本発明は、可撓性シート体によって形成された内部に飲料や食品、薬品等の液体や粘体等が充填される袋状の容器本体に取り付けられる容器用口部材の改良に関する。

近年、図7に示すような、合成樹脂フィルムとアルミホイル等のラミネートシート等の可撓性を有するシート体の縁部をヒートシールすることによって形成される袋状の容器21が飲料、食品、薬品等の液体や粘体を被充填物として充填する容器として使用されているが、該容器21には通常上端縁部21a に合成樹脂から成形された別体の口部材20がヒートシール等の取付け手段によって取り付けられている。

この口部材20は、容器21と周面がシールされる取付台部14と該取付台部14の中央部に突設された容器21内部の飲料等が注出可能な注出口13a が形成された注出部13とからなる取付部12と、該取付部12の下方に延設されたストロー状の棒状体15から形成されている。

このような口部材20は、通常、射出成形等の一体成形によって形成されているが、上記のように口部材20の取付部12は凹凸が多い複雑な形状である上に、細長く且つ内部が空洞であるストロー状の棒状体15も一体に成形しなければならず、その成形型の形状が複雑にならざる得なかった。
