Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a pile woven carpet in which a warp group in which a ground warp, a cover warp, and a pile warp are arranged is woven with ground wefts at an upper end and a lower end, and a pile is formed on the surface thereof, separately from pile warp and ground warp The present invention is characterized in that a functional yarn having flameproofness or heat- sealing property is arranged to give a desired functionality to a carpet having a pile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For a pile woven carpet in which a warp group having a ground warp, a cover warp and a pile warp is woven with upper and lower ground wefts and a pile is formed on the surface, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2652272 is a prior application of the present applicant. .
In addition, in this type of pile woven carpet, a functional yarn having flameproofness or heat- sealing property is arranged to give desired functionality between the pile portion, for example, Similarly, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-143840 is a prior application of the present applicant.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the carpet of the latter Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-143840 in which functionality such as flame resistance is imparted to the pile woven carpet is relatively the same as that of the cover warp and supplied under a low tension. Since a functional yarn having flameproof, mite-proof, deodorant or heat-sealing property is used for the thick laminated warp, the yarn for imparting functionality becomes expensive and the carpet is also expensive .
Furthermore, since expensive functional yarn is woven under a low tension, there is a drawback that the effect of the function desired to be applied to the carpet is limited .
[0004]
Therefore, in this type of pile woven carpet, it is possible to reduce the cost when adding functionality such as flameproofing or heat-sealing , and to eliminate the limitation of functionality addition as much as possible. It was an issue to be solved.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a pile weaving in which a set of two warp yarns, a relatively thick covered warp yarn, and a warp group comprising a relatively thick pile warp yarn are woven with upper and lower weft yarns. In the carpet, there is provided a pile woven carpet characterized in that a functional yarn having flameproofness or heat- sealing property is arranged in one or both of the pair of ground warps. is there.
[0006]
The functional yarn comprising a flame or heat-welding the ground warp threads as described above, according to the present invention was Haiito with pile warps, under high tension which is characteristic having ground warp originally Since functional yarns can be woven in, a pile woven carpet with excellent flameproofness and heat-sealing properties as well as economy can be obtained.
Further, the cost of the yarn to be used can be reduced as compared with the case where the functional yarn is adopted for the conventional thick laminated warp.
The present invention solves the above problems as described above.
[0007]
In addition, each warp in the warp group in which functional yarns having flameproofing or heat-sealing properties are arranged is woven over two piles with wefts that repeat the upper and lower ends alternately with pile yarns and covering warp yarns. If the fabric is woven in Mitsukoshi, the root of the pile is tightened by the carpet, and a pile woven carpet having the above-described effects of the present invention is further enhanced.
[0008]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings .
Example 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a case where the present invention is applied to a pile woven carpet K1 which is woven in the same manner as that of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 2652772, and the intervals between the grounding protrusions formed on the back surface are averaged without coarseness. It is.
[0009]
Oite to Example 1, a pile woven carpet K1 between the ground warps 1 and 2 to set two, and thick covering warp relatively, two pile warp form loops 3 'alternately 3 The warp group A and the relatively thick ground weft B are woven in two ways, and the functional yarn C is alternately connected to the ground warps 1 and 2 as shown in the figure. A portion woven along both sides of the two pile warp yarns 3 and the covering warp yarn 4 forming the loop 3 ′ by arranging the yarn, and both sides of the pile warp yarn 3 and the covering warp yarn 4 without the functional yarn C being arranged. Are woven so that the portions woven only with the ground warp yarns 1 and 2 are alternately repeated.
[0010]
Carpet K2 of Example 2 shown in FIG. 2 (b) is made up of ground warp yarns 1 and 2 in warp group A and pile warp yarn 3 and covering warp yarn 4 alternately according to the yarn control diagram of FIG. The yarn is woven with ground weft B which repeats the upper and lower ends for each book, and the functional yarn C is arranged in the same end as one of the ground warp yarns 1 as shown. In the figure, whether or not to distribute the laminated warp D is arbitrary as described above.
[0011]
In the carpet K3 of Example 3 shown in FIG. 3B, the laminated warp D is arranged in the same mouth as the covered warp 4 in the same manner as in Example 2 in accordance with the yarn control diagram of FIG. The functional yarn C is obtained by weaving the ground warp yarns 1 and 2 in A alternately with the pile warp yarn 3 and the covering warp yarn 4 with the weft yarn B which repeats the upper and lower ends for each one. Are arranged in the same mouth alternately with the ground warp yarns 1 and 2 in the same manner as in Example 1, and the two pile warp yarns 3 forming the loop 3 ′ and the portions woven along both sides of the covering warp yarn 4, The pile warp 3 and the covering warp 4 are woven so that the portions woven only with the ground warps 1 and 2 are alternately repeated without the functional yarn C being arranged.
[0012]
In the carpet K4 of Example 4 shown in FIG. 4B, the pile warp yarn 3, the covering warp yarn 4, and the laminated warp yarn D are alternately replaced with the ground warp yarn 1 in the warp yarn group A in accordance with the yarn control diagram of FIG. 2 is woven in Mitsukoshi with ground weft B that repeats the upper and lower mouths one by one to form a pile 3 '. Also in this Example 4, the functional yarn C is alternately arranged in the same neck with respect to the ground warp yarns 1 and 2 in the same manner as in Example 1, and covers the two pile warp yarns 3 forming the loop 3 ′. Weaving so that the portion woven along both sides of the warp 4 and the portion where both sides of the pile warp 3 and the covering warp 4 are woven with only the ground warp 1 and 2 without the functional yarn C being arranged are alternately repeated. It has been.
[0013]
The carpet K5 of Example 5 shown in FIG. 5 (b) also has six piles that repeat the upper and lower ends for each two adjacent pile warp yarns 3 in accordance with the yarn control diagram of FIG. 5 (a). This is a case where pile portions 5 and non-pile portions 6 are alternately formed for each ground weft B.
Also in the fifth embodiment, the functional yarn C is alternately arranged in the same opening with respect to the ground warp yarns 1 and 2 in the same manner as in the first, third and fourth embodiments, and forms two loops 3 ′ The portions woven along both sides of the pile yarn 3 and the covering warp 4 and the portions where the functional yarn C is not arranged and the portions where the both sides of the pile warping yarn 3 and the covering warp 4 are woven only with the ground warps 1 and 2 are alternately arranged. Woven to repeat.
[0014]
In Examples 2 to 5 described above , it goes without saying that whether or not to arrange the laminated warp D is arbitrary . Further, in the yarn domination of FIG 2 to 5 (a), a double circle indicates that Haiito functional yarn C in the mouth to the ground warps 1 and 2.
[0015]
As the functional yarn C employed in the present invention, it is desirable to use a yarn having a required count according to the count of the ground warp yarn. Moreover, as for the kind of the functional yarn C , it is desirable to use an aramid fiber yarn, a flame retardant polyester yarn, a flameproof wool yarn, or the like when imparting flame retardancy.
[0016]
For example, when organically cultivated cotton yarn is used for the pile warp yarn 3, burlap yarn is used for the covering warp yarn 4, and the flame retardant flame retardant functional yarn C is placed in the same mouth of the ground warp yarn 1, 2, the environmental change on the surface side, For example, when an unexpected flame contact accident occurs, the carpet fabric incorporating the flame retardant functional yarn C prevents heat change , and a pile woven carpet excellent in flame resistance and flame retardancy can be obtained.
[0017]
In addition, if the flame-retardant functional yarn C is used in the practice of the present invention, a safe pile woven carpet having a high flameproofing effect can be obtained. Further, if the heat-fusible functional yarn C is used, it is useful for strengthening the bond with the pile, and a pile woven carpet having extremely excellent shape stability can be obtained without using an adhesive .
[0018]
Incidentally, it is likewise optional in the case of ordinary pile weaving carpets such as by the carpet according to the present invention the cut pile.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the functional warp is arranged in the ground warp group together with the ground warp, the relatively thick covered warp, and the relatively thick pile warp so as to be woven into the carpet through the weft. According to the present invention, a desired flameproof function or heat-fusible function can be provided relatively easily and inexpensively in the original characteristics of the carpet . The present invention has extremely excellent effects as described above.
