when the mounting portions 28 provided at both ends of the support leg 26 are placed on the upper projecting portion 22 of the support bar 21, the hook pieces 30 b of the presser spring 30 of the support leg 26 bend inward (see FIG. 13). ), The support leg 26 is placed on the support bar-21. Next, the instrument body 2 is fixed to the support leg 26 from the room with the mounting screw 8. Finally, the knob portions 5a of the attachment screws 5 attached to the instrument body 2 are respectively rotated in the width direction, and the knob portions 5a are respectively inserted into insertion holes (not shown) of the reflection plate 4, and then the attachment screws. 5 is tightened to attach the reflector 4 to the inside of the instrument body 2.
[0011]
In order to remove the lighting fixture from the back of the ceiling 24, first, the knob portions 5a of the mounting screws 5 are respectively rotated in the longitudinal direction, and the reflector 4 is removed from the fixture body 2. Next, the mounting screws 8 are respectively removed from the support legs 26. Further, the instrument body 2 is tilted upward and removed from the opening 24 a of the ceiling 24. Finally, while holding the presser springs 30 provided at both ends of the support leg 26 respectively inward as shown in FIG. 13, the support leg 26 is moved upward, and the support leg 26 is supported from the support bar 21. Remove each.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional lighting fixtures are installed at the construction site by opening separately packed packages and carrying parts such as the support legs 26 on the back of the ceiling 24 at a high position. Assemble in the order described. For this reason, it takes a lot of time to unpack the package, and it is carried into the back of the ceiling 24 at a high position for each part. Therefore, especially when constructing a large number of lighting fixtures, fatigue accumulates and the work is troublesome. It takes. Further, after attaching the instrument main body 2 and the support leg 26 to the support bar 21 behind the dim and narrow ceiling 24, the instrument main body 2 is attached to the support leg 26 with a plurality of mounting screws 8 from the indoor side, and the reflector plate. 4 is attached with the mounting screw 5. Installation of lighting fixtures requires installation work from the back of the dim and narrow ceiling 24 and the interior of the room, which requires a lot of installation time, and it takes a lot of work, especially when many lighting fixtures are installed. However, there may be a problem with safety.
[0013]
In addition, the luminaire cannot be removed from the support bar 21 unless the mounting screw 8 is removed from the support leg 26 and the instrument body 2 and the support leg 26 are separated. Further, when the support leg 26 is removed from the support bar 21, the support leg 26 is not moved upward unless the presser springs 30 attached to both ends of the support leg 26 are bent inward. Cannot be removed from the support bar-21. For this reason, there is a problem that it takes time to remove the support leg 26 and the holding spring 30 is bent inward, so that a bending jig or the like is required.
[0014]
This invention is made | formed in view of said point, and it aims at providing the lighting fixture with which attachment and removal of a lighting fixture are easy.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the lighting fixture of the present invention locks the fixture main body on a pair of support bars having locking projections on the upper portion thereof via support legs attached to the upper surface of the fixture main body. In this lighting fixture, the support leg has a substantially U-shaped cross section from the support leg main part and the side part of the support leg bent downward from both ends in the width direction of the main part, and the width direction of the instrument body A mounting portion that is placed on the support bar at each end is formed at the lower end of the side portion of the support leg, and a through-hole extending from the end in the width direction of the main portion of the support leg to the side portion of the support leg is formed. The supporting leg has a substantially U-shaped cross section, one at both ends is locked from the outside to the locking protrusion of the one supporting bar, and the other is locked from the inside to the locking protrusion of the other supporting bar. the locking member having a locking piece for locking the width direction section slidably integrally Attached, and moving the locking member relative to the support leg in a direction to release or lock the locking piece of the locking member and the locking protrusion of the support bar, A fixing member for fixing the locking member and the support leg at each position is provided.
In the present invention, a slit-like attachment hole for attaching the support leg is provided in the longitudinal direction on the back surface portion of the luminaire main body, and the engagement pieces of the engagement member are respectively orthogonal to the attachment hole. A plurality of slide holes for moving the locking member in the width direction to a position where the support bar is not hooked may be opened.
[0016]
[Action]
A support leg is connected to the instrument main body by a mounting screw (A) through a slit-shaped mounting hole provided in the back surface of the instrument main body, and a slit-like slide in the width direction provided on the support leg. The locking member and the support leg are connected to each other by the mounting screw (B) through the hole (A) and the slit-like slide hole (B) provided in the width direction provided on the back surface of the instrument body. By loosening the mounting screw (B) connected to the locking member and moving the locking member along the slit-like slide hole (A) provided in the support leg, the locking member is The substantially V-shaped locking pieces that move together with the mounting screws (B) and are formed at both ends of the locking member can avoid the upper overhanging portion at the upper portion of the support bar. And the instrument body can be removed from the support bar. Even when the instrument body is attached to the support bar, it is easy to just loosen the attachment screw (B) and move the locking member along the slide hole (A) while keeping the instrument body and the support leg connected. The instrument body can be attached to the support bar.
[0017]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same number is attached and demonstrated for the same structure as a prior art.
[0018]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state of the terminal block cover attached to the power line insertion hole of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 10, the device body 2 according to the prior art has a power line insertion hole 11 that is opposed to the terminal block upper surface 16 a, so that dust on the back of the ceiling is connected to the power line via the power line insertion hole 11. It is easy to apply directly to the terminal block upper surface 16a provided with an insertion hole or the like. For this reason, in long-term use, dust enters between the power line inserted into the power line insertion hole, the earth insertion hole, and the load line insertion hole. This intrusion dust becomes the resistance of the electrical conduction part of the terminal block and increases the resistance of the electrical conduction part. As a result, the heat generated in the power line and the conductive portion is increased, and in the worst case, the terminal block 16 may be burned out.
[0019]
Therefore, a terminal block cover 40 shown in FIG. 8A is attached to the power line insertion hole 11 of the instrument body 2 so that dust is not directly applied to the terminal block upper surface 16a. The terminal block cover 40 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is bent substantially at a right angle so as to face downward from both ends of the main part 40a and a terminal block cover main part 40a having a substantially rectangular shape on the upper surface. A substantially L-shaped locking portion 41 having locking claws 41a bent in the direction is formed. Further, the engagement portion 42 is formed by bending the main portion 40a from both front ends of the main portion 40a downward and at substantially right angles to form an engagement portion 42, and an engagement claw 42a protruding forward at the lower corner of the front end of the engagement portion 42 is formed. Form each one. Further, a gap 44 is formed between the locking part 41 and the engaging part 42 so that the locking claw 41a of the locking part 41 can be deformed inward.
[0020]
Next, the dimensional relationship between the terminal block cover 40 and the power line insertion hole 11 is shown. The longitudinal direction B and width D of the power line insertion hole 11 are slightly smaller than the longitudinal direction A and width C of the cover main portion 40a of the terminal block cover 40, and the height direction Y of the terminal block cover 40 is the terminal block mounting bracket. It is formed slightly smaller than the height Z of 13.
[0021]
A procedure for attaching the terminal block cover 40 and the like to the instrument body 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0022]
First, the terminal base mounting bracket 13 to which the terminal base 16 is attached is screwed to the instrument body 2 with the screw 15. Next, the tip of the power supply line 12 is bent into a substantially L shape, and the pair of lead wires of the power supply line 12 are inserted into the pair of power supply line insertion holes 17 of the terminal block 16 through the power supply line insertion holes 11 respectively. Connect to the electrical conduction part. Finally, while inserting the engaging claws 42a of the terminal block cover 40 into the gaps 45 formed between the inner surface of the rising piece 13a of the terminal block mounting bracket 13 and the terminal block 16, respectively, The locking claw 41a provided facing each other is deformed inward, and the terminal block cover 40 is attached to the power line insertion hole 11. The engaging claw 42a engages between the bottom surface 16c of the terminal block mounting bracket 13 and the inner surface of the instrument body rear surface portion 2a, and the lower end abutting portion 43 of the engaging portion 42 of the terminal block cover 40 is mounted on the terminal block. It is placed on the bottom surface 16 c of the metal fitting 13. Further, the locking claw 41 a is locked to the instrument main body back surface portion 2 a so that the terminal block cover 40 does not come off from the power line insertion hole 11. The height (XY) of the opening of the terminal block cover 40 is such that the power supply line 12 can be attached to the terminal block 16 as shown in FIG.
[0023]
Since the terminal block cover 40 covering the upper surface of the terminal block 16 is detachably provided in the power line insertion hole 11, dust on the back of the ceiling is less likely to be directly applied to the upper surface of the terminal block, and there is an adverse effect due to falling dust. Less.
[0024]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the locking member and the supporting leg according to the present invention, and 50 is a locking member for locking the supporting leg 55 placed on the supporting bar 21 to the supporting bar 21. The locking member 50 is formed with a locking member main portion 50a having a substantially rectangular shape at the top and a substantially right angle downward from both ends in the width direction, and has a substantially V-shaped locking piece 51 opened upward at the lower end. And a falling piece 50b. Further, a screw hole (A) 52 in which a female screw is formed is provided in the center of the locking member main portion 50a.
[0025]
55 is a support leg that is placed across the support bar-21, and this support leg 55 is formed with a substantially rectangular support leg main portion 56 on the upper part and substantially perpendicularly downward from both ends in the width direction. The support leg side portions 57 each have a placement portion 58 in the opposite direction on the outer surface of the lower end. Further, reinforcing ribs 61 formed at substantially right angles upward are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the support leg main portion 56 and the support leg side portion 57 of the support leg 55.
[0026]
Further, the support leg 55 extends from both ends in the width direction of the support leg main part 56 to the support leg side part 57 and opens to a base part of one reinforcing rib 61a in a substantially rectangular shape. A through hole 59 into which 50b can be inserted is provided. Further, at the edge of the through-hole 59 of the support leg main portion 56, the guide leg 56a is cut and formed facing the one reinforcing rib 61a, and the support leg main portion sandwiched between the through-holes 59 is formed. A slit-like slide hole (A) 62a is formed in the width direction substantially at the center of 56. The width of the slide hole (A) 62a is larger than the male screw of the mounting screw (B) 65 and smaller than the head 65a. Further, a screw hole (B) 63 in which a female screw for attaching the mounting screw (A) 64 is formed at the center in the width direction of the support leg main portion 56 not sandwiched between the through holes 59.
[0027]
The mounting portions 58 provided at both ends of the support leg side portion 57 are connected to the lower end of the support leg side portion 57 on the other reinforcing rib 61b side, and the same mounting piece (inner) 58b and support leg side as in the prior art. A mounting piece (outside) 58a similar to the prior art formed in an L-shaped cross section is formed in the center of the lower end of the portion 57.
[0028]
A plurality of slit-like attachment holes 66 for attaching the support legs 55 are provided in the longitudinal direction in the center of the instrument main body rear surface portion 2a in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of slide holes (B) 62b are attached, for example, perpendicular to the attachment holes 66. When the locking member 50 is opened in the direction in which the locking member 50 is moved in front of and behind the hole 66 (in the case of the embodiment, leftward from the center in the width direction of the back surface portion 2a) and the locking member 50 is moved, Each of the locking pieces 51 has a shape that can move to a position where it does not catch on the upper overhanging portion 22 of the support bar 21. The width of the slide hole (B) 62b is such that the head 65a of the mounting screw (B) 65 is inserted.
[0029]
Although the slide hole (A) 62a is provided in the support leg and the screw hole (A) 52 is provided in the locking member 50, the slide hole (A) is used as the lock member and the screw hole (A) is used as the support leg. The structure provided in may be sufficient. In this case, the operation of the mounting screw (B) 65 is operated from the back side of the instrument body.
[0030]
Next, the attachment and removal procedures of the lighting fixture of the above embodiment will be described.
[0031]
Initially, the attachment procedure of a lighting fixture is demonstrated.
[0032]
The terminal block 16, the lamp socket 7, the reflector 4, etc. are attached to the instrument body 2 before being carried into the ceiling. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, one locking piece 51 of the locking member 50 is inserted into the through hole 59 of the support leg 55, and the locking member is interposed between the one reinforcing rib 61a and the guide piece 56a. 50 is mounted, and a mounting screw (B) 65 having a long head 65a is screwed into a screw hole (A) 52 of the locking member 50 via a slide hole (A) 62a of the support leg 55 and supported. The leg assembly 69 is assumed. The reason why the head 65a is lengthened is to facilitate the tightening and loosening operation of the mounting screw (B) 65.
[0033]
Next, the support leg assembly 69 is placed in accordance with the slide hole (B) 62b of the instrument main body back part 2a as shown in FIG. 4, and the mounting screw (A) 64 is attached to the instrument main body 2 in a slit shape. 2 is screwed into the screw hole (B) 63 of the support leg 55 through the hole 66 to form an instrument body assembly 70 shown in FIG.
[0034]
Finally, as shown in FIG. 7, the instrument body assembly 70 is rotated 90 degrees and is laterally carried into the ceiling, and the mounting portion 58 of the support leg 55 of the instrument body assembly 70 is placed on the support bar 21. Is placed. Next, the mounting screw (B) 65 is loosened, and the locking member 50 moves to the right along the slide hole (B) 62b until the locking piece 51 of the locking member 50 abuts against the support bar main portion 21a. After that (FIG. 1), the fixing screw (B) 65 is tightened to fix the locking member 50 to the support leg 55. The plurality of slide holes (B) 62b are provided in the mounting hole 66 of the instrument body 2 when an obstacle such as piping is installed behind the ceiling and the support leg 55 cannot be mounted. This is because the leg 55 is moved to a position where there is no obstacle. The reflector 4 is provided with a slide hole and a round hole (not shown) at positions corresponding to the slide hole (A) 62a and the screw hole (B) 63 of the support leg 55.
[0035]
Alternatively, various parts may be assembled after the various parts are carried into the ceiling.
[0036]
A procedure for removing the lighting fixture will be described.
[0037]
First, the mounting screw (B) 65 is loosened, and the locking piece 51 of the locking member 50 is disengaged from the upper overhanging portion 22 of the support bar 21 in the left direction along the slide hole (B) 62b. Move to position. Next, after the instrument body assembly 70 is moved upward (FIG. 6), the instrument body assembly 70 is rotated 90 degrees to the lateral direction (FIG. 7), and the instrument 24 is opened from the opening 24a opened between the support bars 21. The main assembly 70 is unloaded.
[0038]
When mounting the lighting fixture, the mounting screws (A) and the locking members are simply carried into the back of the ceiling with the assembly of the components such as the supporting legs and the locking members, and simply fixed to the supporting legs. Can be easily assembled on the support bar only by operating the mounting screw (A) for sliding the slider.
