Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention is capable of easily opening the lid, and having a shape such as beverages enclosed in a can that is easy to drink or pour out, and temporarily sealing the opening after opening. The present invention relates to a can with an opening temporary sealing stopper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an easy open can, there is known a type of can in which an opening piece defined on a can lid is pressed by a weakening line and the opening piece is broken along the weakening line. As these cans, there are, for example, those described in JP-A-8-169454 and those described in US Pat. No. 4,976,368.
[0003]
In the invention described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-169454, the skirt or apron extends from the annular transition portion of the lid member in the direction away from the container body and approaches the central axis, and the head is attached to the tip. The top is formed through. A concave push-down tab surrounded by a weakening line is formed on the top side of the top. Then, when opening the can lid, the concave push-down tab is pushed down into the container main body by opening the concave push-down tab with a finger and the concave push-down tab is pushed down into the container body, and the opening piece is opened inside the can lid. Suspended in the state.
[0004]
Further, in the invention described in US Pat. No. 4,976,368, an outer peripheral wall projecting upward from a can lid, a flat annular panel extending inward from the outer peripheral wall, and an inner peripheral wall depending downward from the annular panel. And the lower end of the inner peripheral wall is triple, and the opening piece is defined by the weakening line formed in the lowermost part. The opening tab is formed with a convex tab. When the can lid is opened, the convex tab is pushed down with a finger to break the opening piece at the weakened line portion, and the opening piece is cut into the inner periphery of the can lid. Open the can lid by hanging it to the side.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In both of the above-mentioned two inventions, the opening piece is pushed down by the finger and the opening piece is pushed down into the can body while breaking the weakened line portion to open the can lid, so that the beverage or the like enclosed in the can body adheres to the finger there's a possibility that. In particular, in a carbonated beverage, since the beverage may erupt when the lid is opened, there is a high possibility that the beverage will adhere to the finger. In addition, there is a possibility that the finger may be damaged by the edge of the opening piece when opening the lid, and the can lid may be opened with the finger depending on individual differences such as the size and length of the consumer's finger and the size of the pressing force. It may not be easy.
[0006]
In order to open the can lid even with a small pressing force, cut the score line as a weakening line deeply around the entire circumference, or cut once around the opening except for the hinge part. In the case of a weakening line of a type in which the portions are joined with a sealing agent such as plastisol, it may be possible to weaken the adhesive strength of the sealing agent. However, in such a configuration, there is a possibility that the weakening line may be broken due to an impact received during transportation of the can body, and when the internal pressure of the can becomes high, the weakening line is broken and enclosed in the beverage May spout. After all, considering such a situation, it is difficult to reduce the strength of the weakening line over a wide range. Furthermore, when the can lid is opened, the opening piece is pushed down into the can body, and therefore the opening cannot be closed again by the opening piece.
[0007]
Furthermore, the invention described in the specification of US Pat. No. 4,976,368 is an invention that takes into account the ease of opening of the can lid, and has a protruding portion protruding above the flange portion on the can lid. However, there is a problem in that it is not possible to stably stack multiple cans due to interference between the protrusions and the bottom of the can because there is no consideration for the problem of stacking multiple cans with the can lids tightened. Therefore, transportation costs and storage costs may increase.
[0008]
On the other hand, in the invention described in JP-A-8-169454, it has been proposed that the bottom of the can has a special shape as a means for stacking a plurality of cans. When the can bottom with a special shape is used, the existing equipment needs to be changed to equipment that uses a special bottom mold. There is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the can as a whole increases due to the cost of the mold and the cost due to the loss of the bottom mold replacement time.
[0009]
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and can open the can lid easily, can temporarily seal the opened can lid, and can further open a plurality of cans can be stacked The object is to provide a can with a temporary sealing stopper.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problem and Action]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that a can lid is integrated into a can body by winding and fixing a flange portion formed on an outer peripheral edge to an opening of the can body, and the can A protrusion that protrudes in the axial direction from the flange is formed at the center of the lid, and a recess that is recessed from the outer peripheral edge of the protrusion is formed on the inner peripheral side of the protrusion. Are provided with a substantially circular opening piece that is delimited by a weakening line having both ends not broken and connected by a pressing force, and the cover plate part outside the opening piece is folded so as to cover at least the weakening line part. Further, in the can with a temporary opening sealing plug, wherein the protruding portion of the can lid is crowned with an opening temporary sealing plug, the opening temporary sealing plug is at least partially engaged with the outer peripheral portion of the tip of the protruding portion. Engagement projections with grooves to be mated are formed, and the temporary opening is sealed Is provided with a first cylindrical portion that is externally fitted to the protruding portion, and a first temporary fixing protruding portion that engages with the engaging protruding portion is formed to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion, A second cylindrical portion that extends in the axial direction opposite to the first cylindrical portion is formed integrally with the first cylindrical portion, and on the inner peripheral side of the second cylindrical portion, than the second cylindrical portion. An opening fitting convex portion that protrudes outward in the axial direction and presses the opening piece is formed, and an annular plate portion that extends radially outward from a connection portion between the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion. The annular plate portion is formed so that the diameter of the annular plate portion is larger than the diameter of the grounding portion formed to protrude from the lower end of the can body, and the first outer wall portion is substantially parallel to the first cylindrical portion. The second outer wall portion hangs down from the outer edge portion of the plate portion and on the side opposite to the first outer wall portion and outside the second cylindrical portion. A second temporary fixing protrusion is formed on the lower end of the first outer wall so as to be engaged with a tightening portion between the can body and the can lid, and the first cylindrical portion is outside the protruding portion. When the first outer wall portion is engaged with the winding portion of the can lid and the can body, the opening temporary sealing stopper is crowned on the can lid and a plurality of cans are stacked. Further, the grounding portion of the can stacked above the temporary opening sealing plug is in contact with the annular plate portion of the temporary opening sealing plug, and the second outer wall portion is a wall surface near the grounding portion of the stacked can. It is comprised so that it may contact | abut.
[0011]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first temporary fixing protrusion is formed on the first cylindrical portion of the temporary opening sealing plug, whereby the temporary opening sealing plug is formed on the engaging protrusion of the can lid. The can body can be transported and sold in an engaged state. In addition, when the can lid is opened and the beverage in the can is directly taken from the can body, the concave portion of the can lid touched by the liquid content flowing down from the opening, the engaging protrusion, the portion in between, and the lower lip touch. Since the portion below the engaging protrusion is covered with the temporary opening sealing plug, foreign matter can be prevented from adhering to the engaging protrusions of the can lid during transportation / sales, which is hygienic. .
[0012]
In addition, when the opening fitting convex part of the temporary opening sealing plug is used to break and open the weakening line formed in the depression part of the projecting part, the weakening line is broken with the finger and the lid is opened. There is no possibility that the finger is injured or the liquid content such as beverage adheres to the finger. In addition, the weakened line can be broken and opened by pressing the opening piece without difficulty.
[0013]
Furthermore, after opening the lid, the opening of the can lid can be temporarily sealed with the temporary sealing plug, so that the beverage left over or the content liquid left over can be spilled as if the can body was tilted down. Can be prevented, and the temporarily sealed can can be carried.
[0014]
Furthermore, even if the bottom of the can is not formed by a special mold, it is possible to stack a plurality of cans having temporary opening sealing caps and display them at the store. In addition, since the temporary opening sealing plug can be integrally formed of a synthetic resin, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the bottom of the can is formed by a special mold.
[0015]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the first aspect of the invention, a second extending in parallel with the second cylindrical portion on the outer edge portion of the annular plate portion to the opposite side in the axial direction from the first outer wall portion. The outer wall portion is raised and formed, the first cylindrical portion is externally fitted to the projecting portion, and the first outer wall portion is engaged with the winding portion of the can lid and the can body. When a plurality of cans are stacked by attaching the opening temporary sealing stopper to the can lid, the grounding portion of the can stacked above the opening temporary sealing stopper is the annular plate portion of the opening temporary sealing stopper. The upper end of the second outer wall portion is in contact with the outer wall surface of the grounding portion of the stacked cans.
[0016]
Therefore, according to the invention of claim 2, when a plurality of cans are stacked, the grounding part of the cans stacked on the annular plate part comes into contact, and the grounding of the cans in which the upper end of the second outer wall part is stacked. Since it abuts against the wall surface portion outside the portion, another can with temporary opening sealing plug can be stably stacked on the can with temporary sealing plug. As a result, it is easy to display at the store at the time of sale, and can prevent the can from falling during the store display.
[0017]
Furthermore, the invention of claim 3 is claimed in claim 1's In addition to the invention, the first temporary cylindrical plug is fitted in the protruding portion, and the first outer wall portion is engaged with a tightening portion between the can lid and the can body. Is attached to the can lid, and a plurality of cans are stacked, the grounding portion of the can stacked above the temporary sealing plug is in contact with the annular plate portion of the temporary sealing plug, The upper end of the second outer wall portion is configured to come into contact with the inner wall surface of the grounding portion of the stacked cans.
[0018]
Therefore, according to the invention of claim 3, since the second outer wall portion raised from the annular plate portion is in contact with the inner wall surface of the grounding portion of the can, the second outer wall portion is made into a complete cylindrical shape. But the diameter can be reduced. As a result, the amount of resin used can be reduced when the temporary opening sealing plug is molded with a synthetic resin, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which an opening protruding can lid 1 and an opening temporary sealing plug 31 are shown. First, the opening protrusion can lid 1 will be described. The opening protruding can lid 1 is formed of a metal flat plate material (not shown) such as an aluminum alloy. Note that an inner surface coating (not shown) made of a synthetic resin is formed in advance on one surface of the flat plate material. This inner surface film is formed from a protective paint or a resin film. As the paint, any protective paint made of thermosetting and thermoplastic resin, for example, modified epoxy paint such as phenol-epoxy paint, amino-epoxy paint, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, epoxyphenol-modified-vinyl paint These are used alone or in combination of two or more, such as vinyl or modified vinyl paint. As the resin film, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used as a basic component, and a copolymer such as polyethylene isophthalate (PEIT) can also be applied. Moreover, when a resin film is used for the inner surface coating, the resin film may be unstretched or biaxially stretched.
[0020]
A flange portion (not shown) of a well-known shape is formed on the outer peripheral side of the opening protruding can lid 1, and is wound and fixed to the opening of the cylindrical can body 21 to form the winding portion 2. Yes. Further, an outer peripheral groove 3 that is U-shaped and is recessed substantially downward in FIG. 1 is formed on the radially inner side of the opening protruding can lid 1 from the winding fastening portion 2.
[0021]
A skirt wall 4 is formed from the outer circumferential groove 3 toward the central axis of the can body 21 and extending upward in FIG. The skirt wall 4 extends so as to form an arc so that the cross section protrudes in the axial direction of the can body 21. Further, a ridge 5 is formed following the upper end of the skirt wall 4 in FIG. Further, an engagement protrusion 6 is formed at the upper end of the raised portion 5 in FIG.
[0022]
The engaging projection 6 has a radius formed by making the outer diameter of the portion slightly lowered from the top of the annular projecting portion protruding in the axial direction from the skirt wall 4 through the raised portion 5 smaller than the outer diameter of the top. It is a part protruding in the direction.
[0023]
Moreover, the top part of the protruding part 5 is made into the cyclic | annular flat surface of the predetermined width along a radial direction, and the contact surface 7 is formed here. Further, a recess 8 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the contact surface 7. An opening piece 9 is formed at the bottom of the recess 8. The opening piece 9 is partitioned into a substantially circular shape, with a part thereof being left by a weakening line 10 composed of a score line. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottoms of the depressions 8 on both sides of the weakening line 10 are folded (or folded) so as to be tripled, and the weakening line 10 is folded into the bent depression. The portion 8 is formed at a position located on the lowermost side in FIG. Therefore, when the weakening line 10 is broken, the cut end surface on the opening side is positioned outside the inner end of the folded portion, so that the consumer does not injure fingers or the like at the cut end. Further, the weakening line 10 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral side tip portion of the bottom portion of the recessed portion 8 bent in triplicate, that is, the minimum inner diameter D1 portion. In addition, in order to improve lid opening property, you may cut | disconnect a part of weakening line 10 completely.
[0024]
Further, the plastisol 11 is applied from the lower side in FIG. 2 across the bottom of the recess 8 and the opening piece 9 across the weakening line 10. This plastisol 11 prevents the weakened line 10 from being broken by the change in the internal pressure of the can body, repairs damage to the coating film by forming the weakened line 10, and can protrude from the opening due to the intrusion of contents such as beverages. This is to prevent corrosion of the lid 1. By applying this plastisol 11, leakage of the content liquid can be prevented even if a part of the weakening line 10 is completely cut.
[0025]
Further, the opening piece 9 is formed with a convex portion 12 protruding upward in the figure. The convex portion 12 is formed so that the temporary opening sealing plug 31 can easily press the opening piece 9 when the can lid is opened.
[0026]
Next, the temporary opening sealing plug 31 will be described. The temporary opening sealing plug 31 is formed of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene resin or polypropylene resin. As shown in FIG. 1, a first outer wall portion 32 extending downward in FIG. . The first outer wall portion 32 is a cylindrical portion having substantially the same diameter as the tightening portion 2, and a fitting recess 33 that fits into the tightening portion 2 of the opening protruding can lid 1 is formed on the inner surface of the lower end. The opening temporary sealing plug 31 is formed over the circumferential direction. Below the fitting recess 33, a second temporary fixing protrusion 34 is formed to be fitted on the lower side in FIG. Accordingly, the fitting recess 33 is formed in a groove shape on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the first outer wall portion 32.
[0027]
In addition, a second outer wall portion 35 that protrudes in a direction opposite to the first outer wall portion 32 (upward in FIG. 1) is integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion of the opening temporary sealing plug 31. As will be described later, the second outer wall portion 35 has a shape that comes into contact with the bottom of the upper can stacked when the can body 21 to which the opening protruding can lid 1 is fixed is stacked for transportation, display, and the like. Is formed. Furthermore, an annular flat plate portion 36 extends in the radial direction of the opening temporary sealing plug 31 from between the second outer wall portion 35 and the first outer wall portion 32. In other words, the outer wall portions 32 and 35 are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the annular flat plate portion 36 so as to protrude in the axial direction.
[0028]
A first cylindrical portion 37 extending downward in FIG. 1 is formed at the central portion of the annular flat plate portion 36. The first cylindrical portion 37 is a cylindrical portion having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the engaging projection portion 6 described above, and a first temporary fixing projection portion 38 protruding inward in the radial direction is formed on the inner surface of the lower end. A plurality (four in the illustrated example) are formed at equal intervals. These first temporary fixing protrusions 38 are elastically deformed over the annular protrusions at the upper ends of the engagement protrusions 6 of the opening protrusion can lid 1 and are fitted into the annular recesses below, thereby temporarily closing the opening. A stopcock 31 is detachably attached to the opening protruding can lid 1.
[0029]
In addition, a second cylindrical portion 39 that protrudes in a direction opposite to the first cylindrical portion 37 (upward in FIG. 1) and has the same diameter as the first cylindrical portion 37 is formed at the center of the annular flat plate portion 36. ing. An opening fitting convex portion 45 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the second cylindrical portion 39. This opening fitting convex part 45 is a convex part which fits into the opening part 42 which arises as a result of pushing and opening the opening piece 9 and pushing the opening piece 9 described above, and is the base end part on the annular flat plate part 36 side. The tapered portion 40 has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the opening 42 and an outer diameter of the tip portion smaller than the inner diameter of the opening 42. A plurality (four in the illustrated example) of temporary sealing protrusions 41 protruding outward in the radial direction are formed at a portion slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the opening 42 in the tapered portion 40. Has been.
[0030]
An inclined portion 43 having a larger taper angle is continuously formed at the distal end portion of the tapered portion 40, and the distal end portion of the inclined portion 43 is a flat pressing surface 44 along the radial direction.
[0031]
Next, the operation of the opening projecting can lid 1 and the temporary opening sealing plug 31 according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the lid is not opened, and an opening temporary sealing plug 31 is attached to the opening projecting can lid 1 as shown in FIG. That is, the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is attached to the opening protruding can lid 1 with the opening fitting convex portion 45 facing outward. In this state, the first outer wall portion 32 is fitted onto the winding fastening portion 2, the winding fastening portion 2 enters the fitting recess 33, and the second temporary fixing projection 34 forming the fitting recess 33 is wound. Locked to the fastening portion 2.
[0032]
At the same time, the first cylindrical portion 37 is externally fitted to the engaging projection 6 formed on the tip side of the raised portion 5, and the first temporary fixing projection 38 at the tip is engaged with the engaging projection 6. is doing. As described above, when the fitting recess 33 is engaged with the winding tightening portion 2 and the first temporary fixing protrusion 38 is engaged with the engaging protrusion 6, the temporary opening sealing plug 31 is opened. The lid 1 is crowned with a predetermined strength.
[0033]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which an opening projecting can lid 1 is wound and secured to a two-piece can body 21 which is a bottomed can body 21 and a temporary sealing plug 31 is fitted and stacked for transportation or display. A can bottom 22 of a two-piece can placed on the temporary opening sealing plug 31 has a shape subjected to a normal doming process and has an annular grounding portion 23 protruding to the lower surface side. And a bottom wall portion 24 that reaches the can body 21 continuously to the outer peripheral portion, and a dome portion 25 on the inner peripheral side of the grounding portion 23. The grounded portion 23 of the upper can stacked up comes into contact with the annular flat plate portion 36, so that the can is placed on the temporary opening sealing plug 31. In that case, the depth in the doming process, in other words, the dimension in the axial direction from the center of the dome portion 25 to the top of the grounding portion 23 is larger than the height of the opening fitting convex portion 45 from the annular flat plate portion 36. The opening fitting convex portion 45 is in a state of being accommodated inside without contacting the dome portion 25.
[0034]
On the other hand, the second outer wall portion 35 comes into contact with the wall surface of the bottom wall portion 24, and the can bottom 22 is supported at the tip thereof. Accordingly, the upper can is stably stacked on the temporary opening sealing plug 31 without causing a lateral shift or inclination.
[0035]
Moreover, since the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is engaged with the winding fastening portion 2 between the opening protruding can lid 1 and the can body 21, the load acting via the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is lowered on the lower side. Therefore, the support strength is increased, and cans can be stacked in multiple stages. Further, the shape of the can bottom 22 may be a shape by a conventional doming process, so that it is not necessary to prepare a special bottom mold for forming the can bottom 22 with respect to the existing equipment. Since there is no need for replacement, an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed or avoided.
[0036]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, when the first outer wall portion 32 is engaged with the winding fastening portion 2 of the opening protruding can lid 1, the entire opening protruding can lid 1 may be exposed to the outside. Is prevented. As a result, it is possible to prevent dust and dirt from adhering to the opening projecting can lid 1 during transportation and display, which is hygienic. It should be noted that the temporary opening sealing plug 31 may be shrink-wrapped with a transparent or opaque heat-shrinkable plastic film or the like so that dust does not adhere to or be tampered with during temporary display. .
[0037]
Next, the operation of opening and temporary sealing will be described. First, when shrink wrapping is performed, the wrapping is removed and the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is removed from the opening protruding can lid 1. This is because the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is formed of an elastic synthetic resin, so that the engagement recess 33 is formed by pulling the opening protruding can lid 1 upward while spreading the first outer wall 32 outward. Since it comes off from the winding part 2, it can carry out easily.
[0038]
Next, the temporary opening sealing plug 31 is held so that the pressing surface 44 faces the opening piece 9 of the opening protruding can lid 1, and then the pressing surface 44 of the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is opened to the opening protruding can. It is brought into contact with the opening piece 9 of the lid 1 and pressed. At this time, since the convex portion 12 is formed on the opening piece 9, the pressing surface 44 can be easily brought into contact with the opening piece 9 and pressed.
[0039]
When the opening piece 9 is pressed, the weakening line 10 breaks, the plastisol 11 is torn off, and the opening piece 9 is pushed down into the can body. If a portion where the weakening line 10 is completely cut is provided, the breakage proceeds from that point, so that the lid can be opened with a relatively small pressing force. In addition, since the both ends of the weakening line 10 are not connected, the part in which the weakening line 10 is not formed becomes a hinge, the opening piece 9 rotates, and it will be in the state suspended and pushed down (FIG. 4). reference). As a result, an opening 42 surrounded by the inner peripheral side tip portion of the portion folded in triplicate is generated.
[0040]
When the opening piece 9 is pushed down to form the opening 42, the consumer pulls the temporary opening sealing plug 31 fitted in the opening 42 away from the opening protruding can lid 1, and then tilts the can body to open the opening. It is possible to drink the beverage that has flowed down from 42 through the depression 8 and the contact surface 7. At that time, the consumer drinks the lower lip against the skirt wall 4, the raised portion 5, and the engaging projection 6 having a considerably smaller diameter than the can body 21 and the winding portion 2 of the opening protruding can lid 1. Since the outer diameter of the engaging protrusion is sufficiently smaller than the adult's mouth (35 mm or less), a normal easy open can lid with an opening formed below the tightening portion 2 is tightened. As in the case of drinking directly from the can, the consumer's nose does not collide with the tightening portion 2 or the cover plate surface, and the beverage can be drunk without spilling. It is also easy to pour the content liquid into a cup or the like. In addition, since a consumer's finger does not touch the opening piece 9 directly when opening a can lid, it can also prevent that content liquids, such as a drink, adhere to a finger.
[0041]
Further, the consumer can temporarily seal the opening 42 of the opening protruding can lid 1 using the opening temporary sealing plug 31. In this case, the pressing surface 44 of the opening temporary sealing stopper 31 is held toward the opening 42 of the opening protruding can lid 1, and the opening temporary sealing stopper 31 is fitted into the opening 42. Then, the temporarily sealing projection 41 formed on the tapered portion 40 of the opening temporary sealing plug 31 engages with the edge of the opening 42 of the opening protruding can lid 1 (see FIG. 5). As a result, the opening protruding can lid 1 is temporarily sealed by the opening temporary sealing plug 31. By forming the temporary sealing projection 41 on the taper portion 40, the opening temporary sealing plug 31 is fitted into the opening 42, and the opened opening protruding can lid 1 is easily temporarily sealed. Can do.
[0042]
Next, another example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, about the member which has the same structure as said Example, the same reference number is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted. As shown in FIG. 6, the temporary opening sealing plug 51 has an opening except that the second outer wall portion 52 is formed on the upper side in FIG. 6 between the first outer wall portion 32 and the first cylindrical portion 37. It has the same configuration as the temporary sealing plug 31. When the can body 21 is stacked in a state where the opening temporary sealing plug 51 is attached to the opening protruding can lid 1, the bottom wall on the inner peripheral side of the can bottom 22 of the can body 21 stacked on the upper side. The wall surface of the dome portion 25 is in contact with the second outer wall portion 52 of the temporary opening sealing plug 51.
[0043]
As a result, even if the can body 21 is stacked in five stages and stored in the lowermost stage, the opening temporary sealing plug 51 is partially deformed and detached from the opening protruding can lid 1 or the opening protruding can lid 1. The opening piece 9 is not pushed down to open the opening protruding can lid 1. In addition, the opening temporary sealing plug 51 has a smaller amount of resin used to form the second outer wall portion 52 because the diameter of the second outer wall portion 52 is shorter than the temporary opening sealing plug 31 in the above example. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be further reduced.
[0044]
Instead of the second outer wall portions 35 and 52, cylindrical portions cut out at some places or convex portions provided at substantially equal intervals on the same circumference may be used. Even such a convex part can support the load received by the temporary opening sealing plugs 31 and 51 when palletized.
[0045]
In the above embodiment, an example using the score line as the weakening line has been described. However, the metal plate is once cut into a predetermined shape, leaving the hinge portion, and then the cut portion is joined and sealed with a sealant to weaken A line may be formed, and the can body is not limited to a two-piece can body, and may be a three-piece can body having a can lid wound around the other end.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the first temporary fixing protrusion is formed on the first cylindrical portion of the temporary opening sealing plug, so that the temporary opening stopper can be opened. The can body can be transported and displayed in a state of being engaged with the engaging protrusion of the lid. In addition, when opening the opening protruding can lid and drinking the beverage in the can directly from the can body, the recessed portion of the opening protruding can lid that touches the liquid content flowing down from the opening, the engaging protrusion, and the gap therebetween Since the portion is covered with the temporary opening sealing plug, it is possible to prevent foreign matters from adhering to the engaging projections and the like of the can lid during transportation and display, which is hygienic.
[0047]
In addition, when the opening fitting convex part of the temporary opening sealing plug is used to break and open the weakening line formed in the depression part of the projecting part, the weakening line is broken with the finger and the lid is opened. There is no possibility that the finger is injured or the liquid content such as beverage adheres to the finger. In addition, the weakened line can be broken and opened by pressing the opening piece without difficulty.
[0048]
Furthermore, after opening the lid, the opening portion of the opening protruding can lid can be temporarily sealed with the opening temporary sealing plug, so that the beverage left over or the content liquid left over can be used as if the can body was tilted down. It is possible to prevent spilling, and to carry a temporarily sealed can body.
[0049]
Furthermore, it is possible to stack a plurality of cans each having a temporary opening sealing cap crowned without forming the bottom of the can with a special mold. In addition, since the temporary opening sealing plug can be integrally formed of a synthetic resin, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the bottom of the can is formed by a special mold.
[0050]
Further, in the invention of claim 2, when a plurality of cans are stacked, the grounding portion of the can stacked on the annular plate portion comes into contact, and the upper end of the second outer wall portion is stacked on the grounding portion of the can. Since it abuts against the outer wall surface, it is possible to stably stack other cans with temporary sealing plugs on the cans. As a result, it is easy to display at the store at the time of sale, and can prevent the can from falling during the display.
[0051]
Furthermore, in the invention of claim 3, since the second outer wall portion rising from the annular plate portion is in contact with the inner wall surface of the grounding portion of the can, even when the second outer wall portion is made into a complete cylindrical shape, the diameter is reduced. can do. As a result, the amount of resin used can be reduced when the temporary opening sealing plug is molded with a synthetic resin, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
