Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a sheet that needs to be prevented from forgery, and more particularly, to a sheet for preventing forgery having a laminated structure in which a plurality of sheets are detachably bonded to each other. For example, checks, gift certificates, various securities It is suitable when applied to classes, various tickets, various lottery tickets and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional anti-counterfeit sheet, many configurations are already known. For example, a special ink is used, a magnetic mark is imprinted, a hidden character is printed with a fluorescent material, a so-called hidden word, and so on. In the case of printing a latent image composed of fine components, printing on a white background around the latent image using a finer component that is coarser or denser than the latent image, and when observing with the naked eye, the latent image However, when the image is copied by a copying machine, the latent image appears clearly and forms a warning mark.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to each of the conventional examples described above, any configuration cannot cope with the recent progress of digital processing technology using a computer or a color copier, and the anti-counterfeit effect is not sufficient. It is. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an anti-counterfeit sheet that further enhances the anti-counterfeit effect in response to the advancement of digital processing technology.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention is a laminated sheet having a laminated structure in which a plurality of sheets are detachably bonded to each other, and laser light is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated sheet. And at least one hole, and the arrangement state of these holes is different between the upper surface and the lower surface of at least one sheet. The number of holes formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated sheet is arbitrary, and at least one hole is formed on each surface to form a plurality of holes as a whole. Moreover, all the laminated | stacked sheets may be sufficient as the sheet | seat from which the arrangement | positioning state of a hole differs in an upper surface and a lower surface.
[0005]
In addition, when a plurality of holes are provided on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated sheet, a pattern is constituted by a continuous or discontinuous assembly of these holes, and the upper and lower surfaces of at least one sheet In this case, it is preferable to configure the symbols so that visual recognition becomes easy.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 to 6 show the first embodiment. FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing the top surface of a lottery ticket as a forgery prevention sheet, and FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view showing the bottom surface. 3 is a schematic partial enlarged sectional view showing a laser processed hole, FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view showing a lower surface of the upper sheet, FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view showing an upper surface of the lower sheet, FIG. These are the schematic explanatory drawings which show a laser processing state. FIGS. 7 to 10 show the second embodiment, FIG. 7 is a schematic plan view showing the upper surface of an admission ticket which is a forgery prevention sheet, and FIG. 8 is a schematic plan view showing the lower surface thereof. FIG. 9 is a schematic partial enlarged cross-sectional view showing a laser processed hole, and FIG. 10 is a schematic plan view showing a lower surface of a middle sheet serving as a copy ticket.
[0007]
First, a first embodiment will be described based on FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, the lottery ticket 1 which is a forgery prevention sheet can preferably be printed or printed on the upper sheet 2 and the lower sheet 3, and can be bonded by applying a predetermined pressure without bonding, A pressure sensitive adhesive 4 that can be peeled off after bonding is a laminated sheet having a two-layer structure that is peelably bonded. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is formed by blending a non-peelable adhesive base that is pressure-sensitive and difficult to peel once bonded, and a fine particulate filler that exhibits non-affinity for the adhesive base. Those are preferred.
[0008]
The adhesive base may be a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive conventionally used. For example, natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate on natural rubber has anti-blocking property. It is suitable in terms of heat resistance, wear resistance and the like.
[0009]
On the other hand, as the particulate filler, those having a low affinity with the adhesive base, such as zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, activated clay, spherical alumina, wheat starch, silica, glass powder, shirasu balloon, etc. Can be mentioned. These materials may be used singly or in combination, and in particular, a combination of silica and another appropriate filler is suitable. Further, when two or more types having different particle diameters are combined, the adhesive-coated surface can be easily formed in a concavo-convex shape, so that the peeling performance is improved. When silica is added, the adhesive coating film can be strengthened, and due to its porosity, the adhesive tends to adhere to the surface, so that there is an advantage that the adhesive force and peel force can be easily adjusted.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, on the upper surface side of the upper sheet 2, a title 5 “Lottery ticket” and a 9-digit lottery number 6 “No.000123456” are printed. The upper sheet 2 is provided with nine holes 7a and 7b having the same number of digits as the lottery number 6 by irradiating the lottery ticket 1 with laser light. These holes 7a and 7b correspond to the order of the numbers “000123456” of the lottery number 6, and the holes 7a corresponding to the odd numbers pass through the upper sheet 2 and extend to the lower sheet 3 as well. The lower sheet 3 is drilled so as not to penetrate, and the holes 7b corresponding to the even numbers are drilled so as to penetrate only the upper sheet 2.
[0011]
Therefore, the sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth holes 7a and 7b from the left corresponding to “3456”, which is the last four digits of the lottery number 6, are formed in the lower sheet 3 as shown in FIG. The holes 7a extending through only the upper sheet 2, the holes 7b extending through the lower sheet 3, and the holes 7b passing through only the upper sheet 2 are arranged in this order from the left.
[0012]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, three holes 7 c are provided on the lower surface side of the lower sheet 3 by irradiating laser light from the lower surface side of the lottery ticket 1. These holes 7c are located between the third hole 7b and the fourth hole 7a from the left of the upper sheet 2, between the fifth hole 7b and the sixth hole 7a, and the seventh hole 7c. Between the hole 7b and the eighth hole 7a, they are located corresponding to each other and, as shown in FIG. 3, penetrate the lower sheet 3 and reach the upper sheet 2, but the upper sheet 2 does not penetrate. So that it is drilled.
[0013]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, nine holes 7 a and 7 b formed by irradiating laser light from the upper surface side of the lottery ticket 1 on the lower surface side of the upper sheet 2 and laser from the lower surface side of the lottery ticket 1. There are three holes 7c formed by irradiating light, and the holes 7a, 7b, 7c are arranged in a state different from the upper surface side of the upper sheet 2 provided with nine holes 7a, 7b.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, on the upper surface side of the lower sheet 3, three holes 7 a formed by irradiating laser light from the upper surface side of the lottery ticket 1 and laser light from the lower surface side of the lottery ticket 1. There are three holes 7c formed by irradiation, and the holes 7a and 7c are arranged in a state different from the lower surface side of the lower sheet 3 provided with only the three holes 7c.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 6, the holes 7a, 7b, and 7c are formed by focusing the laser beam 11 emitted from the laser oscillator 10 through the beam expander 12 with the condensing lens 13 and then selecting the lottery ticket 1 This is performed by irradiating a predetermined position on the upper surface of the upper sheet 2 or a predetermined position on the lower surface of the lower sheet 3. In order to irradiate the upper and lower surfaces of the lottery ticket 1 with the laser beam 11, the laser beam 11 is irradiated to the lower surface side through a reflector or a lens, or the lottery ticket 1 is turned upside down and irradiated with the laser beam 11. Good. Then, by adjusting the penetration depth of the laser beam 11 with respect to the lottery ticket 1, the hole 7 b that penetrates only the upper sheet 2, or the hole 7 a that penetrates the upper sheet 2 and reaches the lower sheet 3, or the lower sheet 3 A hole 7c that penetrates and reaches the upper sheet 2 is formed (see FIG. 3).
[0016]
Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, nine holes 7a and 7b corresponding to the numbers of the lottery number 6 exist on the upper surface of the lottery ticket 1, that is, the upper surface of the upper sheet 2, and these can be visually recognized. On the other hand, there are three holes 7c on the lower surface of the lottery ticket 1, that is, the lower surface of the lower sheet 3, and these are visible. Then, when a person whose lottery number 6 matches the winning number brings the lottery ticket 1 to the merchandise exchange, after confirming the lottery number 6, the upper sheet 2 is lifted from the lower sheet 3 and peeled off. If the holes 7a, 7b, 7c are present in the lower surface and the upper surface of the lower sheet 3 in a predetermined state different from the opposite surface side, it can be determined as a genuine product, and in other cases, it can be determined as a counterfeit product.
[0017]
It is difficult to make the holes 7a, 7b, 7c so as not to penetrate the two sheets 2, 3, and in particular, the arrangement of the holes 7a, 7b, 7c on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of each sheet 2, 3 Since it is difficult to adjust the depth of the holes 7a, 7b, 7c from the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the lottery ticket 1 so that the states are different without using a precision processing device such as laser processing, It is possible to sufficiently prevent the production of counterfeit products. Further, in the present embodiment, only the upper sheet 2 is penetrated according to the odd number or even number of the lottery number 6 and the hole 7a and the lower sheet 3 as well as the upper sheet 2 are prevented from reaching the lower sheet 3. Hole 7b is formed, and these holes 7a and 7b are used properly, that is, the correspondence between each hole 7a and 7b and each number of lottery number 6 cannot be identified even by looking at lottery ticket 1, thus preventing forgery. The effect is further improved.
[0018]
Next, a second embodiment will be described based on FIGS. As shown in FIG. 9, the admission ticket 21 which is a forgery prevention sheet comprises an upper sheet 22, a middle sheet 23, and a lower sheet 24. These sheets 22, 23, 24 are pressure-sensitive adhesives of the first embodiment described above. It is a laminated sheet having a three-layer structure that is peelably bonded by a pressure-sensitive adhesive 25 having the same configuration as that of the agent 4.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 7, on the upper surface of the upper sheet 22, in addition to the title 26 “admission ticket”, the battle team information 27, the game date information 28, the game place information 29, and the seat information 30 are printed, and the admission ticket 1 is provided with a pattern 31 in which two bats are crossed by irradiating laser light from the upper surface side. Although the symbol 31 is not clear in FIG. 7, the symbol 31 is constituted by a discontinuous assembly of holes 31a that penetrate the upper sheet 22 and the middle sheet 23 and do not reach the lower sheet 24 (see FIG. 9). . Therefore, the symbol 31 can be viewed from both the upper and lower surfaces of the upper sheet 22 and the middle sheet 23.
[0020]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a ball pattern 32 and a grab pattern 33 are provided by irradiating laser light from the lower surface side of the admission ticket 21. Although the pattern 32 is not clear in FIG. 8, the pattern 32 is constituted by a discontinuous assembly of holes 32a that penetrate the lower sheet 24 and reach the intermediate sheet 23 in a non-penetrating state (see FIG. 9). On the other hand, although the symbol 33 is not clear in FIG. 8, the symbol 33 is constituted by a discontinuous assembly of holes 33a that penetrate the lower sheet 24 and do not reach the middle sheet 23 (see FIG. 9). Therefore, the symbol 32 can be visually recognized from both the upper and lower surfaces of the lower sheet 24 and the lower surface of the middle sheet 23, while the symbol 33 can be viewed only from the upper and lower surfaces of the lower sheet 24.
[0021]
The middle sheet 23 is a voucher for visitors and is not shown in the figure. On the upper surface, the title “admission ticket deduction” is printed on the upper surface of the upper sheet 22. The same battle team information, game date and time information, game place information, and seat information are printed. Further, the lower sheet 24 is a lottery ticket, and a lottery number is printed on the upper surface side (not shown).
[0022]
The holes 31a, 32a, 33a constituting these symbols 31, 32, 33 are formed by laser processing similar to that in the first embodiment described above, and by adjusting the laser light transmission depth, the holes 31a, 32a, 33a shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, only the lower sheet 24 has a hole 31a that penetrates the upper sheet 22 and the middle sheet 23 and does not reach the lower sheet 24, a hole 32a that penetrates the lower sheet 24 and reaches the middle sheet 23, and the like. A hole 33a that does not reach the middle sheet 23 is formed.
[0023]
In using the admission ticket 21, the upper sheet 22 and the lower sheet 24 of the admission ticket 21 are lifted off from the middle sheet 23 at the entrance gate of the stadium, and the upper and lower surfaces of each sheet 22, 23, 24 are separated. 31, 32, and 33, the upper and lower surfaces of the upper sheet 22 are a pattern 31 in which two bats are crossed, and the upper surface side of the middle sheet 23 is a pattern 31 in which two bats are crossed, If the lower surface is a combination of a symbol 31 and a ball symbol 32 in which two bats intersect, and the upper and lower surfaces of the lower seat 24 are a combination of a ball symbol 32 and a grab symbol 33, the authentic admission ticket 21 On the other hand, if the state of each symbol 31, 32, 33 in each sheet 22, 23, 24 is different from the above, it can be determined as a counterfeit.
[0024]
The middle sheet 23 is handed over to the visitors as a voucher, while the lottery number of the lower sheet 24 is confirmed, and if it matches the pre-selected winning number, a product such as a free food and drink ticket is handed over.
[0025]
Here, it is difficult to form the holes 31a, 32a, 33a from both the upper and lower sides so as not to penetrate the admission ticket 21 to form the symbols 31, 32, 33. In particular, the upper sheet 22 and the middle sheet A hole 31a that passes through the lower sheet 24 and does not reach the lower sheet 24, a hole 32a that passes through the lower sheet 24 and reaches the middle sheet 23, and only passes through the lower sheet 24 and does not reach the middle sheet 23. Drilling the holes 33a is difficult unless a precision processing apparatus such as laser processing is used. In addition, the holes 31a, 32a, and 33a can be used properly on the upper and lower surfaces of the intermediate sheet 23. Since the symbols 31 and 32 are different, and the difference between the symbols 31 and 32 cannot be identified even when the admission ticket 21 is viewed, the forgery prevention effect is further improved.
[0026]
In addition, this invention is not limited to each embodiment mentioned above, For example, the sheet | seat for forgery prevention is not restricted to the laminated sheet of 2 layers or 3 layers, 4 or more sheets were adhere | attached so that peeling was possible mutually 4 A laminated sheet having more than one layer may be used. In the first embodiment, the holes 7a and 7b may be provided with one hole 7a and 7b on each of the upper and lower surfaces without associating the numbers with the lottery number 6, Characters and designs may be formed with 7b, and the shapes of the holes 7a and 7b may be formed with a star shape, a cross shape, or the like.
[0027]
In the second embodiment, not only the middle sheet 23 but also the upper and lower surfaces of the upper sheet 22 and the lower sheet 24 may have different symbols 31, 32, 33. Furthermore, it is good also as a two-layer structure, without providing the lower sheet | seat 24 as a lottery ticket. Furthermore, the symbols 31, 32, and 33 are not limited to those shown in the drawings, and may be graphics, various characters, or a combination of graphics and various characters. Furthermore, the anti-counterfeit sheet is not limited to the lottery ticket 1 or the admission ticket 21.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the first aspect of the present invention, holes having different depths are formed by irradiating laser beams on the upper and lower surfaces of a laminated sheet formed by adhering a plurality of sheets to each other in a peelable manner. Thus, it is possible to easily determine whether the holes are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of at least one sheet and to peel off each sheet, and to form such holes. Since it is difficult except for processing, it has the effect of improving the forgery prevention function.
[0029]
According to the invention of claim 2 of the present application, continuous or non-continuous holes with different depths formed by irradiating a laser beam on the upper and lower surfaces of a laminated sheet formed by releasably bonding a plurality of sheets. By forming the pattern and forming the pattern differently on the upper and lower surfaces of at least one sheet, the forgery prevention function is further improved, and the visual authenticity can be more easily identified. Play.
