Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a storage box for equipment to be installed outdoors, and in particular, to maintain the breathability and waterproofness of outdoor installation equipment such as radio base station equipment and repeaters in mobile communication systems such as a radio paging system and a mobile phone system. It relates to a storage box to be protected.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a radio paging system or a mobile phone system, the radio base station equipment is installed on the top of a steel tower or near the base such as a hill or a rooftop of a building.
[0003]
The outdoor equipment storage box is installed in such a place and used to protect electrical equipment exposed to rain and wind. These electronic devices need to dissipate heat because they generate heat from the transmission unit and the power supply unit, and are devised to maintain air permeability and waterproofness without being sealed.
[0004]
In addition, the repeater is arranged in a dead area such as a tunnel or an underground shopping center where radio waves from radio base stations do not reach. Such places are not directly exposed to wind and rain, but there are adverse conditions such as high humidity, and in order to prevent breakdowns such as condensation and poor insulation due to water droplets, outdoor equipment storage boxes are used as well as outdoors. ing.
[0005]
FIG. 3 is an external view of a storage box to which the present invention is to be applied, in which (A) is a front view and (B) is a side view. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a door for taking in and out an electronic device to be installed. A ceiling heat shield plate 2 is a heat shield plate that covers a ventilation exhaust port provided on the upper surface of the storage box body to prevent rain from being transferred and shield heat from direct sunlight. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cable port, which is a through hole for a communication cable or a power cable. The practical size is, for example, height H = 700 mm, width W = 600 mm, depth D = 600 mm in the case of a large box, and 500 H × 350 W × 300 L in the case of a small box.
[0006]
FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of a conventional storage box. 4 is a box body, 5 is an electronic device housed therein, 6 is an upper exhaust port edge, 7 is a net-like upper exhaust port, and 8 is for receiving rain. It is a board. There is a hole for air to enter at the bottom of the box body 4, and the heat generated inside the electronic device 5 is dissipated by the air exiting from the upper exhaust port 7. The exhaust opening edge portion 6 prevents rain wind that enters from the gap with the heat shield plate 2 from leaking into the box body 4 due to wind and rain when the storage box is installed on a steel tower or the like.
The rain receiving plate 8 is provided in order to prevent rainwater leaking from the gap of the heat shield plate 2 or water droplets condensed on the ceiling of the heat shield plate 2 from falling into the box body 4 and being applied to the electric device 5. .
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional storage box as described above, the rain receiving plate 8 provided in the inside of the box body 4 has a problem that heat is blocked by heat dissipation, and an attempt is made to solve the problem. If an attempt is made to increase the gap between the surroundings in order to improve the ventilation, there arises a new enlargement problem that the height of the box increases.
Furthermore, depending on the climatic conditions, condensation may also form on the lower side of the rain receiving plate 8, and there is a problem of causing a very bad state in which the electronic device is wetted when dropped as a water droplet.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide an outdoor equipment storage box that improves ventilation and improves heat dissipation, eliminates water droplets falling on the electronic equipment due to condensation and rainwater entrapment, and is downsized. It is in.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The outdoor-installed equipment storage box of the present invention contains an electronic device installed outdoors, and has a box main body having an exhaust port for venting heat generated by the electronic equipment on the upper surface, and the air vent on the top of the box main body. In the outdoor installation equipment storage box provided with a ceiling heat shield fixed over the upper surface of the box body with a gap for
A water-absorbing sheet of a water-absorbing material with an area covering the exhaust port is attached and fixed to the inside of the ceiling heat shield, so that condensation does not occur inside the ceiling heat shield and absorbs rainwater blown from the gap. Accordingly, the electronic device has a waterproof effect.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an example of a partial structure thereof. In these figures, 2 is a ceiling heat shield, 4 is a box body, 5 is an electric device, 6 is an exhaust port edge, 7 is an exhaust port, and 10 is a water absorbing sheet made of a water absorbing material. 2 (A) is a plan view, FIG. 2 (B) is a side view, and FIGS. 2 (C) and (D) are end views of the cut portion.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in the present invention, the conventional rain receiving plate 8 is eliminated, and a water absorbing sheet 10 such as a silicon sponge is placed on the inner side of the ceiling heat shield plate 2, for example, an adhesive tape or an adhesive. The rain water and the splash that enter from the lower gap of the ceiling heat shield 2 are absorbed and discharged as steam by the ventilation of heat radiation.
[0012]
With this configuration, there is no condensation inside the ceiling heat plate 2 and there is no rain receiving plate, so there is no condensation on the plate, and there is no influence on the condensation. Furthermore, when the water absorbed by the water absorbent sheet 10 evaporates due to the ventilation of heat radiation, the heat of vaporization is taken away, so that there is a cooling effect on the ceiling heat shield 2.
[0013]
As for the size of the water absorbent sheet 10, for example, the thickness is about 5 to 10 mm, and the area is set wider than the exhaust port 7 at the top of the box body 4. And the adhesive surface to the ceiling heat insulating board 2 is smooth, and it adheres to the ceiling heat insulating board 2 with a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive agent. The surface in contact with the air is in the form of a sponge (sponge) with good water absorption.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, by carrying out the present invention, ventilation is improved and a heat dissipation effect is improved, and a waterproof effect against dew condensation and rainwater entrainment is also improved.
Furthermore, since there is no rain receiving plate, the size is reduced, so that the practical effect is extremely large.
