この発明は人工芝の設置構造に関し、ゴルフ練習場等に使用されるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、ゴルフ練習場において人工芝を新規にする場合には、既設の人工芝シートを剥がし、その露出した地面に新規な人工芝シートを貼っていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の人工芝の取り換えにあっては、既設の人工芝シートを剥がさなければならないため、当該作業に手間がかかり、人工芝を新規する作業能率を向上させにくいという不都合を有した。

この発明の課題はかかる不都合を解消することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解消するために、この発明に係る人工芝の設置構造においては、既設の人工芝シートの上面に防水シートを重ね、この防水シートの上面に新規人工芝シートを重設した人工芝の設置構造において、前記前記新規人工芝シートを編体で構成し、その両端部に端縁に平行に重ね代ラインを織り出しによって設けたものである。

この発明に係る人工芝の設置構造は上記のように構成されているため、隣り合う一対の新規人工芝シートをそれらの端縁を重ねながら設置する際に、重ね割合を一定にして設置しやすいものである。

図１はこの発明に係る人工芝の設置構造の断面図である。

図１において、10は地盤、11はこの地盤10に重設された既設の人工芝シートである。12は防水シートであり、前記既設の人工芝シート11の上面に重ねられ、両面テープおよび針等によって地盤10に固定されている。この防水シート12は既設の人工芝シート11に雨水が浸透するのを防止するためのものである。13は新規な第一人工芝シートであり、前記防水シート12の上面に重ねられ、折り返しピンで前記防水シート12とともに前記地盤10に共止めされる。図２に示すように、この新規な第一人工芝シート13の端部には重ね代ライン５が織り出されている。なお、重ね代ライン５は縫い出しでもよいし記入によって設けることもできる。

また、14は新規な第二人工芝シートであり、その端縁を前記第一人工芝シート13の端部には重ね代ライン５に一致させた状態で、前記防水シート12の上面に重ねられ、折り返しピンで前記防水シート12とともに前記地盤10に共止めされている。

これらの新規な人工芝シート13,14 は編体であり、ポリエチレン糸をループ編みすることによって構成されている。このため、即ち、新規な人工芝シート13,14 は編体であるため柔軟性に富む結果既設の人工芝11に隙間なくなじみむとともに水はけに優れており、又、ポリエチレン糸をループ編みすることによって構成されているため、従来の人工芝シート11に比し、耐久性が優れているとともに弾力性に富んでいる。
