ドア体の構造としては一般に、表面板と裏面板とを、自由端側枠と支持端側枠及び上下枠とで囲み、内部に断熱材として発泡ウレタンなどを充填して構成され、自由端側枠には所定形状の取手部分を設ける一方、支持端側枠には冷蔵庫本体に回動可能に取付けを図るための所定のヒンジ接合手段が施される。

しかしながら、このような化粧カバーを設けたことによってドア体の構造が複雑化してしまっているのも現状である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
また、前記化粧カバーや取手カバー等の取付けにあっては、それぞれの部材毎に別個になされるために各部材の位置決めや固着作業が面倒であるといった組付けに係る作業性の問題点があり、さらには隣合う部材との接合辺箇所にズレが生じ易いなどといった外観上の問題点もあった。
本発明は、これらの問題点を解決することを課題とし、各種カバー部材の組付けに係る構造上の複雑さを無くして各種カバー部材の組付けに係る作業効率の向上を図るとともに、その接合辺箇所における外観を損なうことのないドア体の組立構造を提供することを目的とするものである。

上記した目的を達成するために、本発明は、取手カバーと化粧カバーとの接合を図るための係止爪を備えた溝状帯を前面に成形し、側方に表面板を取付ける溝部と指掛け用凹部とを設けてなる受け部材を、前記自由端側枠の前面に取付ける一方、前記取手カバーの化粧カバーと接する縁辺に、前記係止爪の間隔に対応させて同幅に開口形成してなる孔部を設けるとともに、化粧カバーの取手カバーと接する側の側縁に、前記溝状帯の幅に略対応させて延設したフランジ部を介して前記孔部に嵌入される挿着片51を突設し、前記取手カバーと化粧カバーとを前記溝状帯において、孔部内に係止爪と挿着片とを無理嵌状態に係合させることにより組付けることを特徴とするドア体の組立構造を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図1から図6を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
ドア体の構造としては、表面板と裏面板とを、自由端側枠と支持端側枠及び上下枠とで囲み、内部に断熱材として発泡ウレタンなどを充填して構成し、自由端側枠には所定形状の取手部分を設ける一方、支持端側枠にはドア体の回動に係る所定のヒンジ接合手段を施すことは、これまでのドア体の基本的構造と同様である。

図2から図6は、本発明のドア体を示すものである。このドア体は、例えば図1で示したような幅寸法の異なる大小一組のドア体にて観音開き式に構成するうちの大ドアa部分に相当するドア体の一例を示すものである。

本発明の表面板1にあっては、その下隅範囲を取手用凹面11に成形してあり、成形段階において該取手用凹面11の下側幅方向に一条又は数条の補強溝11aが設けられる。この補強溝11aを設けることにより、撓みや変形が生じ難くなり、ドア体組立作業が容易になるだけでなく表面板1全体の強度が向上するものとなっている。

このように設けた表面板1は自由端側枠2の前面部分に配設される受け部材3に、その取手用凹面11が成形されている側端縁を係着させることにより取付けられる。
なお前記受け部材3は、予め自由端側枠2とは別体に成形されて適宜手段を介して該自由端側枠2の前面部分に嵌合固定されており、取手カバー4並びに化粧カバー5もこの受け部材3に対して組付けがなされるように設けてある。

すなわち、前記受け部材3の表面板側の側方には前記表面板1の端縁が嵌り込む溝部30が、表面板の端縁の形態に対応させて高さ方向に成形されており、また、下方には前記取手用凹面11と対応する指掛け用凹部31が成形されている。

また該受け部材3の前面には、化粧カバーと取手カバーとの接合を図るための溝状帯32が高さ方向に渡って設けられ、この溝状帯を構成している表面板側の仕切壁32aに所定間隔をもって係止爪33が形成される。

また化粧カバー5は、前記取手カバーと接する側の側縁に緩やかな傾斜からなるフランジ部50を前記溝状帯の幅に略対応させて延設形成するとともに、その端辺に前記取手カバーの孔部41と対応する位置に、前記角孔と略同幅の挿着片51が突設されている。一方このフランジ部とは反対側の化粧カバー側縁においては、前記受け部材3の取付けにより自由端側枠2との間に生じた溝部に嵌入する脚部52が段設されている。
