Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a substrate unit in a cooker such as a rice cooker (including a rice cooker), and more particularly to a waterproof structure of the substrate unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a cooking device such as a rice cooker, a substrate unit in which a substrate holder and a control substrate are unitized is attached to the inside of the container below the operation unit made up of a plurality of switch buttons (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-18927, No. 2001-17313).
[0003]
As seen in the above publication, the substrate unit in the rice cooker has a structure in which the substrate holder is arranged along the inside of the body body and the control board is attached to the inside of the substrate holder. The control board is located below the operation unit. Various electronic components including a microcomputer, a heat sink, and the like are mounted on the control board, and printed wiring between these components is provided.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, since the conventional board unit is mounted so that the control board is positioned below the operation part, the water applied to the operation part is buttonholed when the user cleans the cooking device. There is a risk that water leaks down inside the container through the like and falls as water droplets onto the components of the control board. Since water on parts on the control board causes a failure, it must be eliminated as much as possible.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to waterproof a control board using a board holder without increasing the number of parts.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a substrate unit of a cooker in which a control board is attached to a substrate holder, and an upper surface cover portion that covers the control board on the substrate holder, and a front surface of the control board A front cover portion that covers the front cover portion is provided, and a front portion of the front cover portion is provided with a collar portion that collects water that flows from the upper surface cover portion, and a drain outlet is provided in the flange portion.
[0007]
According to said structure, the water which fell from the water leak position, such as the operation part of a container, is received by the upper surface cover part of a board | substrate holder. The water received by the upper surface cover part slides down along the front cover part and is received by the collar part. Water flows down the buttock and is discharged to the outside through the drainage port.
[0008]
Further, the upper surface cover portion is constituted by a common cover portion along the upper edge of the front cover portion, and a protruding cover portion that is divided into a plurality of locations from the common cover portion and protrudes on the control board, The structure which provided the protrusion cover part in the position match | combined with the water leakage position from the cooker main-body part of the upper direction can be employ | adopted. If this structure is employ | adopted, since an upper surface cover part is divided | segmented into the several protrusion part, air distribute | circulates through the clearance gap between protrusion parts. As a result, the heat in the board unit is dissipated and the temperature rise of the control board can be prevented.
[0009]
Furthermore, when the structure which provided the continuous rib in the inner periphery of said common cover part and the peripheral part of the protrusion cover part which followed this is adopted, the water which fell on the common cover part and the protrusion cover part makes a rib. It can be prevented from falling over and the water can be reliably collected in the buttock.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the rice cooker shown in FIG. 1, a substrate unit 2 is attached inside a front portion of a jar body 1, and an operation unit 4 including a switch button 3 is provided above the substrate unit 2. An air hole 5 is provided in the bottom surface of the jar body 1 below the substrate unit 2.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the substrate unit 2 includes a substrate holder 6, a control substrate 7, a blower fan 8, and an insulating mica plate 9. The substrate holder 6 includes a front cover portion 11 that is bent along the front surface of the jar body 1, an upper surface cover portion 12 that is formed inward from the upper end edge thereof, and an inward direction from the lower end edge of the front cover portion 11. Further, it is formed by a lower surface cover portion 13 that is inclined downward, and fixing boss portions 14, 14, 14a, 14a (see FIG. 3 (a)) are provided at two locations of the both ends of the front cover portion 11 and in the middle. ) Is provided.
[0012]
The upper surface cover portion 12 is inclined so that the front is slightly lowered as a whole. The upper surface cover portion 12 faces inward from the common cover portion 15 along the upper edge of the front cover portion 11 and the three portions of the common cover portion 15 ( And a protruding cover portion 16 protruding toward the rear of the jar body 1). A gap 17 is provided between the protruding cover portions 16. The number and position of the protruding cover parts 16 are determined in correspondence with the position (for example, the gap between the button holes) at which the operation part 4 located above may be leaked. A structure in which the upper surface cover portion 12 is provided on the entire upper surface and the gap 17 is not provided may be employed. However, in order to dissipate the heat inside the substrate unit 2, the portion that receives water leakage, that is, the position of the protruding cover portion 16 is limited. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a gap 17 in a portion where there is no risk of water leakage.
[0013]
On the inner peripheral edge corresponding to the gap 17 of the common cover portion 15 and the peripheral edge portions of the three sides of the protruding cover portion 16, continuous ribs 18 protrude upward. Moreover, the same ribs 19 and 19 are provided also in the part close | similar to the right-and-left both ends of the common cover part 15 (refer Fig.3 (a)).
[0014]
In addition, a front edge portion 21 protruding slightly in a hook shape is provided between the left and right boss portions 14a, 14a at the upper end edge of the front cover portion 11 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). In addition, a plurality of window holes 22 are provided in the front edge portion 21 and the front cover portion 11 below the ribs 19 on both sides, arranged side by side in the left-right direction. Further, below the window hole 22, a pair of left and right rib-shaped flange portions 23, 23 are provided within the range of the front edge portion 21. Each flange 23 is inclined so that the outer end portion is high and the inner end portion is low, and the outer end portion reaches below the inner end of the rib 19. Further, the inner end portion 23a (see FIG. 3B) slightly protrudes below the lower end edge 11a of the front center portion of the front cover portion 11, and the left and right inner end portions 23a face each other at a constant interval. The opposite part becomes the drain port 24.
[0015]
A pair of left and right holders 25, 25 are provided on the lower surface of the lower surface cover portion 13. Each holder 25 is provided with spring pieces 26, 26 at the front and rear, and the spring pieces 26, 26 are engaged with the blower fan 8 inserted between the holders 25, 25. The blower fan 8 is inclined rearward according to the inclination of the lower surface cover portion 13. Further, the blower fan 8 is configured to blow upward the air sucked from the air hole 5 below the blower fan 8, and a notch 27 (see FIG. 5 (a)) is provided.
[0016]
On the other hand, the control board 7 is fitted to the rear surface of the substrate holder 6 with the surface on which components such as the heat sink 28 are attached facing the inner surface side of the substrate holder 6, and the substrate holder 6 is screwed by screws 29 at a plurality of locations. (See FIG. 2). The upper left and right corner portions 31, 31 of the control board 7 are notched in an L shape, and are respectively inserted and fitted into the boss portion 14 from below (see FIGS. 6A and 6B).
[0017]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5B, the mica plate 9 also has upper and left corner portions 32 and 32 cut into an L shape and overlapped with the back surface of the control board 7, and the corner portion thereof. 32 and 32 are inserted and fitted into the boss portions 14 and 14 from below as in the case of the control board 7. The lower edge of the mica plate 9 is pressed against the upper surface of the blower fan 8 (see FIG. 1).
[0018]
The board unit 2 having the above configuration protects components during assembly by covering the control board 7 with each surface of the board holder 6 (the front cover part 11, the upper cover part 12, and the lower cover part 13). . Further, by aligning the boss portions 14 and 14a with the fixed boss portion 33 on the jar body 1 side and fixing the substrate holder 6 with screws 34 (see FIG. 4), the substrate unit 2 is assembled at a predetermined position.
[0019]
In the state of FIG. 1 in which the board unit 2 is incorporated in the jar body 1, the component mounting portion of the control board 7 is located below the operation unit 4 having the switch button 3 and located above the blower fan 8. . External air sucked from the air hole 5 by the blower fan 8 is cooled by cooling the components, particularly the heat sink 28, and is discharged from the upper window hole 22 and the gap 17 to the outside of the board unit 2.
[0020]
Further, if the water applied to the operation unit 4 becomes water droplets and falls from the operation unit 4 during maintenance by the user, the water droplets are received by the protruding cover unit 16 as indicated by broken line arrows in FIG. Then, it moves forward on the protruding cover part 16 and falls downward from the front edge part 21 through the common cover part 15. The range of the horizontal direction to fall is restricted by the ribs 19 and 19, and is limited to between the inner ends of the ribs 19 and 19, that is, within the range of the front edge portion 21.
[0021]
The water falling from the front edge portion 21 is bent toward the front surface side of the front cover portion 11 due to the surface tension of the water and descends along the front surface thereof, as shown by the broken line arrows in FIG. In the middle of sliding down the front cover part 11, it is collected in contact with the flange parts 23, 23, and is discharged from the air hole 5 through the drain port 24.
[0022]
In this case, the water flowing down from above the drain outlet 24 without being found collected in troughs 23, 23, since the fall in direct drain outlet 24, due to its water surface tension, bend the lower surface cover portion 13 side, as it is inclined There is a possibility of descending along the lower surface cover portion 13.
[0023]
In order to eliminate such a possibility, in FIG. 3 (b), an auxiliary hook part 23 ′ having a “He” shape is provided on the front surface of the front cover part 11 on the drain port 24, and all the water is supplied to the hook part. 23 and 23, and may be discharged from the drain port 24.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even when water is applied to the operation unit at the time of cleaning a cooking device such as a rice cooker, the water contacts the control board and the electronic components mounted thereon. Without being guided to the buttocks, it is discharged to the outside. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the deterioration and failure of the components due to the intrusion of water without increasing the number of components.
