Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding sash window provided with an outer and inner shoji.
[0002]
[Background]
In a conventional sliding sash window, rainwater that enters the indoor side of the shoji after the indoor and outdoor shoji is closed from the drainage port provided between the indoor and outdoor rails on the lower frame to the lower side. After being dropped to the part, it is discharged to the outside through the discharge hole from this hollow part.
Further, such a discharge hole opened to the outside receives wind pressure from the outside, and rainwater or the like enters the sash from the discharge hole on the contrary, so it is necessary to prevent this.
For this reason, conventionally, watertight performance is ensured by water head pressure such as rainwater collected in the lower frame. That is, rainwater or the like is retained between the hollow part provided with the discharge hole or the indoor / outdoor rail communicated with the hollow part via the drain port, and the head pressure at this time is applied to the discharge hole to thereby reduce the wind pressure. To prevent rainwater from entering from the outside.
The above technique is described in Patent Document 1 below.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-32039 (FIGS. 1 to 5).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if a large amount of rainwater immediately accumulates in the lower frame, such as when the shoji is opened for some reason during heavy rain, the drainage between the rails through the hollow part will not be There is a possibility that the watertight performance will be hindered due to overflowing inside.
Further, if rainwater staying between the rails is inspected as it is from the indoor side, the watertight performance may be anxious, which may cause inquiries and complaints from the user side. Such anxiety may occur in the same manner even when rainwater is intentionally retained between the rails and watertight performance is ensured by the water head pressure at that time.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sash window that can secure a watertight performance well and can remove the user's anxiety.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sash window of the present invention includes a window frame composed of an upper frame, a lower frame, and left and right vertical frames, and a room-side inner and outer door-side obstacles slidably built in the window frame. A sash window comprising: an indoor rail and an outdoor rail of the lower frame. In the meantime, the bottom frame A cover material that covers the bottom surface of the cover from a position corresponding to the vicinity of the lower side of the indoor side surface of the shoji from the indoor rail, and a planar portion that extends from the outdoor rail toward the cover material side. And the cover material In the meantime, the cover material And a drain port for communicating each upper surface side of the planar portion and the bottom surface side of the lower frame. In addition, substantially the entire area in the longitudinal direction of the region is the drainage port, and the planar portion is in a state in which the outer cover between the indoor rail and the outdoor rail of the lower frame is closed. Provided only in the area corresponding to the position It is characterized by that.
[0007]
In such a sash window, since the drainage port is provided between the cover material disposed between the indoor and outdoor rails and the planar portion, the drainage port is provided over substantially the entire region in the longitudinal direction of the region corresponding to the external shoji. As a result, the drainage opening will be larger than before.
Therefore, from the top side to the bottom side of the cover material or planar part, rainwater flows down smoothly due to a large drainage port, and drainage performance is greatly improved. It is difficult to stay in the room, and there is no fear of overflowing to the indoor side, watertight performance is ensured well, rainwater etc. are not introspected, and there is no worry of anxiety. In addition, the rainwater that has flowed down is retained on the lower side of the cover material or the planar portion, so that the retained rainwater is not introspected or overflowed.
Thus, the object of the present invention is achieved.
[0008]
In the sash window of the present invention, it is preferable that the planar portion is formed of a cover material different from the cover material disposed on the outdoor side of the cover material.
According to such a sash window, maintenance can be easily performed by removing each cover material, and it is also easy to remove dust, dust, and the like that have entered the discharge port.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the sash window of the present invention, the planar portion may be integrally formed on the outdoor side of the cover material, or may be integrally formed on the lower frame. In such a case, the number of members is reduced.
[0010]
Meanwhile, the sash window of the present invention Then, the lower frame The cover material is provided on the indoor side across the indoor rail, and another cover material for covering the bottom surface of the lower frame is provided on the outdoor side. The cover material for the indoor side and the cover material for the outdoor side are provided. At least the interior side of the indoor side surface of the above-mentioned shoji screen is such that the upper surface thereof is at substantially the same level, and a water reservoir for ensuring an appropriate water head pressure is provided on the lower side of the indoor outside cover material. It is desirable that a space is provided.
[0011]
In the present invention, when rainwater or the like is intentionally retained between the rails and watertight performance is obtained by the water head pressure at that time, such rainwater or the like is sufficiently stored in the water reservoir space on the lower side of the cover material. Since it is retained and an appropriate water head pressure is applied, a good watertight performance utilizing the water head pressure can be surely obtained. Further, the accumulated rainwater and the like are covered with the cover material, so that they are not viewed from the indoor side, and there is no fear of anxiety of the user. This also achieves the object of the present invention.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[Overall structure]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the cross section of the sash window 1 is shown. However, in order to make the drawing easy to see, the cross-sectional portion of the main constituent members is not hatched.
[0013]
1 to 4, the sash window 1 constitutes a sliding window, and is slidably built in the window frame 10 attached to the opening of the building and the window frame 10. The indoor door 20 (20A) and the outdoor door 20 (20B) are provided, and a screen door 30 is built on the outdoor side of the door 20B.
[0014]
The window frame 10 is configured by an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and left and right vertical frames 13 having a four-round frame. Each of the frames 11 to 13 includes an indoor member 111, 121, 131 made of aluminum extruded shape, an outdoor member 112, 122, 132 made of aluminum extruded shape, and a heat insulating member made of synthetic resin that connects them. It is comprised with the heat insulation shape material containing 113,123,133. With this configuration, the cold heat of the outdoor members 112, 122, and 132 that come into contact with the outside air hardly reaches the indoor members 111, 121, and 131, and the occurrence of condensation in the indoor members 111, 121, and 131 is suppressed.
[0015]
Here, the heat insulating members 113, 123, and 133 are formed by injecting and curing molten synthetic resin into opposing pocket portions between the indoor and outdoor members 111, 121, 131, 112, 122, and 132. However, the heat insulating member may be formed in advance by a rigid synthetic resin plate-like member, and such a plate-like member is attached between the indoor side members by caulking or the like (described later on the inner pouch 20A shown in FIG. 1). See upper arm 21).
[0016]
The indoor member 111 and the outdoor member 112 of the upper frame 11 are respectively provided with an indoor rail 114 and an outdoor rail 115 that hang downward. In the indoor side rail 114, the upper side of the inner shoji 20A is loosely fitted and guided, and in the outdoor side rail 115, the upper side of the outer shoji 20B is loosely fitted and guided.
[0017]
The indoor member 121 and the outdoor member 122 of the lower frame 12 are also provided with an indoor rail 124 and an outdoor rail 125 that protrude upward. The indoor side rail 124 rolls and guides the lower side doorwheel of the inner shoji 20A, and the outdoor side rail 125 rolls and guides the lower door wheel of the outer obstacle 20B. A synthetic resin decorative member 127 is fitted into a horizontal mounting piece 126 provided at the indoor end of the lower frame 12 to conceal a screw for fixing the mounting piece 126 and to cause condensation on the mounting piece 126. Even in this case, the condensed water is hidden and not exposed.
[0018]
The heat insulating member 133 of the vertical frame 13 is covered with a synthetic resin cover material 134 that is mounted across the indoor / outdoor members 131 and 132 to prevent the heat insulating member 133 from being deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, or the heat insulating member 133 is Exposure prevents the appearance from being obstructed.
[0019]
On the other hand, the shoji 20 has a structure in which a multi-layer glass 24 is fitted into a quadruple frame of an upper eave 21, a lower eave 22 and left and right eaves 23, and is located at the summing portion of the inner and outer shojis 20A and 20B. The sushi 23 is a summon sushi 23A, 23B. Each of the shojis 20 to 23 (23A) of the shoji 20 is also basically connected to the indoor members 211, 221, 231 made of extruded aluminum and the outdoor members 212, 222, 232 made of extruded aluminum. It is composed of a heat insulating shape material including heat insulating members 213, 223, and 233 made of synthetic resin, but the summoning ridge 23B of the shoji 20B is entirely made of an aluminum extruded shape material and has a heat insulating member. Not done. This is because, in the closed state of the shoji 20, almost the entire summoning bowl 23B is exposed to the outside air.
[0020]
[Bottom frame structure]
Hereinafter, the lower frame 12 of the window frame 10 having the most characteristic configuration in the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 in addition to FIGS. 1 to 4. 5 is a perspective view showing the lower frame 12, and FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining the hydraulic head pressure H in the section of FIG.
[0021]
A rising piece 14 is provided between the indoor rail 124 and the outdoor rail 125 of the lower frame 12 along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 12. The rising piece 14 is integrally formed when the lower frame 12 is extruded (when the indoor and outdoor members 121 and 122 are integrated). A substantially center in the longitudinal direction of the upright piece 14 is cut out with a predetermined width, and a box-shaped windbreak member 40 (FIG. 1, FIG. 1) is provided in the cutout portion so as to be positioned between the rails 124 and 125. 2 and 5) are fitted. The arrangement position of the windshield member 40 corresponds to the position immediately below the summons 23A and 23B of the respective shoji screens 20A and 20B in the closed state. The area A on the right side shown in FIG. 5 corresponds to the “area corresponding to the position where the handicapped child is closed” according to the present invention.
[0022]
In this area A, a first cover material 15 made of synthetic resin is arranged on the indoor side between the indoor and outdoor rails 124 and 125, and a second cover material 16 made of an aluminum extruded profile is arranged on the outdoor side. . A third cover member 17 made of an extruded aluminum material is also disposed on the indoor side of the first cover member 15 with the indoor rail 124 interposed therebetween.
[0023]
The first cover member 15 is detachably locked with an indoor edge at an intermediate position in the vertical direction of the indoor rail 124 and an outdoor edge at the upper end of the upright piece 14. As a result, the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 is covered at a high position separated from the bottom surface 18 over a position corresponding to the vicinity of the lower side of the indoor side surface 25 of the outer panel 20B from the indoor side rail 124.
[0024]
In addition, a large space partitioned by the rising piece 14, the bottom surface 18, and the indoor side rail 124 is a water reservoir space B whose upper portion is covered with the first cover material 15. Such a first cover member 15 is arranged on the opposite side of the windshield member 40, that is, on the side where the inner sward 20A is closed, and straddles between the indoor and outdoor members 121 and 122. Thus, the heat insulating member 123 of the lower frame 12 is also covered over almost the entire length.
[0025]
The second cover member 16 includes a planar portion 161 having a downward slope toward the first cover member 15 from the middle of the outdoor rail 125 in the vertical direction, and is provided on both sides of the planar portion 161 inside and outside the room. The pair of legs 162 are detachably locked to the outdoor rail 125 and the lower end side of the rising piece 14. The second cover material 16 is disposed only in the region A, and is not disposed on the opposite side across the windshield member 40.
[0026]
And the clearance gap between the indoor side edge of the planar part 161 provided in the 2nd cover material 16 and the outdoor side edge of the 1st cover material 15 becomes the drain port 51 which followed the longitudinal direction. ing. Accordingly, the drain port 51 has a large opening area continuous in the longitudinal direction of the region A, and falls on the upper surface of the first cover material 15 and the upper surface of the second cover material 16 (the planar portion 161). Rain water, dew condensation water, etc. flow more smoothly to the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12.
[0027]
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, a cutout portion 128 cut out from the upper end to the contact position of the second cover member 16 is provided at the end portion of the outdoor rail 125 in the region A. This notch 128 is for sweeping out dust and dirt on the lower frame 12 from the region A side, and a part of the outdoor rail 125 remains below the notch 128. This remaining portion comes into contact with the lower sealant 26 shown in FIG. 3 so that rainwater or the like is less likely to enter from the notch 128.
[0028]
The third cover member 17 includes a planar portion 171 located at substantially the same height level as the upper surface of the first cover member 15, and a pair of leg portions 172 provided on both sides of the planar portion 171 inside and outside the room, The indoor side rail 124 and the indoor side upright wall 129 are detachably locked to the lower end side. Such a third cover member 17 is provided continuously over the entire length of the lower frame 12 in the longitudinal direction.
[0029]
And the clearance gap between the outdoor side edge of the 3rd cover material 17 and the indoor side rail 124 becomes the indoor side drain outlet 52 which followed each longitudinal direction, Rain water or condensed water that has fallen on the upper surface falls from the drain port 52 toward the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12. In addition, the space partitioned by the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12, the indoor side rail 124, and the rising wall 129 is another water reservoir space C whose upper portion is covered with the third cover member 17.
[0030]
[Water distribution route]
Next, a drainage route for rainwater and condensed water (hereinafter, these may be referred to as rainwater or the like) will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, rainwater or the like that has soaked between the double-glazed glass 24 and the braid of the shingles 20B flows down downward on the side of the shingles 20B in the closed state. When reaching the upper surfaces of the second cover members 15, 16, they enter the drain 51 and fall onto the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 communicating with the upper surface. After this, rainwater or the like passes through a drain hole (reference numeral omitted) provided in the leg portion 162 of the second cover member 16, and enters the hollow portion 54 below from the drain hole 53 formed at a predetermined position on the bottom surface 18. Get in. Next, when a predetermined amount of rainwater or the like is accumulated in the hollow portion 54, the check valve 55 provided on the indoor side of the hollow portion 54 is opened, and the check valve 55 is drained to the outside.
[0031]
On the side of the shoji 20B, rainwater or the like guided onto the third cover member 17 enters the drain port 52 and falls into the water reservoir space C, and then collects water from a drain hole 56 provided in the indoor rail 124. It enters the space B, passes through the bottom hole 18 of the lower frame 12, passes through the drain hole (reference numeral omitted) of the rising piece 14, and similarly enters the hollow portion 54 from the drain hole 53 of the bottom face 18 to check valve 55. Discharged from.
[0032]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, on the side of the inner limb 20 </ b> A in the closed state, rainwater or the like that has reached the third cover member 17 from the inner limb 20 </ b> A enters the drain outlet 52. After falling into the water pool space C, the water pool space C flows to the side of the external obstacle 20B, that is, the right side in FIG. 5, and enters the water pool space B from the drain hole 56 of the indoor rail 124. After this, it is as described above. As described above, the drain hole 56 of the indoor rail 124 is provided only on the region A side with respect to the windshield member 40, and all rainwater and the like on the third cover member 17 are formed in the basin A. Enter the water pool space B.
[0033]
Further, on the outdoor side of the inner shoji 20A, rainwater that has poured onto the first cover member 15 (the second cover member 16 does not exist) travels along the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 and is provided on the outdoor rail 125. It flows around the drain hole 56 and the end of the outdoor rail 125, flows to the outdoor side, and flows down to the outside.
[0034]
By the way, in this embodiment, the windshield member 40 (FIG. 5) is provided just under the summing rods 23A and 23B of the inner and outer shojis 20A and 20B, and rainwater that has entered between the summing rods 23A and 23B Then, they flow down to the windshield member 40 below. Therefore, in the windshield member 40, an opening 41 is provided in a portion where rainwater is collected, and a water drain hole 53 is also provided in the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 corresponding to the opening 41. Rainwater that has fallen into the water enters the hollow portion 54 of the lower frame 12 through the drain hole 53 and is discharged from the check valve 55.
[0035]
[Water stop by water head pressure]
The above is a case in which the wind pressure hardly acts on the sash window 1. However, when a large wind pressure acts on the sash window 1 due to strong wind and heavy rain, for example, the lower frame 12 and the vertical frames 13 on both sides thereof. Wind pressure also acts on a slight gap in the joint portion, and rainwater may enter the sash window 1 from the gap. Therefore, in the sash window 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, an appropriate water head pressure H is generated so as to counter such a gap and the wind pressure P acting on the check valve 55. Yes.
[0036]
Specifically, since the check valve is not opened by the wind pressure P, the hollow portion 54 of the lower frame 12 is filled with rainwater or the like, and in the region A, rainwater or the like reaches a water level that substantially fills the water reservoir space B. It is filled. Rainwater or the like is also stored in the water reservoir space C communicating with the water reservoir space B through the water drain hole 56 at the same water level.
[0037]
At this time, rainwater or the like accumulated on the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 is hidden by the first and third cover members 15 and 17 before and after the indoor rail 124 (inside and outside) and is not viewed internally. Further, on the indoor side immediately after the outdoor rail 125, the water level becomes so high that a part of the planar portion 161 of the second cover member 16 sinks, but this portion is the indoor side surface of the lower eyelid 22 constituting the external shoji 20B. It is blocked by 25 and will not be introspected.
[0038]
In this state, if rainwater or the like further accumulates in the lower frame 12, the water head pressure increases, and the check valve 55 opens to overcome the check valve 55 or the wind pressure P acting on the aforementioned gap. Excess rainwater or the like is discharged by leaching out of the gap, and the water level is secured and an appropriate water head pressure H is maintained. When the wind weakens and the wind pressure P disappears, the check valve 55 is opened, and most of the rainwater or the like is discharged from the check valve 55 to the outside.
[0039]
In FIG. 7, the joint portion between the lower frame 12 and the vertical frame 13 is shown in the same sectional view as FIG. 4. As shown in this figure, a rubber-made sheet-like sealing material 58 is interposed between the lower frame 12 and the vertical frame 13. By this sealing material 58, the actual gap between the lower frame 12 and the vertical frame 13 is very small, and the watertight performance is improved.
[0040]
Further, the lower end surface of the cover material 134 (see also FIG. 2) disposed across the indoor / outdoor members 131 and 132 of the vertical frame 13 is in contact with the upper end surface 59 of such a seal material 58. . For this reason, the attracting piece 138 and the locking piece 139 to which the cover material 134 is locked are notched in order to avoid interference with the sealing material 58. That is, in the joint part of each frame 12 and 13, the accommodation which satisfies both the improvement of watertight performance and shielding of the heat insulation member 133 with the vertical frame 13 is attained.
[0041]
According to this embodiment, there are the following effects.
(1) That is, in the window frame 10 of the sash window 1, the drain port 51 between the indoor side rail 124 and the outdoor side rail 125 of the lower frame 12 is provided over substantially the entire region in the longitudinal direction of the region A corresponding to the shoji 20B. Therefore, this drain outlet 51 can be opened larger than before, and drainage of rainwater and the like can be performed more smoothly. For this reason, when the wind pressure P does not act so much on the check valve 55 or the like, it is possible to prevent rainwater or the like from staying between the rails 124 and 125 and preventing the indoors from overflowing, thereby ensuring good watertight performance. it can. Moreover, since rainwater etc. do not stay, it is not introspected, so there is no worry that the user feels uneasy.
[0042]
(2) Since the drain opening 51 having a large opening is formed by a gap between the first and second cover members 15 and 16 and is not directly drilled in the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12, the lower frame While maintaining the strength of 12 large, the drainage can be improved.
[0043]
(3) Moreover, since the drain outlet 51 is provided with a large opening area continuous in the longitudinal direction of the region A, a larger opening can be formed, drainage can be further improved, and pet hair can be further improved. In addition, dust, dust and the like can be prevented from being clogged, and the drainage can be maintained well.
[0044]
(4) The drain hole 53 provided in the bottom surface 18 of the lower frame 12 is not so large as compared with the conventional case, but when there is a lot of rainwater or the like drained from the cover members 15 to 17, After the rainwater or the like is dropped from the drain 51, the rainwater is temporarily stored in the water reservoir spaces B and C below the first and third cover members 15 and 17 and the space below the planar portion 161 of the second cover member. Therefore, when draining rainwater from above the cover materials 15, 16, and 17, the drainage performance is not affected at all, and the drainage performance can be maintained well in this respect as well.
[0045]
(5) Even when rainwater or the like temporarily accumulates on the lower frame 12 as described above, or when rainwater or the like is intentionally retained on the lower frame 12 in order to obtain the water head pressure H, the Such rainwater and the like can be hidden by the first and third cover members 15 and 17, and it is possible to prevent the user from feeling uneasy as described above.
[0046]
(6) In particular, when rainwater or the like stays in a state where the water head pressure H is obtained, the water level rises as part of the planar portion 161 of the second cover material 16 sinks. This second cover material On the 16th side, since it is hidden by the indoor side surface 25 of the external shoji 20B, rainwater and the like are not introspected in the same way, and there is no sense of anxiety.
[0047]
(7) At this time, since the lower sides of the first and third cover members 15 and 17 are the water storage spaces B and C, rainwater and the like can be sufficiently stored, and an appropriate water head pressure H can be reliably obtained. be able to.
[0048]
(8) Since the second cover member 16 is provided, the drainage hole 53 on the bottom surface 18 that appears below the outside door 20B when the external shoji 20B is opened, or a filter (not shown) provided in the drainage hole 53. Etc. can be concealed, and the introspection and appearance can be prevented from being impaired.
[0049]
(9) Furthermore, since the planar portion 161 of the second cover member 16 is provided in the middle of the outdoor rail 125 in the vertical direction, the notch portion 128 for sweeping off the outdoor rail 125 is slightly opened from the upper end. It can be formed simply by notching. Therefore, a part of the outdoor rail 125 can still be left on the lower side of the notch 128, and the seal member 26 of the outer shroud 20B is brought into contact with this portion, whereby the outer shroud 20B. The watertight performance between the lower side of the door and the outdoor rail 125 can also be improved.
[0050]
(10) Since such a planar portion 161 is formed by the second cover material 16 that is detachable with respect to the lower frame 12, the maintenance can be facilitated by removing the second cover material 16, and drainage. It is possible to easily remove dust, dust, and the like that have entered through the mouth 51 and collected on the bottom surface 18. In addition, since the first and third cover members 15 and 17 are also detachable from the lower frame 12, maintenance can be simplified by removing these cover members 15 and 17.
[0051]
(11) Since the first cover material 15 is used in a pair and is provided over substantially the entire length of the lower frame 12, not only the accumulated rainwater and the like, but also the heat insulating member 123 of the lower frame 12 can be well concealed, It is possible to suppress the ultraviolet deterioration of the heat insulating member 123 due to sunlight. Since the heat insulating member 133 of the vertical frame 13 is also covered with the cover material 134, deterioration of the heat insulating member 133 can be surely prevented, and the appearance can be improved. And since these cover members 15 and 134 are made of synthetic resin, even if they are disposed across the indoor / outdoor members 121, 122, 131, 132 of the respective frames 12, 13, the heat insulation performance is reduced at all. There is no fear.
[0052]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the planar portion 161 positioned below the outer screen 20B is formed of the second cover material 16, but as shown in FIG. 8, the hollow portion of the lower frame 12 to be extruded is used. It may be formed integrally as a part, thereby constituting claim 4 of the present invention. Even in such a case, if the drain port 51 with a plurality of cutouts is provided on the downstream side (indoor side) of the planar portion 161 and the drain port 51 is provided over substantially the entire region in the longitudinal direction of the region A, good drainage is achieved. Sex is obtained. In addition, since a cover material for forming the planar portion 161 is unnecessary, there is an effect that the number of parts can be reduced.
However, in addition to providing the drainage port 51 by a plurality of notches, a gap is provided between the indoor side of the planar portion 161 and the outdoor side of the first cover member 15 as in the above-described embodiment, and this gap is provided as a drainage port. It is good.
[0053]
In addition, an integrated cover material in which the first cover material 15 and the second cover material 16 are provided integrally is used, and a discharge port is provided over the entire area in the longitudinal direction of the region A on the integrated cover material. Claim 3 of the invention may be configured, and even in this case, the number of parts can be reduced.
In such a configuration, since it is difficult to make the drain port continuous along the longitudinal direction of the region A (because the cover material may be separated and may not be integrated), drainage is caused by a plurality of notches. A mouth will be provided.
In other words, the drainage port only needs to be provided in the longitudinal direction of the region A, and whether the drainage port is discontinuously provided by the notch or provided continuously takes into consideration the structure of the first cover material and the planar portion. And may be arbitrarily determined.
[0054]
Further, such an integrated cover material may be provided at substantially the same height as the third cover material 17, thereby constituting Claim 5 of the present invention.
[0055]
In the embodiment and the modification shown in FIG. 8, a planar portion 161 is provided, and the planar portion 161 is an essential configuration in claim 1 of the present invention. However, such a planar portion 161 is not an essential configuration in claim 5 of the present invention and can be omitted.
Conversely, in the embodiment, the first cover material 15 and the third cover material are provided at substantially the same height level, but as shown in FIG. The invention of claim 1 is included.
[0056]
In the above embodiment, the check valve 55 is attached to the lower frame 12 and rainwater or the like is discharged to the outside through the check valve 55. However, such a check valve 55 is not provided, and a simple discharge hole is provided. Even if provided, it is included in the present invention. However, by providing the check valve 55, the hydraulic head pressure H can be set small, and the overall size (height dimension) of the lower frame 12 can be reduced.
[0057]
Further, the frame material of the window frame and the shoji material of the shoji according to the present invention are not limited to those using the heat insulating shape material as in the above-described embodiment, and may be constituted only by an aluminum extruded shape material. It can be composed of any form of material such as composite material of extruded shape and synthetic resin, composite material of extruded aluminum shape and synthetic wood, composite material of extruded aluminum shape and natural wood, or synthetic resin alone. is there.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the sash window of the present invention, there is an effect that watertight performance can be ensured well and anxiety on the user side can be eliminated.
