本発明は、仮設用足場として用いられる建設用足場板に関し、特に、底面に滑止め材による滑止めを施した建設用足場板に関する。

【従来の技術】
金属製の建設用足場板を建枠の横架材に掛け渡すときに建枠が金属製であると滑り易いために、足場板の底面に滑止めが施されている。この滑止めとして足場板の底面の長手方向にホットメルトやシーリング材等の合成樹脂よりなる滑止め材を所定の厚みで塗布して接着させたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のように滑止め材の接着力を利用して足場板の底面平部に塗布するだけでは剥れることも多々あり、不都合を生じていた。

本発明は上記の点に鑑み、滑止め材が剥れにくいように工夫した建設用足場板を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成するために、薄鋼板の両側縁を折曲して補強縁を形成し、該補強縁を更に内側に折曲して底縁部を形成した建設用足場板において、前記底縁部に合成樹脂より成る滑止め材を漏出させる滑止め材漏出孔を足場板の長手方向に沿って少なくとも一対ずつ隣接させながら所定間隔で穿設し、これら隣接する各滑止め材漏出孔の間にそれぞれ橋絡部を形成させると共に、底縁部に滑止め材を所定の厚みで塗布して隣接する滑止め材漏出孔より漏出させ、前記橋絡部を抱持させるようにして固着させたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の建設用足場板にあっては、足場板の底縁部の長手方向に沿ってホットメルトやシーリング材等の合成樹脂よりなる滑止め材を所定の厚みにて塗布していくと、塗布された滑止め材の一部は底縁部に穿設された滑止め材漏出孔より内側に漏れ、隣接する滑止め材漏出孔の橋絡部の背面で接着して一体となって橋絡部を抱持するような形となり、滑止め材は足場板から剥れにくいものとなる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は本発明の金属製の建設用足場板1の底面を示す底面図であり、図2はその要部付近を切り欠いて拡大した斜視図であって、所定長さの薄鋼板の両側縁を図2に示すように折り曲げて補強縁2を形成し、更に補強縁2の端部を折り曲げて底縁部3を形成して足場板単体4を形成している。そしてこの足場板単体4を2つ並べると共に、その両端部にプレス加工により成形したキャップ5を嵌め入れて固着すると共に、補強材6を足場板単体4に掛け渡して固着し、建設用足場板1を構成している。

また、底縁部3にはホットメルトやシーリング材等の合成樹脂より成る滑止め材Sを漏出させる滑止め材漏出孔7を一対ずつ足場板の長手方向に沿って適宜間隔で穿設してあり、これら一対の滑止め材漏出孔7の間にはそれぞれ橋を掛け渡したような橋絡部8を形成している。

この底縁部3に合成樹脂より成る滑止め材Sを所定の厚みで塗布すると、一対の滑止め材漏出孔7より底縁部3の内側に滑止め材が漏出して行き、図3に示すように橋絡部8の背面で接着して一体となし、滑止め材Sが橋絡部8を抱持する形となって底縁部3に強固に接着される。

また、図4、図5に示すように底縁部3の滑止め材漏出孔を一対ずつ切り落とし込んだ切り込み孔9とすると、滑止め材Sを塗布して切り込み孔9から内側に漏出させるとき、図6に示すように落とし込み部分がガイドとなって一対の切り込み孔9の間に形成される橋絡部8の背面に向かって滑止め材Sが回り込み易くなり、滑止め材Sが橋絡部8を効果的に抱持して更に剥れにくいものとなる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の建設用足場板にあっては、前記底縁部に合成樹脂より成る滑止め材を漏出させる滑止め材漏出孔を足場板の長手方向に沿って少なくとも一対ずつ隣接させながら所定間隔で穿設し、これら隣接する各滑止め材漏出孔の間にそれぞれ橋絡部を形成させると共に、底縁部に滑止め材を所定の厚みで塗布して隣接する滑止め材漏出孔より漏出させ、前記橋絡部を抱持させるようにして固着させたので、滑止め材が滑止め材漏出孔を通して底縁部の内側に漏出して隣接する滑止め材漏出孔の橋絡部の背面で接着して橋絡部を抱え込むようにして強固に固着され、剥れにくいものとできる。

また、滑止め材漏出孔を切り落とし込んで切り込み孔としたので、滑止め材が塗布されると落とし込み部分がガイドとなって隣接する滑止め材漏出孔の橋絡部背面に回り込み易くなり、更に剥れにくいものとできる。
