【0001】
【0013】

Among these, the extract contained in the hair growth promoter of the present invention can be preferably exemplified by a whole plant solvent extract or its solvent removed product, and as such a solvent, a polar solvent can be preferably exemplified. Examples of such polar solvents include alcohols such as water, ethanol, methanol, 1,3-butanediol, and propylene glycol, esters such as ethyl acetate and methyl formate, ketones such as acetone and methyl ethyl ketone, chloroform, and the like. Preferred examples include one or more selected from halogenated hydrocarbons such as methylene chloride, nitriles such as acetonitrile, and ethers such as diethyl ether and tetrahydrofuran. Of these, water and / or alcohols are more preferable. A particularly preferred solvent is 50% ethanol. In order to prepare such an extract, a 1 to 10-fold amount of a solvent is added to a plant body or a processed product, and it is immersed for several days at room temperature or for several hours at a temperature near the boiling point. Thereafter, the insoluble matter is removed by filtration or the like, and the solvent can be removed by vacuum concentration or lyophilization as necessary. Using whole herbs platinum color grass family Convolvulaceae (Convolvulaceae) morning glory color grasses plant of the genus (Evolvulus) (Evolvulus boninensis), the whole plant was sufficiently dried, it was extracted with 50% ethanol, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure, and In some cases it is preferred to freeze-dry the extract. The reason for using this plant species is that the whole plant of Evolvulus boninensis in the genus Convolvulaceae (Convolvulaceae) contains a large amount of hair-growth-promoting components and is particularly preferable.
A 50% ethanol extract of the whole plant of Evolvulus boninensis of the convolvulaceae (Evolvulus) plant, which is an essential component of the hair growth promoter of the present invention, thus obtained, By containing it in hair preparations or medicines, hair growth preparations that are excellent in promoting hair growth and have the effect of preventing or improving wrinkles, thinning hair, and hair loss can be obtained.
