本発明はエアゾール缶付きの液体噴出容器に関する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
エアゾール式液体噴出器は従来広く知られ、かつ用いられているが、該液体噴出器はエアゾール缶頂壁を貫通して起立するステム上部に嵌着させた押下げヘッドにより、ステムが付勢に抗して押下げられ、するとステム下端に設けられた吐出弁が開いて缶内液体が上記押下げヘッドのノズルから噴出するよう設けられているから、不用意に他物が押下げヘッドに触れて押下げた場合も液体噴出するおそれがある。

近時二液混合容器として、異種液体を充填した二本のエアゾール缶を共に緊結し、それぞれ起立する二本のステム上端に一個の押下げヘッドを嵌合させてそのヘッド押下げにより上記二本のステムが共に下降してそれぞれのエアゾール缶内の異種の液体が押下げヘッドが有する一個のノズルから共に噴出するよう設けたものもあり、このような液体噴出器にあっては不用意に噴出される液体の無駄も多くなり易い。

本発明は簡易な構成の安全装置を設けて上記のような無駄な液体噴出を防止できるよう設けたものである。
又上記のような安全装置を有する二液混合用の液体噴出容器および櫛付きの二液混合用液体噴出容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の手段として頂壁を貫通してステム3を、該ステム押下げにより缶内液体が噴出可能に、上方付勢させて起立するエアゾール缶1と、
上記エアゾール缶を収納固定させて、左右方向が長い平面楕円形状の第1周壁12を底板外周から起立し、かつ該第1周壁の前後両壁上部を第1周壁短手方向巾よりも長く切欠いて凹部13,13 を設けた容器本体11と、
上記凹部下縁よりも上方第1周壁部分内へ、頂板22外周から垂下する第2周壁23を上下動可能に嵌合すると共に、該第2周壁の前壁下縁と上記第1周壁前壁の凹部13下縁とを肉薄ヒンジ24を介して一体に連結し、又頂板左右方向中間部から嵌合用筒25を起立すると共に該筒が囲む頂板部分に連通用孔26を穿設した蓋状部21と、
上記嵌合用筒25外面に下方筒部を水密に、かつ回動可能に嵌合させて液体吐出用筒部42を起立すると共に、該筒部下端へ外向きフランジ状に付設した第1周壁平面形状と同形状の台板43外周を、上記容器本体第1周壁12の上端面へ載置させ、かつ該台板左右方向側部の一端から第1周壁左右側壁一方の外面に接してレバー44を垂下する操作部材41とからなり、

又嵌合用筒25が囲む頂板部分の左右両部に連通用孔26,26 を穿設すると共に、これ等連通用孔をそれぞれ囲んで頂板左右両部下面から第2通路形成筒33,33 を垂下して、上記第1通路形成筒へそれぞれ水密に嵌着させ、
更に操作部材41の液体吐出筒42の下部内を、異種液体混合用通路部45に形成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
まず図1から図4が示す第1実施形態について説明すると、1は従来公知のエアゾール缶で、胴部上端から上部小径の肩部を介して小径筒部を起立し、該小径筒部の上部と該小径筒部上面を閉塞する頂壁外周とを共に巻締めして中径の環状突部2を形成し、又頂壁中央部を貫通してステム3を上方付勢させて起立し、該付勢に抗してステムが押下げられると、ステム下端の吐出弁が開いて缶内液体、図示例では泡がステムを通って噴出するよう設けてある。エアゾール缶は二本一組としてそれぞれの缶内には異種液体が充填させてある。

11は上記二本のエアゾール缶を左右に並べて収納させた容器本体で、左右方向が長い、平面楕円形状の第1周壁12を底板外周から起立し、かつ図3が示すようにその第1周壁の前後両壁上部の左右方向中間部を、第1周壁短手方向巾よりも長く切欠いて、後述の台板を上下動させるための凹部13,13 を形成している。該容器本体の上部内には、既述二本のエアゾール缶を固定するための挟持板14を設けるとよく、該挟持板は上記凹部13,13 直ぐ下方の周壁部分内面に周設した凹溝内へ、挟持板外周を嵌合させ、かつ挟持板外周部下面から垂下した嵌合壁15を上記凹溝直ぐ下方の周壁部分内面へ嵌合させ、又挟持板の左右両部に穿設した透孔にステム3,3を遊挿させて、左右両部下面から垂設した挟持筒16,16 内へエアゾール缶の環状突部2,2を嵌合させている。尚第1周壁の内面にリブ11a を縦設してリブ上端に嵌合壁15下端面を載置している。

21は上記容器本体と一体成形した蓋状部で、容器本体第1周壁の凹部13,13 下縁よりも上方周壁部分内へ、頂板22周縁から垂下する第2周壁23を上下動可能に嵌合させ、かつその第2周壁前壁の下縁と第1周壁前壁凹部13の下縁とを図2が示すように肉薄ヒンジ24を介して一体に連結する。又頂板左右方向中間部から後述液体吐出用筒部嵌合用の嵌合用筒25を起立し、該筒が囲む頂板部分に連通用孔26を穿設する。図示例ではその嵌合用筒が囲む頂板部分左右にそれぞれ連通用孔を穿設している。

そのため図示例においては蓋状部21内に連通部材27を嵌合させている。該連通部材は、蓋状部の第2周壁23内面へ嵌着させた枠筒28内面に仕切板29を横設し、該仕切板の左右両部下面からステム3,3上部へ嵌合させたステム嵌合筒30,30 を垂下し、又仕切板左右両部上面から第1通路形成筒31,31 を起立してそれ等ステム嵌合筒と第1通路形成筒とが共に囲む仕切板部分に液体流出孔32,32 を穿設している。又上記第1通路形成筒31,31 は、二個の連通用孔26,26 を囲んで蓋状部の頂板22下面から垂設した第2通路形成筒33,33 外面へ嵌合させており、このようにして液体流出孔32を介してステムと連通用孔26,26 とを連通させ、かつ蓋状部21が下降すると連通部材27を介してステム3,3が押下げられるよう設けている。尚ステムの上昇で蓋状部21は上昇する。

エアゾール缶1が単数の場合は、蓋状部頂板に一個の連通用孔を穿設し、該連通用孔周縁からステムの上部外面へ嵌合させて筒部を垂下するだけでよい。
41は操作部材で、上記嵌合用筒25外面に下方筒部を水密に、かつ回動自在に、嵌合させて液体吐出用筒部42を起立すると共に、該筒部下端へ外向きフランジ状に付設した、第1周壁平面形状と同形状の台板43外周を、容器本体第1周壁12の上端面へ載置させ、かつ該台板の左右方向側部の一端から、第1周壁左右側壁の一方外面に接してレバー44を垂下する。該レバーは、図4が示すように、嵌合用筒25を中心とする操作部材41の回動で第1周壁12後方へ移動可能としておき、かつ該移動位置では台板43の左右両部の各一部が第1周壁凹部13,13 の上方へ位置し、該状態からレバー44を押込むことで、凹部上方の台板部分が凹部内へ入って蓋状部21を押下げ、該蓋状部下降でステム3,3が押下げられるよう設ける。

上記液体吐出用筒部42の下部内は、既述一対のエアゾール缶内の異種液体を混合するための液体混合用通路部45に形成するとよい。図示例では吐出筒下部内に通気性を有する焼結体46を嵌合させているが、例えば実開昭49‐28207号が示すように、時計回りと反時計回りの正逆のねじ状溝を上下方向において、交互に形成して混合用通路部としてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするもので、容器本体第1周壁の平面形状を左右方向が長い楕円形状とすると共にその前後両壁上部に第1周壁短手方向巾よりも長く切欠いた凹部13,13 を設け、かつ操作部材41の台板43を第1周壁平面形状と同形状としてその台板外周を第1周壁上端面へ載置させたから、その台板43の短手方向巾は上記凹部の巾よりも狭く凹部内へ嵌合できることとなり、よって台板外周が第1周壁上端面上へ載置された状態では該台板を有する操作部材の押下げが出来ず、液体噴出は不能であるが、その操作部材を回して台板43左右両部の各一部を凹部13,13 上へ位置させればその押下げにより台板は凹部13,13 内へ入って液体噴出できることとなり、このようにして液体噴出を可能とし、又不能とする安全操作が容易である。

上記台板43の左右方向側部の一端からは、第1周壁左右側壁の一方外面に沿ってレバー44を垂下しているから該レバーが邪魔となることがなく、又該レバーは上記操作部材回動時に第1周壁12の後方へ、第1周壁の後壁との間に第1周壁と台板との長手方向と短手方向との半径差による間隙をおいて垂下することとなる。該レバーを有する操作部材41の液体吐出用筒部42は、蓋状部21の頂板左右方向中間から起立する嵌合用筒25へ回動可能に嵌合されており、又その蓋状部21はその第2周壁前壁の下端を、容器本体前壁凹部13の下縁と肉薄ヒンジ24を介して連結されているから、上記レバー下部を前方へ押込めば、その肉薄ヒンジを中心とする揺動で蓋状部21が下降し、すると蓋状部21が容器本体内に固定されたエアゾール缶1のステム3を付勢に抗して押下げて液体噴出できることとなる。又上記ステムは上方付勢されているから、エアゾール缶およびステムが複数となってステムの上方付勢する力が増大すると、そのステム押下げにも相当の力を要することとなるが、本発明ではそのステム押下げのための蓋状部21の下降を上記レバー押込みで容易に行うことが出来る。
