本発明は、ロープで移動物体を昇降させる巻取装置における逆巻防止装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
小規模河川において特開2002−3174285号公報(特許文献1参照)に示すような巻取装置を用いた簡易型往復除塵機が用いられている。

ところが、これを図1に示すように巻取装置101で移動物体102(レーキ)を昇降させようとする場合、通常、ロープの上端部は巻き取りドラムに固定させ、巻取ドラムの回転方向を「正・逆」変えて「巻上げ・巻下げ」を行っているが、ロープ送り出し時(巻下げ時)において、リミットスイッチが何等かの原因で働かず、送り出し量を超えても巻取ドラムが停止しない場合、逆巻状態となる。

そして、自動制御とした場合や、操作員が目を離した時などに不必要に逆巻きされ機械の故障や破損、あるいは落下等の危険性がある。

また、図1に示すように2本吊りの場合は、余巻、捨巻を出し切って、逆巻をはじめるとロープの巻取りが乱れ、左右の巻取りバランスが崩れ、引き上げる対象物が傾き、水平に上昇しなくなる。そのため、図1に示すような両側に設けたレールなどに沿って昇降する対象物の場合、レールにかみ込んでしまい動かなくなったり、変形を起こす恐れがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、ロープを出しきった時に、そのままドラムの回転が続いても逆巻を行わない構造の逆巻防止装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、第1の発明は巻取ドラムに係止リングを回動自在に設け、その側方に先端を巻取ドラムの巻上げ方向に向けた固定用ホーンを設け、この固定用ホーンにロープの端部に設けた掛環を掛けると共にロープ端部と前記係止リングに補助ワイヤーの両端を連結したことを特徴とする巻取装置における逆巻防止装置である。

第2の発明は、巻取ドラムに先端を巻取ドラムの巻上げ方向に向けた固定用ホーンを設け、この固定用ホーンに、ロープの端部に設けた掛環を掛けると共に、巻取ドラムに巻回したロープをクリップ止して係止リングを形成したことを特徴とする巻取装置における逆巻防止装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図2は、第1の発明の実施例を示すもので、1は両側にフランジ2、2(一方は図示せず)を設けた巻取ドラム、3は巻取ドラム1に回動自在に取付けた係止リング、4は係止リング3の軸方向の動きを制限する巻取りドラム1に固定したストップリング、5は先端を巻上げ方向に向けた固定用ホーン、6は固定用ホーン5に端部に設けたシンブル7を掛けたロープ、8は両端を係止リング3とロープ6に連結した補助ワイヤーである。実施例では、補助ワイヤー8は端部に連結環8aを設けて、この連結環8aにロープ6を通し、両者が共にスライドするように構成されている。尚、この実施例では、固定用ホーン5をフランジ2の周面に設けたが、フランジ2の内側面、あるいは巻取りドラム1に設けることもある。

以上のように構成されているので、巻取ドラム1が矢印方向(巻上げ方向)に回動すると、ロープ6は巻上げられ、逆転させるとロープが送り出されて巻下げられるが、その巻下げ時において、リミットスイッチが何等かの原因で働かず、送り出し量を超えても巻取ドラム1が停止しない場合、シンブル7が固定用ホーン5より外れ、ロープ6の端部は補助ワイヤー8を介して仮止リング3に連結されているため、ロープ6は巻取ドラム1から脱落しないが、係止リング3は巻取ドラム1に回動自在に取付けられるので、巻上げられることはない。即ち、逆巻が防止され、余裕をもって、目視又はタイマー等で停止できる。

復帰に際しては、たるんでいるロープ6の上端を引張り上げ、シンブル7を固定用ホーン5に掛け、巻取りドラム6を正転させて、シンブル7が固定用ホーン5から外れない方向に巻取りドラム6を回転させ、余巻、捨巻を行い正常運転を行うようにする。
