射出装置を搭載したターンテーブルの円周に沿って、複数台の型締装置をベッドと共に放射状に配設された旋回式射出成形機では、型締装置ごとに作業スペースが設定されるため、通常の射出成形機のような作業側と非作業側の区別がなく、両端列の型締装置については外側隣接部から、また射出装置については射出ベッド側面の操作部上から保守管理がなされるようにドアが設けられている。

これらのドアには安全手段が施されるが、通常の安全ドアのように開放により運転が停止されるような構成では、運転中でも安全ドアの開放が自由に行えるので、複数個所に安全ドアを要する旋回式射出成形機に採用されると、そのいずれかが誤って開放され、運転が停止されるような事態が生ずるおそれがある。
また全ての安全ドアが閉鎖された状態にあって自動運転が可能となるのであるが、安全ドアの閉鎖のみによる自動運転の開始では、完全閉鎖の確認に怠りが生ずることがあり、その原因が一部の安全ドアの不完全な閉鎖にあるのにもかかわらず、オペレータは故障と誤認して運転を中止する事態も生じ得る。

この発明は上記事情から考えられたものであって、その目的は、安全ドアの閉鎖をオペレータによる物理的手段と電気的手段との両方により確認でき、また運転中は安全ドアの開放が安易に行えないように安全手段を構成することによって、複数個所に安全ドアを有していても安全作業が可能な複数台の型締装置を備えた旋回式射出成形機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的によるこの発明は、ベッド上面に設けられたターンテーブルに射出装置が搭載され、そのターンテーブルの円周に沿ったベッド側部に複数台の型締装置が放射状に配置されて、上記射出装置が旋回移動により各型締装置に対応可能に構成され、かつ射出ベッドの周辺上がパネルにより安全に囲われた旋回式射出成形機であって、両端列の型締装置の外側隣接部に位置する囲い部分の安全ドアと、射出ベッド側面の操作部上の安全ドアとに電気錠が設けられ、それら電気錠は囲い部分側の電気ロックが内装された本体と、その本体と嵌合する端子を備えた安全ドア側の施錠部材とからなり、その施錠部材側の人為的な操作により安全ドアを閉じ、本体と端子とが嵌合されてのち、スイッチONによる電気錠の施錠が行われる構成からなる、というものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図中1は射出装置で、箱型構造の射出ベッド2の上面に設けられたターンテーブル3の中央部に搭載されている。この射出ベッド2の三側方には、上記ターンテーブル3の円周に沿って放射状に位置する3台の型締装置4,5,6が、それぞれのベッド7,8,9をベッド2の側面に踵を接するよう一体的に結合されて配置されている。

上記射出ベッド2の周辺上にはパネルによる安全囲い10が巡らされ、その安全囲い10の両端列の型締装置4,6の外側隣接部に位置する囲い部分には、四辺形の開口11が設けられて、その開口11に開き扉による安全ドア12が取付けられている。また射出ベッド2の側面の操作部上には引き戸による安全ドア13が、囲い部分10bの内側に引き込み自在に設けられている。

上記安全ドア12,13には、電気錠14,15が設けられている。この電気錠14,15は電気ロックが内装された通常構造のボックス型の本体16と、その本体16の側面に開口された横長の受け口17に挿入されるU状形の端子18を備えた施錠部材19とからなる。

安全ドア12側の電気錠14は、受け口17を上向きにして囲い部分下側の隅に固着された本体16と上端が片側に折曲され、下端に突設された上記端子18が、受け口17の真上に位置し、かつ開放時には囲い部分の下側縁より下側に位置するように、安全ドア12の下側に設けられた保持部材20を縦に挿通して、上下動自在に取付けられた上記施錠部材19とからなる。

このような構成では、施錠部材19を引き上げて端子18を本体16から人為的に抜き出した後でなければ安全ドア12の開放が行えず、また開放後に施錠部材19を離すと自重により下がって、端子18が囲い部分10aの開口下縁よりも下側に位置するようになり、そのまま安全ドア12を閉じてゆくと、端子18が開口下縁に当たって閉じることができなくなる。
したがって、閉鎖時においても施錠部材19を引き上げねばならぬことから、そのような物理的な手段の操作によって、安全ドア12の完全な閉鎖が確認されることになる。

次に上記安全ドア13側の電気錠15は、受け口17を後ろ向きにして囲い部分の側面に下部から立設された座板21に固着された本体16と、側端に突設された上記端子18が受け口17に対向位置するように安全ドア13の後端縁下側に取付けられた上記施錠部材19とからなる。

上述のようにこの発明では、施錠部材側の人為的な操作により安全ドアを閉じ、本体に端子が挿入されてのち、電気錠の施錠が行われるので、スイッチONによる電気錠の施錠前に、「施錠部材またはストッパーの引き上げ−安全ドアの閉じ−受れ口への端子の押込み」などの三重の人為的操作を経なければならず、このため複数個所に安全ドアを要する旋回式射出成形機であっても、必然的に全ての安全ドアの完全閉鎖の確認が怠りなく行え、また本体と端子との嵌合を解除しなければ安全ドアの開放も行えないので、不用意な安全ドアの開閉による作業上の危険が防止される。
