(a)は直線型配置を示し、各衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…は一直線状に配列している。
(b)はL型配置を示し、3枚の衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…はL型を成して配列している。
(c)はT型配置を示し、4枚の衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…はT型を成して配列している。
(d)はコ型配置を示し、4枚の衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…はコ型を成して配列している。
(e)は十型配置を示し、4枚の衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…は十型を成して配列している。

これら連結金具によって各衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…がネジ止め連結されて上記形態に配列されることになるが、衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…の配列形態を変更する場合には、ネジ止めされている連結金具を取外して別の形をした連結金具を使用してネジ止めする。それ程困難な作業ではないが、しかし全くの素人であるならば、連結金具を取外して別の新たな連結金具を取付ける作業は決して容易ではない。勿論、連結金具を交換して衝立パネル(イ)、(イ)…の配列形態を変えるにしても、ある程度の作業時間を要す為に面倒である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来の連結金具によって連結した衝立パネルの配列形態には上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であり、連結金具の交換を行なうことなく衝立パネルの配列形態を簡単に変更することが出来る衝立パネルの連結構造を提供する。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明に係る衝立パネルの連結構造は軟質樹脂で一部を構成した連結部材を使用し、該連結部材を介して両衝立パネルを連結する。ここで衝立パネル本体の具体的な構造及び形態は限定せず、ただし側端に設ける縦桟には上記連結部材が嵌る嵌合溝を設けている。連結部材は嵌合溝に嵌る嵌合凸部と軟質樹脂で構成される繋ぎ部材から成り、繋ぎ部材の両端に嵌合凸部が設けられている。

ここで、連結部材は縦桟の全長にわたって取付ける場合、又は縦桟の上端部及び下端部に限定して取付ける場合があり、本発明は何れの場合も含める。そして嵌合溝に嵌合する嵌合凸部が落下しないように、ネジ止めなどの何らかの落下防止手段が講じられる。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

衝立パネル1a,1bの側端には縦桟2a,2bが取付けられ、この縦桟2a,2bに上記連結部材3が連結している。縦桟2a,2bは所定の断面をした押出し材であり、衝立パネル1a,1bの側端にネジ止めされ、そして連結部材3の側端に設けている嵌合凸部4a,4bが嵌合する為の嵌合溝5a,5bを設けている。

図1は衝立パネル1a,1bが互いに90°をなして配置されている場合であるが、軟質樹脂で構成する繋ぎ部材10は自由に曲げられて両衝立パネル1a,1bの向きを任意に変えることが出来る。そして、同図に示す実施例では、連結部材3が縦桟2a,2bの一部に嵌合して連結した状態であるが、縦桟全長に渡る長さとする場合もある。何れの場合も、連結部材3が嵌合溝5a,5bに沿って落下しないように、止めネジを設ける等のストッパーは必要である。

図4は両衝立パネル1a,1bが真直ぐに配置された場合である。一方、連結部材3は2枚の衝立パネル1a,1bを連結する場合に限らず、3枚の衝立パネルを連結するように構成することも出来る。この場合には、繋ぎ部材10を三股に分岐すると共に、先端には嵌合凸部をそれぞれ設けて構成する。そして各嵌合凸部は衝立パネルの縦桟に嵌って連結し、繋ぎ部材が湾曲することで3枚の衝立パネルの向きを自由に変えることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明の衝立パネルの連結構造は、連結部材として軟質樹脂で構成した繋ぎ部材を用いている為に、該繋ぎ部材が湾曲変形することで配置される衝立パネルの向きは自由に変えることが出来る。すなわち、従来のような金属製の連結金具でない為に、連結部材の交換を必要とせず、そのままの状態で衝立パネルの向きを変えることが可能である。

そして、連結部材は軟質樹脂で構成した繋ぎ部材の両端に嵌合凸部を備えたものであり、該嵌合凸部を衝立パネルの縦桟に設けている嵌合溝に嵌めることで連結が簡単に出来る為に、衝立の据付け作業も容易である。嵌合凸部は嵌合片が弾性変形して嵌合溝の挟持片に密着する為に、安定した連結が可能となる。
