Description

The present invention relates to a prosthetic leg, and more particularly to a prosthetic leg that can be widely used by many users and can be used in a short walking training period.

Conventional prosthetic limbs are almost always made to order according to the user's obstacle position (cutting part) and height, etc. Therefore, it takes a long time of about 3 months from mold making to delivery and is expensive. Had the problem of being. Furthermore, since the conventional prosthetic leg is a type in which a cut end (cutting part) is inserted into a cylindrical portion called a socket provided on the upper part of the prosthetic leg, the position of about 55 to 58% of the height, that is, the first sacral spine Since it is necessary to balance walking at the point of action lower than the center of gravity near the center of the pelvis at the front edge, it is difficult to balance, and it is necessary to support the weight load at the cut end, so physical burden However, it required long-term walking training after wearing. In addition, there was a problem that new prosthetic legs had to be prepared as they grew up. In addition, prosthetic leg manufacturing personnel required a national qualification license, which was also an obstacle in terms of delivery time and price.

As means for solving such a problem, for example, a saddle-type artificial leg in which a saddle is provided at the crotch and fixed with a belt has been reported (for example, see Patent Document 1). FIG. 26 shows a schematic diagram of the use situation of this saddle type artificial leg.
In this prosthetic leg, a saddle 12 used for a unicycle is fixed to a top end of a support shaft 11 in which a rotatable slide tube is rotatably inserted into a fixed sheath tube and the height can be adjusted with an adjustment pin. A fastening band 15 is provided at the lower part of the shaft, and a traction belt 16 for pulling the saddle 12 upward and a waist belt 17 for holding the traction belt 16 at the waist are provided.
In this method, since no force is applied to the affected part (cut part), there is no physical burden on the affected part, and no rehabilitation is required. In addition, since the ready-made product can be adjusted and used, it can be used for both right and left, height adjustment is easy, no adjustment period is required, it is responsive, and it is inexpensive (about 1/8 of the conventional model). ).
However, this saddle-type artificial leg must be balanced at a position lower than the center of gravity, so it is less stable when the legs are opened, the actual stride is smaller than the user's intended stride, and walking is uncomfortable. There were some problems (see Patent Document 1).
JP 2002-34717 A

Benefits such as are born. In addition, since a plurality of methods for selecting the wearing means depending on the state of the affected area and usage conditions of the user can be selected, an artificial leg suitable for the user can be realized.
In addition, since the bent part at the knee and waist and the telescopic part for adjusting the length are provided, it does not get in the way when sitting, and it is easy to cope with the height. Furthermore, since the structure is simple and can be attached to the outside of the thigh, the stability at the time of opening the leg is excellent, and there is an effect that there is little stride stress and uncomfortable feeling during running.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing the distribution of weight with respect to height in a human body and the schematic configuration of a conventional artificial leg and the artificial leg of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a support shaft, reference numeral 1a is a knee joint, reference numeral 1d is a foot, reference numeral 2 is a support lever, reference numeral 3 is a frame, reference numeral 5 is a waist belt, reference numeral 8 is a waist bracket, reference numeral 18 is a socket. Reference numeral 19 is a knee joint, and reference numeral 20 is a foot.
The center of gravity A of the human body is approximately 55 to 58% of the height, that is, near the center of the pelvis at the front edge of the first sacral spine, and is lower than the center of gravity in the conventional artificial leg shown in FIG. Walking balance was achieved at the point of action at the position. For this reason, it is difficult to balance and long-term walking training is required after wearing. Further, since it is necessary to support the weight load at the cut end in the socket 18, there is a problem that the physical burden is large.
On the other hand, in the artificial leg of the present invention shown in FIG. 1B, which will be described in detail later, the point of action is at the position B of the waist belt 5 corresponding to a height of about 63% of the height, and the support lever 2 is further moved by hand. When gripped, the point of action moves to the shoulder position C, so that there is an advantage that the weight is not widely distributed but is widely dispersed and the balance can be easily taken.

In FIG. 2, the schematic diagram of the use condition of one embodiment of the artificial leg of this invention is shown. In this system, in order to support the weight, in addition to the support lever, a harness sheet wound around the thigh (corresponding to the winding fixing means of claim 3) and a suspension belt for supporting it (corresponding to the suspension means of claim 8) .). Although FIG. 2 shows a case where it is used for a user who cuts a lower leg, it can also be used for a user who cuts a thigh or a thigh. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 is a support shaft, reference numeral 1 a is a knee joint device (corresponding to knee joint means of claim 10), reference numeral 1 b is an adjustment pipe (constituting adjustment means of claim 12), and reference numeral 1 c is a slide. A pipe (which constitutes the adjusting means of claim 12), reference numeral 1d is a foot, reference numeral 1e is a hip joint device (corresponding to the hip joint means of claim 11), reference numeral 2 is a support lever, and reference numeral 3 is a frame (claim). 4 is a harness sheet, 5 is a waist belt (corresponding to waist belt means of claim 2), 6 is a suspension belt, and 7 is a connecting portion (connecting means of claim 2). ), 8 is a waist bracket.

The support shaft 1 is formed of a hollow pipe made of a metal such as an aluminum alloy, and the slide tube 1c is rotatably inserted into the adjustment tube 1b so that the height can be adjusted with an adjustment pin. Has strength to support weight. Since the support shaft 1 is configured in this way, the entire length of the support shaft 1 can be freely adjusted in accordance with the height of the user, and both the left and right feet can be handled.

The knee joint device 1a is configured to fix the support shaft 1 straight during walking and to be able to be bent into a hinge shape at this portion during rest. The hip joint 1e is also configured such that the support shaft 1 and the connecting portion 7 are fixed straight during walking and can be bent even at this position when resting. The knee joint device 1a can be used by attaching a commercially available knee joint.
FIG. 3 is a side view of the prosthetic leg in use when seated. By folding the hip joint device 1e in A in the figure and the knee joint device 1a in B in the figure, the foot portion 1d of the support shaft 1 can be positioned below the knee, so that it can sit comfortably without taking up space. In addition, C of a figure has shown a mode that the slide tube 1c can be penetrated to the adjustment tube 1b of the spindle 1, and height can be adjusted.

The foot 1d of the support shaft 1 is made of a relatively soft material such as rubber or plastic, and forms a portion of the support shaft 1 that contacts the ground. The foot 1d is configured to be exchangeable with respect to the support shaft 1 and can be used by attaching to the support shaft 1 what is generally marketed as a prosthetic leg member. Also, it is possible to replace them depending on the purpose, such as those with increased sliding friction. As shown in FIG. 4, the foot 1 d can be bent at an arbitrary angle with respect to the support shaft 1, and has an easy structure for walking.

As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the connecting portion 7 is connected to the waist belt 5 by a waist metal fitting 8, and when walking, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the connecting portion 7, with the waist metal fitting 8 as an axis, The hip joint device 1e and the support shaft 1 swing back and forth in a series of configurations. As a result, the pressure applied to the support shaft 1 is distributed to the waist belt 5, and the support shaft 1 is attached to the outside of the thigh and moves along the thigh during walking. Therefore, the top end of the support shaft 1, the connecting portion 7, the support lever 2, and the like do not interfere with walking, and the stability during walking and standing still is high. The connecting portion 7 is made of reinforced plastic or metal and has sufficient strength and elasticity to absorb shocks.
The waist bracket 8 can be detachably attached to the waist belt 5. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the connecting portion 7 can be adjusted in length l, l ′ with respect to the waist bracket 8, and as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the waist bracket 8, the mounting angles θ and θ ′ can be adjusted.

7 (a), 7 (b), 8 (a), 8 (b), the frame 3 is a support unit configured integrally with the harness sheet 4, and the harness sheet is supported with respect to the support shaft 1. 4 is attached so as to be movable up and down, and works so as to closely contact the support shaft 1 to the body side and to soften the contact of the support shaft 1 with the body side. The frame 3 may be provided with a cushion or cushioning material on the harness seat 4 side. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the frame 3 is attached to the support shaft 1 on the body side between the knee joint device 1a and the hip joint device 1e. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8C, the frame 3 may be configured integrally with the hip joint device 1e and the knee joint device 1a.

The harness sheet 4 is wound around the thigh so that the frame 3 and the support shaft 1 are along the body side. The harness sheet 4 may be wound around one leg as shown in FIG. 9A or may be wound around both legs as shown in FIG. 9B. As a simple type, as shown in FIG. 9C, a bag-shaped harness 4 b that squeezes into the crotch portion and the suspension belts 6 a and 6 b are passed may be used instead of the harness sheet 4.

The harness sheet 4 is made of a fabric and leather such as canvas that is strong and easily absorbs sweat, and is fastened with a belt as shown in FIG. 10 (a) or a hook-and-loop fastener as shown in FIG. 10 (b). To do. FIG. 10C shows the overall shape of the hook-and-loop harness sheet 4.

A suspension belt 6 is attached to the harness sheet 4, and the other end of the suspension belt 6 is connected to the connecting portion 7, the waist bracket 8, or the waist belt 5. Thereby, the pressure concerning the support shaft 1 can be distributed from the harness sheet 4 to the thigh and the waist portion via the waist belt 5. The suspension belt 6 is formed of reinforced plastic, synthetic fiber, leather or the like, like the connecting portion 7. The suspension belt 6 can be fixed to the harness sheet 4 by sewing, eyelets, or the like, but it is also possible to select and attach any place on the harness sheet 4 using a strong magic tape (registered trademark). It is. FIG. 11 shows a design example of the shape of the end portion of the suspension belt 6. The end of the suspension belt 6 is not particularly limited in shape, but is formed into a shape that is easy to adhere to the thigh and the buttocks so as to disperse the load and avoid partial application of force.

The waist belt 5 plays a role of receiving and dispersing the pressure from the suspension belt 6 and the connecting portion 7 at the waist portion via the waist metal fitting 8. Wearing a belt on the waist is relatively natural and the user is used to it, so even if force is applied to this part, there is little physical burden. The belt of the waist belt 5 is made of leather or fiber.

The support lever 2 is attached to the support shaft 1 between the knee joint device 1a and the hip joint device 1e as shown in FIG. The position can be adjusted up and down according to the length of the user's arm, as shown in FIG. Moreover, as shown in the figure seen from the upper side shown to Fig.13 (a), it is the structure which can be rotated and moved back and forth within a horizontal surface with respect to the spindle 1, and can fix | fix at that position. Or you may comprise so that it may fix with an arbitrary angle with respect to the spindle 1 without being limited to a horizontal surface. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 13 (b), it is possible to fold along the support shaft 1 so that it can be folded up and out of the way when the support lever 2 is not used. Further, as shown in FIG. 13C, the support lever 2 may be formed integrally with the hip joint device 1e, and the height may be adjusted by adjusting the total length of the support shaft 1 and the length of the connecting portion 7.
The support lever 2 is represented as a straight bar projecting to the body side in the above-described drawings. However, as shown in FIG. 14, the straight rod (a) projecting to the body side, the straight rod projecting forward on the body side (b), the rod bent at a right angle (c), and T-shaped. It is also possible to adopt various deformation designs that are easy to hold and support, such as the rod (d).

Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, it is possible to provide a prosthetic leg that is highly versatile as an off-the-shelf product, can be manufactured at low cost, has a well-balanced walking balance, and does not impose a physical burden on the affected area. Can do.

FIG. 15 shows a schematic diagram of the use situation of another embodiment of the present invention. This system is an example in which, in addition to the support lever, a hose-like harness and a suspension belt that supports the leg are used on the thighs of both legs in order to support the weight. Although FIG. 15 shows a case where it is used for a user who cuts a lower leg, it can be used similarly for a user who cuts a thigh or a thigh. In FIG. 15, reference numeral 1 is a support shaft, reference numeral 2 is a support lever, reference numeral 3 is a frame, reference numeral 4 is a harness sheet, reference numeral 4a is a fixing belt, reference numeral 5 is a waist belt, reference numeral 6 is a suspension belt, and reference numeral 8 is a waist bracket. Reference numeral 9 denotes an annular harness (corresponding to the annular fixing means of claim 5).

In this embodiment, the support shaft 1, the support lever 2, the frame 3, the waist belt 5, the waist bracket 8, and the like can be the same as those shown in the embodiment of FIG. This embodiment differs from that of FIG. 2 in that the harness seat 4 only serves to bring the support shaft 1 closer to the body side, and the pressure applied to the support shaft 1 is mainly the waist belt 5, the waist bracket 8, the connecting portion 7 and It is a point distributed to the ring-shaped harness 9. Therefore, the pressure is distributed to both sides of the body, and the burden on the handicapped side is not particularly increased.

In FIG. 15, all the suspension belts 6 are connected to the waist metal fitting 8 side. However, the suspension belts 6 may be connected to the waist belt 5 from the both wheel portions of the ring-shaped harness 9. FIG. 16 is a diagram extracted and shown for easier understanding of the relationship between the ring-shaped harness 9 and the suspension belt 6, and the suspension belt 6 is connected to the waist bracket 8 side.

17, 18, and 19 show specific examples of connection of the annular harness 9, the suspension belt 6, and the waist belt 5 when the annular harness 9 is suspended by the suspension belt 6. 17 is a view seen from the front, FIG. 18 is a view seen from the back, and FIG. 19 shows an example in which the tip of the suspension belt 6 is divided into two branches.
In FIG. 15, the ring-shaped harness 9 is applied to the thighs of both legs. However, as shown in FIG. 20, one leg (the leg on the cut side) is replaced with the harness sheet 4 instead of the ring-shaped harness 9. Also good.

Since this embodiment is also configured as described above, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the versatility is high, the weight is dispersed and the walking balance is easy to take, and the affected part is not physically burdened. Prosthetic legs can be provided at a low price.

FIG. 21 shows a schematic diagram of the use situation of still another embodiment of the present invention. This method is an example in which a saddle-type stool is used in addition to a support lever to support weight. FIG. 21 shows a case where the left foot is used for a user who is missing from the base. In FIG. 21, reference numeral 1 is a support shaft, reference numeral 1g is a regulator, reference numeral 1f is a horizontal tube, reference numeral 2 is a support lever, reference numeral 4 is a harness seat, reference numeral 5 is a waist belt, reference numeral 6 is a suspension belt, and reference numeral 8 is a waist. The metal fitting 10 is a saddle (corresponding to the seating portion of claim 7), the reference 10a is a saddle fixing belt, and the reference 10b is a saddle auxiliary plate.

In this embodiment shown in FIG. 21, a saddle (stool) 10 used for a bicycle, a unicycle or the like to support the weight load is used for maintaining weight. Further, the base part of the thigh with the obstacle is wrapped with the harness sheet 4 and the suspension by the suspension belt 6 is used together.
In this form, the adjuster 1g adjusts the length of the horizontal tube 1f to change the position of the saddle 10 between the crotch, the support shaft 1 and the support lever 2, thereby making it easy to achieve balance when standing. Further, by integrating the saddle 10 provided between the crotch and the support shaft 1, it is possible to reduce a physical burden when the user stands.

According to this embodiment, the versatility is high, the weight is dispersed, it is easy to balance walking, the burden on the foot when standing can be reduced, and a prosthetic leg that does not impose a physical burden on the affected part is provided at a low price. can do.

By the way, during walking, a person tries to match the center of gravity A of the body with the central axis of the foot 1d on a vertical line. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 22, the force X which swells toward the outer side of the body acts on the artificial leg. FIG. 23 shows an example of a belt provided so that the artificial leg is pulled inward with respect to the force X. By pulling the support shaft 1 to the waist belt (a), the crotch portion (b), or the waist (c) on the opposite side with the belt in this way, the center of gravity can be easily adjusted on the foot portion and walking can be facilitated. .
Further, the support shaft 1 can be bent or curved in advance, and the center of gravity of the body can be positioned on the vertical line of the central axis of the foot 1d. 24 and 25 show an example in which the support shaft is bent once. FIG. 24 shows an example of bending at a portion above the knee joint device 1a, and FIG. 25 shows an example of bending at a portion below the knee joint device 1a. By doing so, it is possible to balance walking without feeling nervous and to walk comfortably.

Since the prosthetic leg of the present invention is configured as described above, it can be prepared as an off-the-shelf product and can be used for general purposes regardless of the obstacle site or the height of the user. Therefore, it can be widely used by any person in any place in the world. Furthermore, since it is responsive, it can be used for temporary use until there is a problem in the affected area or a custom-made artificial leg is completed.
