Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a translucent soundproof plate having a light-transmitting property, a light-transmitting property, and a sound-absorbing property, and a soundproof wall using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sound-absorbing sound-insulating plate having translucency and transparency, there is a sound-insulating plate in which a light-transmitting film-like sound-absorbing material and a light-transmitting sound-insulating material are provided as a panel. When there is a temperature difference between the outside and the outside, the internal moisture is condensed on the inner surface and fogging occurs, resulting in a problem of loss of translucency and transparency.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and is capable of preventing condensation on the inner surface, ensuring translucency and transparency, and having light absorption and sound insulation. A soundproof board and a soundproof wall using the same are provided.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The translucent soundproof board of the present invention made to solve the above problems is a translucent sound absorbing material in which a porous plate is arranged on both sides or one side of a translucent film-like material, a translucent sound insulating board, A translucent soundproof plate comprising a panel frame member that holds these at regular intervals, wherein a vent opening is provided in a part of the translucent soundproof plate, and internal air and outside air are circulated through the vent opening. It is characterized in that the temperature is made uniform and the humidity is dispersed to prevent dew condensation on the inner surface of the translucent soundproof board.
Further, it as a means of preventing condensation of the inner surface in the light-transmitting insulation plate, by applying a water-repellent material on the inner surface of the light-transmitting insulation plate, to prevent condensation of the inner surface of the light-transmissive insulation plate It is characterized by.
[0005]
In addition, in such a translucent soundproof board, it is preferable to have a structure in which the translucent sound absorbing material, which is a constituent member thereof, is loosely fastened to a panel frame member, and inside the translucent soundproof board, It is preferable to dispose an internal sound absorbing material, and it is particularly preferable that the opening that can be seen through is 30% or more of the total area.
The soundproof wall of the present invention is characterized in that the above-described light-transmitting soundproof plate is installed.
[0006]
The translucent soundproof board according to the present invention panelizes the translucent sound absorbing material and the translucent sound insulating board as described above, and the translucent soundproof board is provided with means for preventing condensation on the inner surface. Therefore, even if there is a change in humidity and temperature, it has the advantage of being able to ensure translucency and transparency, and also has sound absorption and sound insulation, and exhibits soundproofing effects without interfering with sunlight and visibility Can do.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1 which is an external view of a translucent soundproof board of the present invention, FIG. 2 which shows a cross section thereof, and FIG. 3 which is a partially enlarged view thereof.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, the translucent soundproof board of the present invention is formed into a panel by holding the translucent sound absorbing material 1 and the translucent sound insulating board 2 at a predetermined interval by a panel frame member 3. It is characterized by.
[0008]
Next, the translucent soundproof board of the present invention is also characterized in that a structure in which condensation is prevented by providing a ventilation opening in a part of the soundproof board is employed. In this way, it is possible to solve the phenomenon that moisture inside the soundproof plate is condensed on the inner surface and the translucency and transparency are impaired.
As described above, the ventilation opening is provided in a part of the soundproof plate in order to promote the circulation of the internal air and the external air, and to promote the uniformity of the temperature and the dispersion of the moisture, as will be described below. It can be further embodied.
[0009]
1) The translucent sound-absorbing material 1 is lifted about 5 to 10 mm from the panel frame material 3, that is, provided with a gap, or the panel frame material itself is perforated to form slit holes or round hole-shaped ventilation openings. If it is provided and the circulation with the outside air is improved, condensation can be effectively prevented.
In order to mount the translucent sound-absorbing material 1 so as to float from the panel frame member 3, as shown in FIG. 3A, the periphery of the translucent sound-absorbing material 1 is bordered with a reinforcing pressing plate 8a. And attached to the support frame member 3a provided on the other party's panel frame member 3 with screws, bolts, rivets or simple fastening brackets (one-touch fittings) via a mounting jig 9a having a length of 5 to 10 mm. This attachment method provides an advantage that replacement at the time of maintenance at the site is easy.
[0010]
2) As for the formation position of this ventilation opening, in the case of the upper surface side of the soundproof plate, rainwater can easily enter, so it is preferable to provide a bag or the like, and in particular, it is provided on the side surface of the soundproof plate, preferably the lower surface side. It is good to make it. Even in this case, it is preferable to employ an intricate opening structure so that the splash of rainwater does not enter. Further, it is preferable that a drain hole is appropriately disposed at the lower part of the panel frame member so that the rainwater that has entered may be discharged. Further, when these soundproofing plates are used as soundproofing walls, it is necessary to adjust in advance in consideration of the positional relationship of the ventilation openings so that noise does not leak from the ventilation openings.
[0011]
Thus, in the present invention, clouding due to condensation on the inner surface of the soundproof plate can be effectively prevented due to a sudden change in temperature and humidity. In addition, rainwater is difficult to enter and drains easily, so that in addition to the effect of preventing condensation, there is an advantage that corrosion and deterioration of the panel frame material due to moisture can be reduced.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a photocatalyst, a hydrophilic material or a water repellent material can be applied and adhered to the inner surface of the soundproof plate to prevent fogging due to condensation on the inner surface of the soundproof plate. In this case, anatase-type titanium dioxide is suitable as the photocatalyst, and as the hydrophilic material, silica-based, alumina composite metal-based, silicon-based paints and coating agents having hydrophilic groups are suitable, and water repellency As the material, acrylic silicon-based and silicon-based coating agents having a hydrophobic group are suitable. In this case, a structure provided with the previous vent opening or drain hole may be used in combination.
In addition to the dew condensation preventing means described above, it is also possible to appropriately employ a silica gel type desiccant sealed inside the soundproof plate or a soundproof plate itself having a sealed structure.
[0013]
Below, each member which comprises the soundproof board of this invention is demonstrated.
(Translucent sound absorbing material)
The translucent sound absorbing material 1 is a sound absorbing material in which a porous plate 6 is disposed on both sides or one side of a translucent and transparent film-like material 5 as shown in FIG. It is a sound absorbing material that absorbs sound energy by adjusting with the perforated plate 6 to obtain proper vibration.
The film-like material 5 used is a fluororesin film such as polyvinyl fluoride or polyvinyl fluoride, or a synthetic resin film such as polyester, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, vinyl acetate or polyvinylidene, and has a thickness of 6 μm. ˜2000 μm is preferred. The reason is that if the thickness is large, membrane vibration is difficult to occur and the sound absorption rate is lowered, and if it is too thin, the membrane is easily damaged.
[0014]
The porous plate 6 combined with the film-like material 5 includes a net made of various materials such as aluminum, iron, glass and synthetic resin, a net-like material such as expanded metal, a metal plate such as aluminum and iron, a calcium silicate plate, An inorganic plate such as a ceramic plate or a perforated plate that is perforated through an organic plate such as polycarbonate or polyvinyl chloride is suitable.
The aperture ratio of the holes of the porous plate 6 is preferably set to 40% or more for ensuring sound absorption, translucency, and transparency. The size of one opening (hole) is preferably 3 to 50 mm. From the perspective of transparency, it is preferable that the hole diameter is large, but the above range is appropriate because the function of adjusting membrane vibration tends to be lowered and the sound absorption rate is lowered.
[0015]
In addition, the combination of the membrane material 5 and the porous plate 6 allows the porous plate 6 to be disposed on both sides or one side of one membrane material 5. In order to adjust, it is necessary to make the membrane-like material 5 lightly touch or not touch the porous material 6, or to have a loose structure in which it is partially contacted or not contacted.
When the membrane material 5 has two layers, the porous plate 6, the membrane material 5, the porous plate 6, the combination of the membrane material 5, or the porous plate 6, the membrane material 5, the porous plate 6, the membrane material 5 And a combination of the porous plate 6 and the like. In the case where the film material 5 has three or more layers, it may be combined according to this. When the translucent sound-absorbing material 1 is attached to the panel frame material 3, it is preferable that the porous plate 6 comes to the sound source side.
[0016]
Further, when the translucent sound-absorbing material 1 is fastened to the panel frame material 3, it may be fastened by pressing the end portion or the intermediate portion over a long distance. It is preferable that the gap be loose so that the film-like material is sufficiently vibrated by sound waves even in the vicinity of the fastening portion. Note that the light-transmitting sound-absorbing material 1 may be subjected to a weather resistance treatment against ultraviolet rays or the like. Moreover, the translucent sound-absorbing material 1 may be attached in a flat shape, or may be attached in an uneven shape such as a waveform or a triangle.
[0017]
(Panel frame material)
The panel frame member 3 is a member for forming a panel by holding the light-transmitting sound absorbing material 1 and the light-transmitting sound insulating plate 2 at a constant interval, such as a metal such as aluminum or iron, or a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, Inorganic materials such as ceramic and cement can be used.
[0018]
(Translucent sound insulation board)
As the translucent sound insulating plate 2, synthetic resin and rubber such as polycarbonate, vinyl chloride, methacrylic resin, styrene resin, ABS resin, fluorinated ethylene resin, acrylic resin, and the like having translucency and transparency, A material having translucency and transparency, such as transparent and translucent glass, can be used. These may be used alone or in multiple layers. Its size is determined by the size of the soundproof plate. The thickness is set from the required sound insulation (sound transmission loss), but is preferably 3 to 10 mm in the case of a plastic plate when used for a road noise barrier. The translucent sound insulating plate 2 may be subjected to curved surface processing, slit processing, pattern processing, lens processing, and the like. Moreover, you may use what gave the reinforcement | strengthening by the weathering process with respect to an ultraviolet-ray etc., the process for a surface hardness improvement, or a net | network.
[0019]
(Internal sound absorbing material)
An internal sound absorbing material 4 can be mounted inside the soundproof plate of the present invention. The internal sound absorbing material 4 includes, for example, a porous sound absorbing material having a communicating hole, a porous material made of inorganic fibers such as glass wool and rock wool, a metallic porous material made of metal fibers such as aluminum fibers, an aluminum foam, Sintered aluminum particles, sintered ceramic particles, foams such as urethane and melamine resin, ceramic foams, lightweight aggregate sintered or bonded porous bodies, cement foams, calcium silicate foams, etc. It is done. It should be noted that porosity, flow resistance, air permeability, bulk specific gravity, size, thickness, presence or absence of a back air layer at the time of installation, presence or absence of a protective material for the sound absorbing material, and sound absorbing characteristics of the internal sound absorbing material itself Absent.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 5, the internal sound-absorbing material 4 is arranged along the side surface of the panel frame member 3 or the like, or slits are formed in the vertical or horizontal direction as shown in FIG. The shape may be arranged in any shape, but is preferably arranged so that the see-through opening is 30% or more of the entire area of the soundproof plate. If it is less than 30%, the translucency and transparency are inferior.
[0021]
As described above, the translucent soundproof board of the present invention includes the translucent sound absorbing material 1, the panel frame member 3, and the translucent sound insulating board 2. These are assembled into a panel using rivets, screws, adhesives or the like as appropriate as shown in FIG. An air layer 7 exists between the translucent sound absorbing material 1 and the translucent sound insulating plate 2.
Moreover, the thickness of the translucent soundproof board of this invention is set according to the frequency of a sound source. When the thickness is reduced, the air layer 7 is reduced and the sound absorption rate in the high frequency region is improved. When the thickness is increased, the air layer 7 is increased and the sound absorption rate in the low frequency region is improved. Generally, the thickness is 50 to 200 mm.
[0022]
In addition, a photocatalyst such as titanium dioxide may be attached to the front, back, and inside of the translucent soundproof board of the present invention by coating or the like to prevent contamination or purify nitrogen oxides. Moreover, you may provide the insertion part when piled up and installed in the upper end and lower end of the translucent soundproof board of this invention, and the hole for letting a wire rope for fall prevention pass in both ends.
[0023]
In addition, when installing a sound insulation wall on the main line with a rampway on an expressway, the sound source is on both the main line side and the lampway side, and a double-sided sound-absorbing sound insulation board is required, but in this case, The cross-sectional structure of the soundproof plate is made of a translucent sound absorbing material 1, an air layer 7, a translucent sound insulating plate 2, an air layer 7, and a translucent sound absorbing material 1. A sound-absorbing panel may be used.
[0024]
The translucent soundproof board of the present invention configured as described above has an advantage of providing sound absorption and sound insulation as well as translucency and translucency, and can exhibit a soundproofing effect without disturbing sunshine and visual field.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 6, for example, the soundproof wall of the present invention includes the translucent soundproof plate and the translucent sound absorbing material 1 between the H-shaped columns (H-shaped steel) 10 and 10 erected at predetermined intervals. The sound source can be dropped from the top and fixed with a fixed panel or metal fittings. In order to increase the height of the soundproof wall, a large number of soundproof plates may be stacked. This soundproof wall can also exert a soundproofing effect without interfering with sunlight and visibility.
[0026]

A round washer 9 having a thickness of 1.6 mm is inserted between the material 1, the translucent sound absorbing material 1 and the panel frame material 3 so that the sound absorbing material between the fixed positions becomes loose, and vibration is not suppressed. In addition, a ventilation opening having a gap size (width) of 1.6 mm was formed around the translucent soundproof board. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the translucent sound absorbing material and the translucent sound insulating material were coated with titanium dioxide to prevent condensation.
[0028]
The translucent soundproof board of Example 1 has a size of 1000 mm × 1960 mm, a thickness of 125 mm, an aperture ratio of about 80% that can be seen through, and a reverberation chamber method sound absorption coefficient of 0.81 at 250 Hz and 0.8 at 500 Hz. It was 0.93 at 82 and 1000 Hz, and 0.62 at 2000 Hz. The sound transmission loss was 18 dB at 250 Hz, 22 dB at 500 Hz, 29 dB at 1000 Hz, and 33 dB at 2000 Hz.
[0029]
Subsequently, the translucent sound absorbing material and translucent sound insulating material of the translucent soundproof plate of Example 1 were replaced with those not coated with titanium dioxide, and as shown in FIG. Is surrounded by a reinforcing pressing plate 8a, and is screwed to a support frame member 3a provided on the panel frame member 3 through a 10 mm long mounting jig 9a to prevent condensation around the translucent soundproofing plate. A vent opening with a thickness of about 10 mm was provided. In addition, the upper surface side of the translucent soundproof board was provided with a gutter for preventing rainwater from entering.
Further, a light-transmitting soundproof board of Example 2 was prepared by arranging a 25 mm-thick melamine resin foamed sound-absorbing material wrapped in a 21 μ fluororesin film as an internal sound-absorbing material as shown in FIG. . This translucent soundproof board had a visible aperture ratio of about 75% and a reverberation chamber sound absorption rate of 0.82 at 250 Hz, 0.85 at 500 Hz, 0.98 at 1000 Hz, and 0.67 at 2000 Hz. The sound transmission loss was 19 dB at 250 Hz, 23 dB at 500 Hz, 29 dB at 1000 Hz, and 33 dB at 2000 Hz.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the translucent soundproof board of the present invention is a soundproof board that does not cause a decrease in translucency and transparency through internal condensation, and also has effective sound absorption and sound insulation, The soundproofing wall constructed and installed from this soundproofing plate is high because it does not impair the sunlight and visibility (permeability) even if the wall is raised to enhance the soundproofing effect, and it can suppress the reflection of sound on the sound source side. There is an excellent effect that a soundproofing effect can be secured. Therefore, the industrial value of the present invention is extremely large as a translucent soundproof board and a soundproof wall using the same, which have solved the conventional problems.
