本発明は、階段の蹴込板および蹴込板の施工方法に関する。

住宅等に設置される階段の改修技術の一例として、特開2001−3535号公報に記載の技術が知られている。
この公報に記載の技術では、図6に示すように、既存の階段に新規の階段部材を取付けて改修するに際して、旧蹴込板31から突出している上方の段板32の突出長さLに相当する厚さTの当木33が旧蹴込板31の下端部で下方の段板34上に固定される。新規蹴込板35の下端部は該当木33外側面に釘打ちされて、固定され、新規蹴込板35の上端部は、上方の段板32上端面に釘打ちされて、固定される。断面L字状の新規段板36,37により、釘打ちされた新規蹴込板35の上端部および下端部が覆われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記の技術では、新規蹴込板35の下端部を当木33に固定する場合に、新規蹴込板35の下端部で、横方向に釘打ちする必要があるため、この釘打ち作業が困難であった。また、新規蹴込板35を当木33に固定する際に釘打ちしていることから、釘打ちされた新規蹴込板35の下端部を新規化粧段板により覆い隠す必要があった。

以下、図面を参照して、本発明の階段の蹴込板、蹴込板の施工方法の実施の形態を具体的に説明する。
本実施の形態の階段の蹴込板は図1および図2に示すような階段の蹴込板として使用されるものである。
