本発明は、主として、車両等の走行に伴う騒音を遮音、吸音するために、高速道路や鉄道の沿線等に沿って設置される防音壁として、また橋梁や高架道路橋、堀割、半地下道路等の構造体の桁下、下面部や壁面、天井面等に壁体として取付けられ防音パネルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
車両などの走行に伴う騒音を遮音、吸音するために用いられる吸音パネルとして、多数の開孔を有する前面板と背面板とにより形成された中空内に吸音材が内装されたものがある。かかる防音パネルは、前面板の開孔より中空内に音を入射させて、吸音材により吸音させると共に、中空内で反射を繰り返させることにより音を減衰させ、さらに背面板により遮音して音が背面側に漏れないようになされたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の如き従来の吸音パネルは、車両等の走行に伴って排出される排気ガスや粉塵に常時晒されているため、これらによる汚染物質が付着し、美観が損なわれると言った問題がある。このような汚染物質の付着に対しては、従来では清掃作業者がいちいち設置場所まで出かけ、付着した汚染物質を払拭していたが、かかる方法では、大勢の清掃作業者が必要であるばかりでなく、時間がかかり、又交通規制を行いながらの作業となり、さらに作業者自体の交通事故の危険性もあるので、清掃頻度も低下せざるを得なかった。

そこで本発明は上記の如き問題を解決し、清掃作業を軽減した防音パネルを提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は次のような構成としている。すなわちこの発明に係る防音パネルは、多数の開孔を有する前面板と背面板とにより形成された中空内に吸音材が内装された防音パネルであって、防音パネルの前面板に防汚塗料による防汚層が形成され、前記前面板はアルミニウムから形成され、且つ防汚塗料は、主鎖がシリル基含有ビニル重合体または共重合体からなり、分子末端あるいは側鎖に加水分解性基と結合したけい素基を1分子中に少なくとも1個有するアクリルシリコーン系樹脂を主成分とするものであって、該防汚塗料が前面板のアルミニウム表面にプライマー処理することなく直接塗布されて防汚層が形成され、該防汚層が前面板の外面となされたことを特徴とするものである。

本発明によれば、防汚塗料により形成された防汚層によって、耐汚染性を有するので、汚染物質が付着しにくく、又付着しても容易に払拭できるので、清掃作業が軽減される。

かかる防汚塗料としては、主としてシリカ成分に各種成分を添加して焼成させるタイプやケイ酸ソーダ等を主原料とした水系塗料等からなる無機系防汚塗料、フッ素樹脂やウレタン樹脂等からなる有機系防汚塗料、アクリルシリコーン系樹脂等の有機と無機のハイブリッド型の防汚塗料、酸化チタン等の光触媒作用を利用した光触媒防汚塗料がある。

一方、防音パネルの前面板は、多数の開孔を形成するため及び軽量化等のために、一般にアルミニウムが用いられるが、このアルミニウムからなる前面板に最適な防汚塗料を検討すると、前記光触媒塗料を使用した場合は、その有する強い酸化力により通常アルミニウム表面に直接塗布することができず、まずアルミニウム表面にプライマー処理を施す必要があることから、塗装作業が容易でなく、又得られる膜厚はプライマー処理層を含めても数μm程度と薄く、且つピンホール等が発生しやすと言った問題を有している。

又無機系防汚塗料を使用した場合は、通常プライマー処理は不要であり、得られる塗膜も硬いが、脆く、塗装後の加工性に問題が生じ、さらに得られる塗膜の膜厚も、前記光触媒塗料と同様に、10μm程度と薄く、且つピンホール等が発生しやすいと言った問題を有している。

他方、有機系防汚塗料、及び有機と無機のハイブリッド型の防汚塗料は、通常プライマー処理は不要であり、アルミニウム表面に直接塗布することができ、塗装作業が容易であると共に、又得られる膜厚も20〜30μm程度と厚く、且つピンホール等も発生しにくいため、作業性及び防錆性について、前記光触媒塗料や無機系防汚塗料より優れている。

特に、前記有機と無機のハイブリッド型の防汚塗料は、硬度も高く表面が傷つきにくく、又車両の廃棄ガスに含まれる油成分等に対する耐薬品性も優れていることから、本発明に用いる防汚塗料としては最適であり、又この中でも、主鎖がシリル基含有ビニル重合体または共重合体からなり、分子末端あるいは側鎖に加水分解性基と結合したけい素基を1分子中に少なくとも1個有する、いわゆるアクリルシリコーン系樹脂を主成分とするものは耐汚染性に極めて優れているのみならず、耐候性が極めて優れることから、屋外に設置される防音パネルについては極めて最適である。

次に、本発明の実施の形態について図1を参照し、具体的に説明する。
すなわち図1は本発明に係る防音パネルの実施の一形態を示す断面図である。

図面において、1は防音パネルであって、アルミニウムからなる多数の開孔21を有する前面板2と、その背後に亜鉛鉄板からなる背面板3とによって形成された中空内に、グラスウール等の吸音材4が内装され、前面板2の開孔21より中空内に入射された騒音は吸音材4により吸音されると共に、背面板3により遮音されて音が背面側に漏れることがないようになされた通常のものである。前記開孔21は、スリット状に穿設されていてもよいし、パンチング状に穿設されていてもよく、特にその形態は限定されるものではない。

本発明によれば、防汚塗料により形成された防汚層によって、耐汚染性を有するので、汚染物質が付着しにくく、又付着しても容易に払拭できるので、清掃作業が軽減される。

又、防音パネルの前面板にアルミニウムを用いた場合は、防汚塗料として、アクリルシリコーン系樹脂を主成分とするものを用いれば、耐汚染性に極めて優れているのみならず、耐候性が極めて優れることから、屋外に設置される防音パネルについては極めて最適である。
