このような課題を解決するための手段として、請求項1に記載の発明は、掛止部材の内側の下端縁に、他の1対の補強板の下縁に沿って伸びる屈曲部を形成し、その屈曲部を補強板の下縁にアーク溶接またはガス溶接により補強板に固定したものであって、掛止部材は天板に抵抗溶接により固定されているだけでなく、屈曲部で補強板を下から支えるとともにアーク溶接またはガス溶接により固定したから、天板と掛止部材の結合力が著しく高く、大重量の商品を天板に載せることができる。
