Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In scaffold construction and reinforcing bar construction, for example, reinforcing bar reinforcement construction, vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars are bound by binding wires at the intersections of reinforcing bars arranged at predetermined intervals. In this case, a tool called a hacker is used to bind the reinforcing bars using the binding wire. The present invention relates to the hacker.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional hackers have not been described on the surface thereof as being equivalent to dimension marks or pitch marks. Therefore, in the bundling work, the bundling work had to be advanced while checking the dimensions of the bar arrangement with another ruler.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If the binding position is shifted during binding, the structure will not be as designed. For this reason, it is necessary to proceed with the work while checking the dimensions so that at least the bar arrangement position does not greatly change. However, it is troublesome and inconvenient to proceed with the bundling work while checking the dimensions using a ruler one after another in the case of the bar placement work as in the prior art, and it is convenient if the dimension scale is written on the hacker itself. However, if a scale scale is described only on a straight line, for example, on a hacker that is not a long straight tool, there are only a few dimensions that can be described, and the overall shape is formed in a square shape. Cannot read.
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a hacker capable of effectively utilizing the entire length of a hacker as a measuring target and capable of proceeding with work while confirming the bar arrangement pitch in the work situation. It is what.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a hacker targeted by the present invention has a grip handle 2 rotatably attached to a base end portion of a main body portion 1 and projects the main body portion 1 obliquely forward with respect to the grip handle 2. As a result, the entire body is formed in a square shape, and a hook 3 is formed at the tip of the main body 1 toward the outside. In such a hacker, the linear distance dimension connecting the hook 3 at the distal end of the main body 1 and the proximal end of the gripping handle 2 is moved parallel to the main body 1 and the gripping handle 2 so that a general-purpose pitch dimension, for example, an interval of 5 cm is used. Are described as 4 and 5.
[0005]
By setting it as the said structure, the hook at the front-end | tip of a main-body part is hooked on a reinforcing bar, and the handle | hip | steering edge of a grip handle is located in a reinforcement arrangement plane. In this state, the distance between the reinforcing bars and the reinforcing bars can be known from the marks 4 and 5 described on the main body 1 and the grip 2. At this time, the mark 4 written on the main body 1 is written on the back side of the hook 2 formed outward, and the mark 5 written on the grip handle 2 is written on the entire circumference of the grip handle. Good. In this way, it is possible to measure the required pitch dimension with the hacker in hand and the hook hooked on the reinforcing bar.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a hacker with pitch marks according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a side view of the entire hacker according to the present invention in which the grip handle is vertically cut, FIG. 2 is a side view of the entire hacker showing the use state, and FIG. 3 is a rear view of the entire hacker showing the use state. It is indicated by a two-dot chain line.
[0007]
The hacker shown in FIG. 1 integrally forms a columnar support rod 1a having a diameter smaller than that of the main portion 1 at the base end portion of the main portion 1 having an arbitrary cross-sectional shape that is easy to handle as a tool, usually a square cross section. A sleeve-shaped gripping handle 2 is rotatably mounted on 1a. The main body 1 and the support rod 1a are formed at a constant angle α, and since the gripping handle 2 is mounted on the support rod 1a, the main body 1 and the support rod 1a are formed in a generally U shape. A hook 3 is formed at the tip of the main body 1 that protrudes obliquely forward with respect to the grip handle 2 toward the outside. Thus, a hacker in which the main body portion 1 and the grip handle 2 are formed in a letter shape hooks the binding wire by hooking the binding wire on the hook 3 at the tip and turning the main body portion with the grip handle 2. Do the binding work.
[0008]
In order to rotatably mount the sleeve-shaped grip handle 2 on the support rod 1a, in the illustrated hacker, bearings with the support rod 1a, specifically, metal 6 and ball bearings, are provided on both upper and lower ends of the sleeve 2. In order to prevent the sleeve from falling off, the stopper 7 is fixed to the lower end of the support rod 1a. Therefore, the grip handle 2 does not fall off due to the retaining stopper 7 and can be rotatably mounted on the support rod 1a. That is, the retainer 7 becomes the handle bottom.
[0009]
In the present invention, marks on the pitch dimension are described on the surface of the hacker, that is, the main body 1 and the grip 2. In this mark, a straight line connecting the hook 3 at the tip shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1 and the base end of the gripping handle is set as a reference line X, and the mark 4 is marked on the main body 1 by translating the dimension on the reference line. Marks 5 are written on the handle 2 respectively. The pitch dimension of the pitch mark described at this time describes the scale for each dimension L with a predetermined pitch, with the upper end position of the reinforcing bar in the state where the hook 3 is hooked on the reinforcing bar, that is, the upper end of the inner surface of the hook as the reference position.
[0010]
The mark 4 described in the main body 1 may be described on the entire circumference of the main body, but may be described only on the back side of the hook 3 protruding outward. Further, the mark 5 described on the gripping handle 2 is written on the entire circumference because the gripping handle 2 rotates. For the marks 4 and 5, it is convenient to engrave fine grooves so as not to disappear by intense work and to color the grooves.
[0011]
To measure the pitch dimension of the reinforcement using the hacker according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, hook the hook 3 in particular rebar A 1, the proximal portion of the gripping handle 2 on rebar surface Use close together. By comparing the positions of the other reinforcing bars A 2 -A 6 with the marks 4 and 5 in this state, the approximate pitch of the reinforcing bars A 1 -A 6 can be measured. At this time, since the operator's line of sight is usually on the back side of the hook, if the mark 4 of the main part is written on the back part of the main part 1, the dimensions can be confirmed while working as shown in FIG. It becomes possible to do.
[0012]
The interval between the marks described on the main body 1 and the grip handle 2 may be a fine scale like a normal scale, but it is not always necessary to describe a fine dimension. The reason is that the purpose of this mark is to be able to work efficiently while measuring the approximate pitch of a reinforcing bar or the like. Therefore, the marks 4 and 5 need only be described at intervals that are commonly used, for example, every 5 centimeters. Rather, it is not confusing when there are few landmarks, and work can be done efficiently.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the hacker with a pitch mark of the present invention as set forth in claim 1, in a bundling operation using a hacker for scaffold construction or rebar construction, it becomes possible for an operator to proceed with the bundling work while measuring a pitch dimension such as a rebar interval. There is an effect that it is possible to perform a binding work such as a reinforcing bar extremely efficiently and accurately.
[0014]
According to the invention described in claim 2, there is an effect that the work can be advanced more efficiently while measuring the dimension of the reinforcing bar interval in the most natural work posture and work flow of the bundling work.
