本発明は、会員カード等を送るのに適したカード付き配送伝票に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、「会員カード」は、ＰＥＴカード，プラスチックカード，紙カードなど種々の形態のものが使用されている。この会員カードは、会員に郵送する場合には、封筒内で揺動しない大きさの台紙に形成された切り口に、カードのコーナー部を差し込む形態と、台紙に形成された疑似接着層にカードを貼り合わせる形態とがあった。

一方、「配送伝票」は、少なくとも「貼付票」「配達票」の２片より構成されており、一番下側に配置される帳票の裏面には、荷物に貼付され粘着剤層と、その粘着剤層を保護するセパレータ紙を備えている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年、通信販売業者や会員クラブ等では、「会員カード」を発行すると共に、荷物（注文された商品、ご案内資料，マニュアル，景品等）を一緒に送る場合が増えている。

しかし、前述した従来の技術では、「会員カード」を送る媒体と、荷物を送る媒体としての「配送伝票」とは、それぞれが単独に用意されていた。
そして、「会員カード」と「配送伝票」に必要な情報（会員Ｎｏ．，名前，住所など）を、別々にプリンタで出力する必要があり、また、プリンタで出力した後に、両者のマッチングを行い、「会員カード」は、荷物の中に入れ、「配送伝票」は、荷物に貼付するという作業を行っていた。
このために、印字作業が２度手間になり、しかも、両者のマッチングミスを起こす可能性があった。

本発明の課題は、カードと配送伝票の印字作業が１度で済み、しかも、両者のマッチングミスのおそれのないカード付き配送伝票を提供することである。

前記課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、カードが分離可能に設けられたカード台紙部と、前記カード台紙部と分離可能であって荷物に貼付される配送票部とを含むカード付き配送伝票であって、前記カード台紙部は、前記カードが剥離可能に貼付され、前記配送票部は、荷物に貼付して荷札の役割をする貼付票と、前記貼付票と分離可能であって受領確認の役割を果たす配達票とを含み、前記カード台紙部及び前記配送票部の裏面のうち、前記貼付票の裏面のみには、荷物に貼付される粘着剤層が設けられ、前記粘着剤層には、該粘着剤層を剥離前に保護するセパレート紙が設けられることを特徴とするカード付き配送伝票である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面などを参照しながら、本発明の実施の形態をあげて、さらに詳しく説明する。
（第１実施形態）
図１は、本発明によるカード付き配送伝票の第１実施形態を示す図である。
このカード付き配送伝票１０は、伝票用紙１１と、粘着剤層１２と、カード１３と、粘着剤層１４と、セパレート紙１５等とを備えている。
伝票用紙１１は、上質紙などによって作製され、中央部のミシン目ａから２つに分離可能なカード台紙部１１ａと配送票部１１ｂとを有している。

カード台紙部１１ａは、カード１３を貼付する台紙部分であり、このカード台紙部１１ａの表面の上方に形成された接着剤層１２が形成されている。この接着剤層１２は、カード１３が剥離可能な接着剤によって形成されている。

カード台紙部１１ａと配送票部１１ｂと、梱包作業時に分離されるので、マッチング作業をする必要がない。

図３は、本発明によるカード付き配送伝票の第２実施形態を示す図である。
なお、以下に説明する各実施形態では、前述した第１実施形態と同様な機能を果たす部分には、同一の符号を付して、重複する説明を適宜省略する。
第１実施形態では、カード台紙部１１ａと配送票部１１ｂとは、送り方向の左右に配置されていたが、第２実施形態では、カード台紙部２１ａと配送票部２１ｂとは、送り方向の前後に配置されている点で異なる。第２実施形態は、プリンタの給紙幅が狭い場合にも、対応可能となる。

図４は、本発明によるカード付き配送伝票の第３実施形態を示す図である。
第３実施形態では、カード台紙部３１ａに、ミシン目ｅによって、カード部３１ａ−１を分離できるように区画したものである。
この実施形態は、カード部３１ａ−１がカード台紙部３１ａの一部を用いた紙カードであるので、別途ＰＥＴカードや疑似接着層を用意する必要がなく、コストダウンを図ることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上詳しく説明したように、本発明によれば、カード台紙部と配送票部とが、一体となっているので、プリンタに１度通すだけで情報の出力が行え、また、カード台紙部と配送票部とのマッチングを行う必要がなくなる。

また、カードがカード台紙部に貼付されているので、カード台紙部へのカード差し込み作業を必要としない。
さらに、配送票部は、貼付票と配達票を有するので、荷札と配達確認の機能を有し、１枚で済むので、印字が容易にできる。
