Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cultivator knife-type weeding apparatus for providing a cultivator with an underground cutting knife and a surface cutting knife, and particularly for weeding a plant that naturally grows without seeding.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For weeding work in field crops, it has been widely practiced to attach single and double wing weed blades called triangular blades to cultivators. The inventor of the present application has also devised a practical weeding blade 6-7029 (utility model registration No. 30144532) weeding blade. In this weeding blade body, a sickle blade is disposed outwardly through a desired gap at the lower end of the spring tine facing left and right, and the spring tine bends inward with advance, and the sickle blade is It enables root weeding. These conventional weeding blades are for weeding by cutting the topsoil shallow and horizontally, and not for cutting by underground cutting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the previous crop is made in the field of potatoes, such as red beans, the field shoots of the potatoes before the germination of beans (Norabayae. A plant that grows naturally without seeding. Shogakuen, published in October 2001. (See Dictionary 2nd Edition, p868). The occurrence of this wild shoot grows in the fall of the previous year when a small potato falls to the ground with the soil from the gap between the lifting link rod conveyors of the potato harvester, and is covered with the soil over the years. Some of them are crushed, but many remain in the ground and germinate as wild seedlings.
[0004]
Stray shoots grow faster than beans and are taller. Therefore, it absorbs the nutrients and harms the sunshine, thus delaying the growth of the beans. The potato field growers can only be found after their leaves and leaves, and cannot be removed before they appear. In the past, there was no method other than removing the sprouted wild shoots by digging them with firewood or pulling them out manually, and removing this took a lot of time and effort.
[0005]
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a cultivator knife-type weeding apparatus that can cut a stalk with a knife together with a cultivator's plowing work, and kill a common wild grower, such as a potato field grower. Providing is an issue to be solved.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is a cultivator in which shanks equipped with middle tillers at the lower end are arranged in parallel on the left and right sides. A set screw in which the center line of the parallel opposite side of the octagonal steel shank and the longitudinal centerline thereof are orthogonal to the outer end of a rectangular flat plate fixed horizontally to the lower end surface of the octagonal steel shank that is pivotably inserted around the vertical centerline A weeding knife mounting body with a cylindrical body attached horizontally.
[0007]
The left and right sides are provided with heights that extend obliquely downward from the curved portion connected to the front lower portion of the upper horizontal portion and have a height that passes below the root portion of the grape crop when the blade portion is formed in the forward direction. The underground cutting knife is fixed by inserting the upper horizontal portion into a cylindrical body with a set screw of the weeding knife mounting body and obliquely moving backward.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the weeding knife attachment body is attached to the front and rear protrusions of the left and right horizontal bars, respectively, and the left side underground cutting is attached to the left front or rear weeding knife attachment body. Attach the knife, attach the right ground cutting knife to the right front or rear weeding knife attachment body, extend obliquely downward from the curved part connected to the front lower part of the upper horizontal part, each lower end part diagonally left Bends horizontally on the outside rear and diagonally right outside rear, with the front edge as the blade, and on the back, the left rear bent part and the right outer rear bent part projecting the vertical blade vertically along the forward direction The left-side surface cutting knife and the right-side surface cutting knife are slanted to the set screw cylindrical body of the weeding knife mounting body of the left side and right side horizontal bar to which the ground cutting knife is not mounted, and the horizontal bent portion at the lower end is slanted. And obliquely backward it is obtained by fixing inserting each said upper horizontal portion.
