【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はマーカペンやボールペンをはじめとする塗布具に関するものであり、特に通常の使用時には、塗布液を内蔵する本体筒に装着された栓部材が外れず、前記塗布液の充填・交換時には、前記栓部材が容易に取り外せる塗布具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より一般に用いられているマーカペンやボールペンなどの塗布具100は、図11に示すように円筒形で中空の本体筒101を有し、その内部に塗布液102が内蔵されている。また本体筒101の先端に先栓104が取り付けられ、後端部には尾栓103が装着されて一体化されている。
前記した先栓104や尾栓103等の栓部材は、本体筒101から抜け落ちると当該本体筒101に内蔵された塗布液102が漏出する場合もあり、また抜け落ちた栓部材103,104を幼児や子供が誤って飲み込むと窒息してしまう事故の要因になりかねないため、先栓104や尾栓等の栓部材は強固に本体筒101に取り付けられる必要がある。よって、従来の塗布具100は、本体筒101と栓部材103,104を接着剤で接着したり、前記本体筒101および前記栓部材103,104に嵌合構造105を設け、両者を嵌合するなどして、本体筒101と栓部材103,104が強固に固定されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のマーカペンやボールペンなどの塗布具100は、本体筒101に内蔵された塗布液102を使い切ると大半が破棄される。しかし、前記塗布具100の多くは、本体筒101をはじめとする多岐にわたる構成部材が再利用可能でり、資源の有効利用の観点からこれらの再利用が望まれている。そこで、この要望に応えるため、塗布具100の本体筒101に内蔵された塗布液102を充填・交換する、環境に調和した塗布具100が切望されている。

旧来より一般的に用いられている塗布具100は、本体筒101と栓部材103,104を接着剤や、嵌合構造105により固定するタイプのものであるため、組み立てが容易であり、大量生産を行うには都合の良い構造である。しかし、従来の塗布具100は、本体筒101と栓部材103,104が接着剤や嵌合構造105により強固に固定されているため、本体筒101から栓部材103,104を容易に取り外せず、本体筒101に内蔵される塗布液102の充填・交換が困難であるという問題があった。

また、塗布具100の本体筒101と栓部材103,104にねじ構造を設け、栓部材103,104を本体筒101に装着する構造にすれば、本体筒101に内蔵される塗布液102の充填・交換が比較的容易に行えるが、前記塗布具100は製造時に栓部材103,104を本体筒101にねじ込む必要があり、大量生産に不向きであり、コストも高くつくという問題がある。

そこで本発明においては、塗布具の使用時においては当該塗布具の本体筒から栓部材が外れず、さらに塗布液の充填・交換時には前記栓部材を前記本体軸から容易に取り外し可能であり、製造が容易な塗布具の提供を課題とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで上記した課題を解決すべく提供される請求項1に記載の発明は、塗布液が収納される本体筒と、先栓又は尾栓の少なくともいずれかの栓部材を有し、前記本体筒に栓部材が装着され、さらに栓部材を本体筒に装着した状態を維持する装着維持構造部が設けられた塗布具において、本体筒又は栓部材の少なくともいずれかに傾斜部が設けられ、他方には当該傾斜部と係合する係合部が設けられ、前記栓部材を本体筒に対して捻ることにより、前記栓部材が軸方向に押し出されることを特徴とする塗布具である。

本発明の塗布具に設けられる装着維持構造部は、本体筒への栓部材の装着状態を維持するものであり、前記塗布具の使用中に栓部材が本体筒から脱落するのを防止できる。

本発明の塗布具においては、栓部材を本体筒に対して捻ると、前記本体部又は前記栓部材の少なくともいずれかに設けられた傾斜部が、前記他方に設けられ前記傾斜部と係合している係合部を軸方向に押圧し、その結果栓部材が軸方向に押し出される。本発明の塗布具では、上記のように前記塗布具は栓部材を本体筒に対して捻るだけで本体筒から栓部材を取り外せるため、本体筒内への塗布液の充填・交換が容易に行える。一方、本発明の塗布具は装着維持構造部を有するため、前記塗布具の使用時は、本体筒と栓部材が外れず、両者が一体化された状態が維持される。

【発明の実施の形態】
上記した先栓は、本体筒の一端に取り付けられる栓部材であり、略中心部に本体筒に内蔵する塗布液を導出するため軸方向に貫通孔が設けられている。そして多くの場合、先栓によってペン先チップが保持される。
また、尾栓は本体筒の前記他端に取り付けられ、当該本体筒を封止する栓部材であり、前記本体筒に内蔵される塗布液等の漏出を防止する等の理由から取り付けられるものである。

本発明の塗布具の本体筒と、先栓および尾栓はポリプロピレン(PP)樹脂、ポリエチレン(PE)樹脂、ポリアセタール(POM)樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)樹脂、ポリカーボネート(PC)樹脂、ポリメチルメタアクリル(PMMA)樹脂等のアクリル系樹脂、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)樹脂やアクリロニトリルスチレン(AS)樹脂やポリスチレン(PS)樹脂等のスチレン系樹脂等の樹脂を射出成形したものであるが、これに限らず金属を切削加工したものなど、材料、製法はいかなるものであっても良い。ただし、水やアルコールなどのインキの溶媒等の透過性を低減したい場合は、ポリプロピレン(PP)樹脂やポリエチレン(PE)樹脂が、本発明の塗布具の本体筒および栓部材の材質として好適である。また、本体筒側又は栓部材側のいずれか一方に、ポリアセタール樹脂やフッ素系樹脂、ナイロン、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂(HDPE)等の摺動性に優れた樹脂を採用してもよい。もちろん本体筒側と栓部材側の双方にこれら摺動性に優れた樹脂を採用してもよい。
さらに、本体筒の材質と、尾栓や先栓等の栓部材の材質を異なる材質とすると、本体筒と栓部材との癒着が生じず、摺動性に優れる。よって、かかる構成によれば、栓部材を本体筒に対してスムーズに回転できるため、栓部材の取り外しに大きな力を作用させる必要がない。
また、上記塗布具の本体筒に内蔵される塗布液は水性インキや、油性インキをはじめとしていかなる塗布液であっても良い。なお、先栓の中心には軸方向に前記本体筒に内蔵される塗布液を導出するための貫通孔が設けられている。

また、傾斜部は、前記本体筒又は栓部材の軸方向に対して傾斜した部分であり、本体筒および栓部材のいかなる場所に設けられても良い。なお、傾斜部は正面視が直線形や、波形等いかなる形状であっても良い。一方、係合部は本体筒に栓部材が装着された状態において、前記傾斜部と係合可能なものである。なお、前記係合部は正面視が直線形や波形等、前記傾斜部と係合可能な形状であればいかなる形状であっても良い。

傾斜部又は係合部の形状として推奨されるのは、緩い傾斜の部分ときつい傾斜の部分を有する構成である。例えば図10(a)に示す傾斜部のように底部Aを有し、その両端に曲線状の斜面Bを有し、さらに急斜面Cに繋がる構成が推奨される。
すなわち傾斜部が水平状の底部Aと水平状の上辺部Dを持つ場合であれば、底部Aと上辺部Dの間に直線状の急斜面Cがあり、底部Aと直線状の急斜面Cの間に緩和曲線的なカーブを持つ斜面Bを備える。
そして緩和曲線的なカーブを持つ斜面Bによって底部Aと斜面Bがなだらかに繋げられる。緩和曲線的な斜面Bのカーブとしては、円弧面状、放物線、正弦曲線、楕円等のものが採用可能である。
また図10(b)に示す傾斜部のように底部Aを有し、その両端に直線状の緩斜面Bを有し、さらに急斜面Cに繋がる構成も推奨される。

そして対する係合部は、図10(a)、図10(b)のように、栓部材が本体筒の正規の位置に装着されている時には、傾斜部のように底部Aの位置にある。そして栓部材を捻って回転させると、係合部は緩斜面Bと接する。そのため傾斜部と係合部の係合によって生じる軸方向の移動量が小さい。そのため逆に回転開始時における軸方向の推力が大きい。したがって何らかの理由によって栓部材が固着していても、栓部材を容易に移動させることができる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。
図1は本発明の第1実施例の塗布具1(マーカペン)を示す図であり、(a)は塗布具1の斜視図、(b)は塗布具1の尾栓3側の分解断面図、(c)は尾栓3の斜視図である。
塗布具1は本体筒4の一端に先栓2が取り付けられ、他端側に尾栓3が取り付けられたものである。また、先栓2の中心には軸方向に延伸した貫通孔5が設けられており、当該貫通孔5の内部にはフェルト製の塗布部たるペン先チップ6が取り付けられている。

尾栓3は本体筒4の外径と略同一の径を有する封止部7が尾栓本体部8の片端に設けられており、当該尾栓本体部8の外周部には環状の係止部9がある。係止部9は、内周に設けられたリブであり、内周面から突出している。
尾栓本体部8は、本体筒4に挿入される部分であり、封止部7は、本体筒4から露出する部分である。
封止部7は、尾栓本体部8よりも径が大きい。そして封止部7の頂面には、封止部7の中心を通過し封止部7の円周上の2点を結ぶ直線状の窪みにより道具係合部10が形成されている。また、尾栓本体部8の他端の端面には傾斜した波形の係合部11があり、係合部11は軸方向に突出した山部11aと、前記山部と逆方向に突出した谷部11bが交互に組み合わさった構成である。

一方、本体筒4は両端が開口した円筒であり、一方の端部の内周には、環状の凹部であり尾栓3の係止部9が係合可能な対係止部12がある。前記係止部9と前記対係止部12により、尾栓3が本体筒4に装着された状態を維持する装着維持構造部13が構成される。

また本実施例では、尾栓本体部8の他の部分についても装着維持構造部として機能している。すなわち尾栓本体部8の外径(係止部9を除く)は、本体筒4の内径に比べて僅かに大きく、尾栓本体部8が本体筒4に内蔵された状態においては、尾栓本体部8が本体筒4の内面を押圧した状態となる。そのため尾栓本体部8の押圧力によっても尾栓3が本体筒に装着された状態が維持される。なお本実施形態では、尾栓本体部8の係止部9及びその他の部分が装着維持構造部13を構成しているが、係止部9だけによって尾栓3の抜け止め構成としてもよく、逆に係止部9を略して尾栓本体部8の押圧力だけによって尾栓3の抜け止め構成としてもよい。

本実施例で採用する対係止部12たる環状の凹部の幅Lは、係合部11たる尾栓3の山部11a及び谷部11bの高低差Xよりも小さい。すなわち環状の凹部の幅Lは、傾斜部の軸方向の長さXよりも短い。

また、本体筒4の対係止部12側の端部近傍には内径が狭められた狭窄部14が形成されており、狭窄部14の本体軸端部側に面した部分には傾斜した波形の傾斜部15が設けられている。すなわち、傾斜部15は対係止部12側に突出した突出部15aと、前記突出部15aと逆方向に突出した窪部15bが交互に組み合わさった構成である。本実施例における尾栓3および本体筒4は樹脂を成形したものであるが、金属を切削加工したものなど、材質はいかなるものであっても良い。また、封止部7の径はいかなる大きさであっても良いが、本体筒4の外径あるいは内径と略同一であることが望ましい。
さらに、本体筒4の内部には本体筒4の内径より小さく円筒形で、内部に塗布液が保持された内筒16が配置されている。すなわち内筒の内部には中綿と称される液吸収部材が内蔵されており、当該中綿にインキ等の塗布液がしみ込んでいる。

通常、塗布具1は尾栓3が本体筒4に装着された状態で使用される。すなわち、尾栓3は本体筒4の対係止部12側の端部から尾栓本体部8を封止部7が本体筒4に当接する位置まで挿入されており、係止部9が対係止部12に係止されることで尾栓3が本体筒4に取り付けられている。
本実施例では、前記したように尾栓本体部8が本体筒4の内面を押圧することによっても抜け止めがなされているが、対引き抜きに対する力の大部分は、係止部9と対係止部12の係合力に頼っている。
すなわち尾栓3が本体筒4に取り付けられた状態においては、尾栓3側の係止部9と、本体筒4側の対係止部12が互いに係合して栓部材3の抜け止めが成されている。具体的には、係止部9たる環状のリブ突起が対係止部12たる環状の凹部と係合する。したがって尾栓3側の係止部9と、本体筒4側の対係止部12との係合長さは、対係止部12たる環状の凹部の溝幅Lと等しい。
なおこの時、尾栓3の係合部11は本体筒4の傾斜部15と係合している。

尾栓3を本体筒4の軸方向に引き抜こうとすると、前記係止部9が対係止部12に強固に係合しているため、軸方向に相当大きな引っ張り力を要する。しかし、尾栓3を本体筒4に対して捻ると、容易に本体筒4から外れる。

すなわち尾栓3を本体筒4に対して捻ると、尾栓本体部8の端部に設けられた波形の係合部11が、当該係合部11と係合している波形の傾斜部15に対して回転する。当該回転に伴い、係合部11の山部11aに、傾斜部15の突出部15aが当接しながら回転し、尾栓3と本体筒4の間には軸方向に反発力が生じ、尾栓3の回転に伴い徐々に当該反発力が強くなる。尾栓3は、係止部9が対係止部12に係止し発生する係止力により、本体筒4に強固に固定されているが、尾栓3の回転を進めると、やがて軸方向の反発力が増大し、やがて当該反発力が前記係止力より大きくなると、本体筒4が軸方向に押し出され尾栓3が本体筒4から外れる。

また特に本実施例では、図1のように尾栓3を本体軸4内に留め置く機能を果たす対係止部12(環状の凹部)の幅Lよりも、尾栓3の軸方向移動量となる傾斜部15の高低差X(傾斜部の軸方向の長さ)の方が長いから、尾栓3を捻ることによって生じる尾栓3の移動量は、係止部9と対係止部12の係合長さを越えている。そのため尾栓3を捻ると、係止部9は確実に対係止部12から外れる。
