【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に代表される弾球遊技機における特別変動入賞装置等の変動入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
いわゆるセブン機タイプと呼ばれる1種や羽根物タイプと呼ばれる2種や権利物タイプと呼ばれる3種のパチンコ遊技機において、その遊技盤には、役物装置等の各種構成部材が取り付けられており、その代表的なものとして、ソレノイドやモータ等の電気的可動装置の他、ランプやLED(発光ダイオード)等の発光源やセンサー等を備えた特別変動入賞装置等の変動入賞装置がある。
そして、特別変動入賞装置は、いわゆるアタッカーと呼ばれる横長窓状の大入賞口を開閉するアタッカー扉を備え、特別遊技態様、即ち、大当たり状態の発生により扉が開いた状態のアタッカー内部には、入賞球を裏側へ導出してその球数をカウントする入賞球導出口の他に、いわゆるV入賞口と呼ばれる特別入賞口が設けられており、そのV入賞口への遊技球の入賞によって大当たり状態を継続させるようになっている。
なお、大当たり遊技態様としては、アタッカーを間欠的に所定回数、例えば、1種機では、最大16回の開放があって、1回の開放で最大10個まで入賞可能であり、一定時間経った場合は閉じるようになっている。また、2種機の場合は、最大15ラウンドがあって、1ラウンドで開放が18回までであり、V入賞口への入賞で継続するようになっている。そして、3種機の場合は、開放が最大16回で、1回の開放で最大10個あるいは一定時間で閉じるようになっており、継続条件はないが、権利発生の始動条件としては、特定入賞口あるいは特定入賞領域への入賞となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、アタッカーはその奥方にV入賞口があり、そのV入賞口への入賞率は1/3未満に設定されているが、アタッカーに入った遊技球が即座にV入賞口に入ってしまうことが起こりやすく、従来は、遊技者にとってV入賞口に球が入ったかどうか視認しにくいものとなっていた。
また、アタッカーを下方に窪んだ凹室形状として、その下部奥方にV入賞口があるものもあり、このような場合、V入賞口に球が入ったかどうかの視認はさらに難しいものとなっていた。
そして、アタッカー扉が手前側に傾いた状態でその上に載った球がアタッカー内に入るため、従来は、手前側に傾いたアタッカー扉のどの位置に載った球がV入賞口に入るかが特定できないものとなっていた。
さらに、従来は、アタッカー内に入った球が入賞球導出口から出て直ぐに見えなくなってしまうので、遊技者にとってゲームとしての興趣に欠けるものとなっていた。
なお、前述したようにアタッカー内に入る球数を制限している場合、従来は、アタッカーにその制限数丁度までしか球が仲々入らないものとなっていたため、遊技者にとっては不利なものとなっていた。

そこで、本発明の目的は、パチンコ遊技機等の弾球遊技機において、大当たり状態で開放動作する開閉部材から継続入賞口に入賞球を案内する部材を設けて、遊技者が継続入賞口への入賞を容易に視認できるようにした変動入賞装置を提供することにある。
そして、本発明は、開放状態の開閉部材上に遊技球を継続入賞口側へ誘導する部分を設けて、予め開閉部材上で継続入賞口に入る入賞球を視認できるようにしたり、さらに、入賞球の導出口までの経路を長くして、遊技者が入賞球を見ている時間を長くすることで興趣を高めたり、球数制限のものでも入賞の可能性を高くすることで遊技者にとって有利となるようにすることも目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、
開閉部材により開閉可能なアタッカー室の奥壁に開口する継続入賞口を有する変動入賞装置を備え、特別遊技態様の発生に基づいて前記開閉部材を前方に傾かせて開放動作させ、その開放状態の前記開閉部材上から前記アタッカー室へ流入する遊技球が前記継続入賞口へ入ったことの検出により前記特別遊技態様を継続する権利を付与する弾球遊技機において、前記変動入賞装置は、前記継続入賞口を前記アタッカー室の奥壁上部中央に設け、前記継続入賞口の下部より前方に突出すると共に前端部が前記開閉部材に接近するようにのびた継続入賞口案内部材を形成して、開放状態の前記開閉部材上から前記アタッカー室へ流入する遊技球を前記継続入賞口案内部材に載せて、前記継続入賞口へ案内して入賞させるように構成し、一方、前記開閉部材が開放状態である場合に該開閉部材上の所定位置に乗った遊技球を前記継続入賞口案内部材に誘導するための誘導部を開閉部材に設けるとともに、前記継続入賞口が、下方に開口する入賞球導出口への経路に継続入賞球検出手段を有する第1流路と、前記アタッカー室の奥側下端部に開口して入賞球を再びアタッカー室に流入させる入賞球流入口を有する第2流路と、に通じ、前記継続入賞口へ流入した前記入賞球を前記第1流路側と前記第2流路側との何れか一方に流すように切替動作する流路切替手段を設け、前記継続入賞口は、前記第2流路側に向かって下がる傾斜面による底面を有しており、前記流路切替手段は、前記継続入賞口の底面の上方において前進後退動作可能で、前記第1流路側に向かって下がる傾斜面による上面を有する流路切替部材を備え、この上面の傾斜面により前進時に前記第1流路側に入賞球を流して、後退時には前記継続入賞口の底面により前記第2流路側に前記入賞球を流すことを特徴としている。

ここで、弾球遊技機としては、パチンコ遊技機が代表的であるが、他の弾球遊技機であっても良い。
また、変動入賞装置とは、特別変動入賞装置のことであり、アタッカー(大入賞口)である横長形状のアタッカー室に、アタッカー扉による開閉部材を設けたものであり、このようなアタッカーの奥部に開口するV入賞口としての継続入賞口がある。
なお、特別遊技態様としては、大当たり状態のことで、前述したように、アタッカーを間欠的に所定回数、例えば、1種機では、最大16回の開放があって、1回の開放で最大10個まで入賞可能であり、一定時間経った場合は閉じるような態様のものである。
また、特別遊技態様を継続する権利としては、アタッカー室へ流入する遊技球がV入賞口(継続入賞口)へ入ったのを条件として、次のアタッカーの開放動作が確保されることである。
そして、継続入賞口案内部材としては、遊技球が転がる樋形状のものが代表的であるが、左右一対の棒を平行に設けたもの等、何でも良い。
また、例えば、開閉部材上の所定位置としては、代表的なものとして中央位置が挙げられるが、他の位置でも良い。
さらに、誘導部としては、平行する左右一対のリブや左右方向に並ぶ多数のリブが挙げられるが、凹溝によるもの等、何でも良い。
また、例えば、第1流路としては、一側方に向かって伸びて、下方に向かって開口する入賞球導出口に継続入賞球検出手段を設けたものが挙げられるが、流路形状は任意である。
さらに、第2流路としては、他側方に向かって伸びて、アタッカー室の内部下方に入賞球流入口が開口するものが挙げられるが、流路形状は任意である。
また、例えば、流路切替手段としては、駆動源にソレノイドを用いたものが挙げられるが、電動モータやシリンダユニット等を駆動源としたものであっても良い。
さらに、例えば、継続入賞口底面の傾斜面としては、一側方に伸びた第1流路側に向かって下がる形状が挙げられるが、要は第1流路が伸びる側に向かって下がる形状であれば良い。
また、流路切替部材上面の傾斜面としては、他側方に伸びた第2流路側に向かって下がる形状が挙げられるが、要は第2流路が伸びる側に向かって下がる形状であれば良い。

請求項1に記載の発明によれば、変動入賞装置は、継続入賞口をアタッカー室の奥壁上部中央に設け、前記継続入賞口の下部より前方に突出すると共に前端部が前記アタッカー室を開閉する開閉部材に接近するようにのびた継続入賞口案内部材を形成して、開放状態の前記開閉部材上から前記アタッカー室へ流入する遊技球を前記継続入賞口案内部材に載せて、前記継続入賞口へ案内して入賞させるようにしたので、特別遊技態様による開放状態の開閉部材上からアタッカー室へ流入する遊技球の少なくとも1球が、継続入賞口の下部から前方に突出して設けた継続入賞口案内部材に載って案内されて、継続入賞口に入賞する。
従って、遊技者は、継続入賞口への入賞を容易に視認できる。
また、特別遊技態様による開放状態の開閉部材上には、所定位置に載った遊技球を、継続入賞口案内部材に誘導するための誘導部を設けた変動入賞装置なので、特別遊技態様による開放状態の開閉部材上に設けた誘導部に載った遊技球が、継続入賞口案内部材を通って継続入賞口に入賞するものとなり、即ち、開閉部材上の誘導部に遊技球が載った時点で、遊技者は、その後に継続入賞口へ入賞することが予め視認できる。
従って、遊技者は、開閉部材上のどの位置に載った遊技球が継続入賞口に入るかが容易に判る。

また、継続入賞口が、下方に開口する入賞球導出口への経路に継続入賞球検出手段を有する第1流路と、アタッカー室の奥側下端部に開口して入賞球を再びアタッカー室に流入させる入賞球流入口を有する第2流路と、に通じている変動入賞装置なので、継続入賞口から第1流路に入賞球が流れると、その入賞球が継続入賞球検出手段により検出されて、特別遊技態様の継続権利が発生し、また、継続入賞口から第2流路に入賞球が流れた場合は、入賞球流入口からアタッカー室内に入賞球が再び戻ってくる。従って、継続入賞口から第2流路に入賞球が流れた場合においては、アタッカー室の奥側下端部に一旦入ってから、その内部に開口する入賞球導出口までの入賞球の経路が長くなるため、遊技者が入賞球を見ている時間が長くなることにより興趣が高められる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明に係る弾球遊技機の変動入賞装置の実施の形態例を図1から図6に基づいて説明する。
先ず、図1は本発明を適用した弾球遊技機の一例としてのパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤表面の遊技領域の概略構成を示す正面図で、図2はそのパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤裏面の概略構成を示す背面図である。
そして、図3は図1のパチンコ遊技機の変動入賞装置を拡大して示した斜視図で、図4はその変動入賞装置の平面図、図5は同じく変動入賞装置の開閉部材(アタッカー扉)の開放状態を示した拡大斜視図、図6は同じく変動入賞装置の球流路等を示した底面図である。

始めに、図1及び図2において、1は遊技盤、2は遊技領域、3はアウト穴、4は特別図柄表示部(主可変表示装置:電気的遊技装置)、5は風車、6は一般入賞口、7は特別図柄始動口、8は普通図柄始動ゲート、9は一般入賞口、10は変動入賞装置ユニット、11はアタッカー(大入賞口:入賞窓部)、12はアタッカー扉(大入賞口開閉部材)、13は特別図柄始動口(補助入賞口)、14は扉(補助入賞口開閉部材)、15は装飾部材、16は誘導部、17は普通図柄表示部(補助可変表示装置)、18は普通図柄始動記憶表示部、19は一般入賞口、20は下部入賞球案内部材、21は上部入賞球案内部材、22は中継基板、23はランプ取付基板、24はランプである。
即ち、このパチンコ遊技機は、図1に示すように、遊技盤1の遊技領域2に、最下部のアウト穴3と、電気的遊技装置の代表例として上部寄り中央部の主可変表示装置である液晶表示画面等による特別図柄表示部4と、その上部左右の風車5、5と、その下方の一般入賞口6、6と、特別図柄表示部4の下部中央の特別図柄始動口7と、その左右の普通図柄始動ゲート8、8と、さらにその側方に離れた一般入賞口9、9と、下部の変動入賞装置ユニット10等を備えている。

この変動入賞装置ユニット10は、特別変動入賞装置及び補助変動入賞装置等を一体的にユニット化したもので、中央部に特別変動入賞装置の大入賞口(横長形状の入賞窓部)であるアタッカー11及びその大入賞口開閉部材であるアタッカー扉12を有するとともに、その下部中央にアタッカー(大入賞口)11に次ぐ補助変動入賞装置の補助入賞口としての特別図柄始動口13及びその補助入賞口開閉部材である扉14を有している。
なお、特別図柄始動口13の下部には、装飾部材15が設けられており、この装飾部材15には、特別図柄始動口13に遊技球を誘導するための傾斜した誘導部16、16が形成されている。
そして、アタッカー11の一側方、図示では左側方に補助可変表示装置である普通図柄表示部17が設けられている。この普通図柄表示部17は、LEDの7セグメントによるものである。
さらに、アタッカー11の両側方には、ランプによる左右2個ずつの普通図柄始動記憶表示部18、18がそれぞれ設けられていて、そのうち一側方においては、普通図柄表示部17の左右に普通図柄始動記憶表示部18、18が位置している。
なお、変動入賞装置ユニット10の左右にも、一般入賞口19、19が設けられている。

また、遊技盤1の裏面側には、図2に示すように、前記変動入賞装置ユニット10の背面側突出部を覆う部分を有する下部入賞球案内部材20と、その上方に連続して前記主可変表示装置(特別図柄表示部)4の背面側突出部を露出させる上部入賞球案内部材21とが取り付けられている。
なお、主可変表示装置4の背面部には、中継基板22が取り付けられている。また、上部入賞球案内部材21の上部左右には、ランプ取付基板23、23が取り付けられており、これら左右のランプ取付基板23、23には、上下2個ずつのランプ24、24が設けられている。この上下2個のランプ24、24は、前記風車5の背面側に位置する装飾用光源である。

次に、変動入賞装置ユニット10の構成を図3から図6に基づいて詳細に説明する。
即ち、変動入賞装置ユニット10は、図3に示すように、アタッカー11及びそのアタッカー扉12、特別図柄始動口13及びその扉14と装飾部材15、普通図柄表示部17、普通図柄始動記憶表示部18、18、18、18、一般入賞口19、19を、前面パネル30に設けたものである。

そして、アタッカー扉12は、前面パネル30の背面側に設けられるソレノイド33及びそのプランジャ34と図示しないリンク機構を介して開閉動作するもので、図5に示すように、下部を支点として前方に傾くように開放状態となる。また、特別図柄始動口13の扉14も、前面パネル30の背面側に設けられるソレノイド35及びそのプランジャ36と図示しないリンク機構を介して開閉動作するもので、前記通過穴32を塞ぐように、下部を支点として前方に傾くように開放状態となる。
さらに、前面パネル30の背面には、入賞球流路部材40が取り付けられている。この入賞球流路部材40は、アタッカー11が開口するアタッカー室41の奥壁上部中央に継続入賞口であるV入賞口42を開口して、その背面側には、図6に示すように、左右に振り分けられた第1流路43と第2流路44を形成してなる。

第1流路43は、V入賞口42の側方から、下方に開口する入賞球導出口45に向かって徐々に下がる傾斜面46による底面を有していて、入賞球導出口45に継続入賞球検出手段47を取り付けている。
第2流路44は、V入賞口42の下方から、再び大入賞口41の奥壁のV入賞口42の側方に開口する入賞球流入口48を有するとともに、この入賞球流入口48に向かって徐々に下がる傾斜面49による底面を有している。
そして、V入賞口42のさらに背面側には、流路切替手段50が配設されている。この流路切替手段50は、前進してV入賞口42の下方に位置する流路切替部材51を有するもので、この流路切替部材51は、第1流路43の傾斜面46と同様の傾斜面52を上面に有している。
この流路切替部材51は、入賞球流路部材40の背面側に設けられるソレノイド53及びそのプランジャ54により前進後退動作するものである。

また、アタッカー室41の奥壁下部端には、入賞球流出口56が開口し、その背面側の流出路57の下方に開口する入賞球導出口58に入賞球検出手段59が取り付けられている。
そして、アタッカー室41の奥壁には、図5に示したように、V入賞口42の下部から前方に突出する継続入賞口案内部材としての樋形状のV入賞口案内部材61が形成されている。
このV入賞口案内部材61は、前端部がアタッカー扉12の下部に接近するように伸びており、図示のように開放状態のアタッカー扉12上から遊技球をV入賞口42へスムーズに案内するものである。

さらに、開放状態にあるアタッカー扉12の背面中央部には、前記樋形状のV入賞口案内部材61の前方でその延長上に位置する誘導部62が形成されている。
この誘導部62は、V入賞口案内部材61の樋形状と対応するように、左右の高いリブ63、63の間に、3本の低いリブ64、64、64を形成したもので、その左右の高いリブ63、63の間に落下した遊技球を3本の低いリブ64、64、64に沿ってV入賞口案内部材61に案内する。
なお、前記特別図柄始動口13の背面側にも流路65が設けられており、この流路65の一側方に開口する入賞球導出口66には、入賞球検出手段を兼ねた特別図柄始動検出手段67が取り付けられている。

以上のように構成したパチンコ遊技機による遊技態様を以下に説明する。
先ず、遊技領域に弾き出された遊技球が、例えば、特別図柄始動口7に入賞すると、特別図柄表示部4において、複数桁で複数の識別情報、即ち、3桁の数字等による特別図柄の可変表示が開始される。また、遊技球が普通図柄始動ゲート8を通過すると、変動入賞装置ユニット10の普通図柄表示部17において、1桁の数字等による普通図柄の可変表示が開始される。
そして、特別図柄表示部4に表示される特別図柄の停止態様が、3桁とも揃い図柄になると、特別遊技態様、即ち、大当たり状態の発生となる。大当たり状態になると、変動入賞装置ユニット10のアタッカー扉12が所定時間だけ開放動作する。また、普通図柄表示部17に表示される普通図柄の停止態様が、例えば、数字の場合に「7」の図柄になると、変動入賞装置ユニット10の下部の扉14が所定時間だけ開放動作する。

次に、大当たり状態について説明する。
大当たり状態では、図5に拡大して示したように、開放状態のアタッカー扉12上からアタッカー11へ流入する遊技球の少なくとも1球が、アタッカー室41内に突出した樋形状のV入賞口案内部材61に載って奥方に案内されるため、V入賞口42に入賞する。
このため、遊技者にとって、アタッカー11の奥方まで覗き込まなくても、手前側に突出した樋形状のV入賞口案内部材61を見るだけで、V入賞口42への入賞を容易に確認できるものとなる。
しかも、開放状態のアタッカー扉12上の中央部に設けた左右の高いリブ63、63により樋状をなす誘導部62に載った遊技球が、その奥側に連続するV入賞口案内部材61を通ってV入賞口42に入賞する。
このため、遊技者にとっては、開放状態のアタッカー扉12の中央部上の誘導部62に遊技球が載ったのを見た時点で、その後に続いてV入賞口42へ確実に入賞することを予め予測できるものとなる。
また、開放状態のアタッカー扉12上のどの位置に載った遊技球がV入賞口42に入るかを、遊技者が容易に判別できるものでもある。

ところで、遊技球がV入賞口42に最初に入賞した場合、この時点では、ソレノイド53及びそのプランジャ54を介して流路切替部材51が、図5に示したように、V入賞口42の背面側下方に前進しているため、入賞球は流路切替部材51の上面の傾斜面52により第1流路43側に転がり、さらに、その第1流路43の底面の傾斜面46を転がって入賞球導出口45から下方に導出される。
この時、その入賞球が入賞口導出口45の継続入賞球検出手段47により検出されて、次回のアタッカー扉12の開閉動作が継続される権利が付与される。
また、同時に、ソレノイド53及びそのプランジャ54を介して流路切替部材51が、図4に示されるように、V入賞口42の奥方へ後退動作される。
従って、以降にV入賞口42に入賞した入賞球は、その下方の傾斜面49により第2流路44側に転がって、入賞球流入口48からアタッカー室41に球が出てくる。

このように、V入賞口42に2球目以降が入った場合には、第2流路44を通って入賞球流入口48からアタッカー室41に球が出てくるまで、遊技者が入賞球を見ている時間が長くなるため、興趣を高められるものとなる。
また、アタッカー11に入る球数を制限したものにおいて、例えば、その制限球数目の球が第2流路44を通って入賞球流入口48からアタッカー室41に再び戻るまでの時間に、時には、アタッカー11にさらに遊技球が入ることがあるため、遊技の興趣を高めている。

なお、以上の実施の形態例においては、弾球遊技機としてパチンコ遊技機としたが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、他の弾球遊技機であっても良い。
また、実施の形態例では、アタッカーの奥方中央部にV入賞口を設けて、開放状態のアタッカー扉上の中央部に誘導部を設けたが、例えば、V入賞口をアタッカーの中央部から片側にオフセットさせて設けた場合には、誘導部を開放状態のアタッカー扉上の中央部から片側に同様にオフセットさせて設けるようにすれば良い。
