本発明は移動型X線装置に関するものである。特に、X線条件の設定操作をX線発生部側で行うことができるX線装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
移動型X線装置は、モータで走行する移動台車1と、台車上に設置された本体2と、X線を照射するX線発生部3と、本体2に対してX線発生部3を可動に取り付けるアーム4を具える。X線発生部3には、X線管装置31およびX線の照射範囲を制限するX線絞りとが含まれる。

撮影時、病室あるいは手術室のベッドサイドにX線装置を移動して被検者のX線撮影を行う。その際、本体2の後部に設置された操作器よりX線条件の設定等を行う。図4に示すように、操作器10で設定されたX線条件は、インターフェースを介してCPU20で指令信号とされる。この指令に基づき、高電圧制御器21から所定の電圧がX線管装置31に印加され、設定した条件のX線が照射される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の移動型X線装置では、次のように操作性に問題があった。

すなわち、ベッドサイドではX線装置本体やX線発生部またはアームに取り付けられた把手を握り、撮影のためにX線の照射位置あわせを行う。このとき、X線条件の設定を行うためには、本体後部に位置する操作器まで戻って操作しなければならず、操作者にとって非常に煩わしい操作となる。

従って、本発明の主目的は、X線装置本体の後部に戻らなくてもX線条件の設定を行うことができる移動型X線装置に関するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、X線発生部側にもX線条件の設定を行う操作器を設けることで上記の目的を達成する。

すなわち、本発明X線装置は、X線を照射するX線発生部と、X線発生部をアームを介して支持する本体と、本体を走行させる移動台車と、前記X線発生部に設けられたX線条件の設定機構とを具えることを特徴とする。

本体だけでなく、X線発生部側にもX線条件を設定する操作器を設けることで、本体の操作器に戻ることなくX線発生部側でX線条件の設定ができ、同にX線の照射位置合わせも行うことができる。

特に、設定機構は、本体に設けられた第1設定機構と、X線発生部に設けられた第2設定機構の2つとし、いずれの設定機構でもX線条件の設定ができるように構成することが好適である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1は本発明移動型X線装置の全体構成を示す概略図である。
このX線装置は、走行用モータで走行する移動台車1と、台車上に設置された本体2と、本体に対してX線発生部3を可動自在に取り付けるアーム7とを具える。

移動台車1はX線装置を移動自在にする車輪が設けられて、この車輪をモータ等で駆動することでX線装置を走行させる。本体2は走行用モータやX線発生部3の制御を行う制御機構が内蔵されている。X線発生部3には、X線管装置31と、X線の照射範囲を制限するX線絞りとが含まれる。本体2には回転自在の支柱5が設けられ、この支柱5に上下動自在のスライダ6を介してアーム7が取り付けられている。このアーム7は関節状に折り曲げることができ、先端に装着されたX線発生部3の位置を調整することができる。X線発生部3の位置調整を行い易いよう、X線管装置31に近接して把手8が設けられている。また、X線発生部3と本体2とはケーブル9で接続され、本体中の制御機構よりX線発生部3の制御を行うことができる。

撮影時、X線装置を被検者のいる病院内の所定の場所へ移動し、X線管装置の位置決めをおこなった後、X線条件の設定を行って撮影が行われる。X線条件には、管電圧、管電流、管電流(mA)と時間(sec)の積であるmAs値などが含まれる。

ここで、X線条件の設定には、2つの設定機構(操作器)を用いることができる。本体後部の上面には第1操作器10が、X線発生部3には第2操作器11が設けられている。第2操作器11は、X線管装置31、それを支持するアーム7またはX線絞りのいずれかもしくはこれらの近傍に設ける。いずれの操作器10、11も、管電圧、管電流、mAs値などのX線条件が表示される表示パネルを有している。

図2に本発明装置の制御機構の回路ブロック図を示す。各操作器10、11で設定されたX線条件は、インターフェースを介してCPU20で指令信号とされる。この指令に基づき、高電圧制御器21から所定の電圧がX線管装置31に印加され、設定した条件のX線が照射される。その際、いずれの操作器10、11でX線条件を設定しても、その設定条件にてX線の照射が行われるようにプログラムする。

図1において、第1操作器10でX線条件の設定を行うと、CPU20により第1操作器10上に、管電圧、管電流、あるいはmAs値の設定値が表示される。それと同時に、高電圧制御器21に設定信号が入力され、設定の条件で撮影が可能となる。

また、第2操作器11でX線条件の設定を行うと、第1操作器10での設定と全く同様に、CPU20を介して管電圧、管電流、mAs値の設定値が表示され、高電圧制御器10に信号が入力される。その際、第1操作器10上の表示も第2操作器11と全く同じように変化される。

以上により、X線管装置31付近に設置された第2操作器11を操作することにより、X線条件の設定が行えるため、X線撮影の位置決めをおこなった後、第1操作器10の場所まで戻る煩わしさがなくなる。

以上説明したように、本発明X線装置は、X線条件の設定機構をX線発生部に設けることで、撮影位置合わせ操作の後、すぐにX線条件の設定が行えるため、撮影の効率が向上する。
