Description

【0001】
従来より、まくら木は木製やPC(Prestressed-Concrete)製のものが広く使用されている。

【0041】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for repairing an existing sleeper laid on a sloping roadbed or bridge on a slant in the longitudinal direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, pillows made of wood or PC (Prestressed-Concrete) have been widely used. However, wooden sleepers have a short service life and are refrained from use due to problems such as a decrease in wood resources. In addition, the sleeper made of PC is heavy and laborious for laying work, is expensive, and has a low vibration absorption capability, so it is unsuitable for a rail branch. Therefore, sleepers using synthetic wood such as fiber-reinforced hard resin foam having excellent strength and durability have been used as an alternative to these sleepers.
[0003]
However, since the synthetic sleeper is made of long fibers and hard foamed resin, it is more likely to be worn than a sleeper made of PC.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), a main rail (a rail through which a train passes) a and a guard rail b are placed on a roadbed that is inclined through a tie plate c at a curved railroad crossing or branching section. Or if it fixes to the sleeper d laid so that it may incline in the longitudinal direction on a bridge, the part which is contacting the bottom part of the tie plate c will be shaved by the load and vibration at the time of train passing, and the dent e will generate | occur | produce. That is, the ballast below the sleeper d gradually subsides due to the load at the time of passing through the train, and a so-called “tilting phenomenon” occurs in which the sleeper d moves up and down, and this vertical movement causes friction between the tie plate c and the sleeper. The surface of d is worn. Such a dent e is such that the main rail a is located at a part that is biased from the center of the tie plate c, such as a curved railroad crossing or a branching part or a bridge, and the weight of the train or the like is biased toward the end of the tie plate c. It appears prominently when acting.
[0004]
Conventional repair method when a dent is formed on a horizontal roadbed or on a bridge through a tie plate between a main rail and a guardrail at a railroad crossing or branch or bridge that does not have a curve. As shown in FIG. 9, a core member f having a predetermined shape is arranged inside the recess e, a filling curing agent g is injected into the recess e, and the wear-resistant sheet h is covered in the opening of the recess e. A method of curing and integrating the filling curing agent g in a covered state has been performed (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
However, the above repair method is a repair method in the case where a dent is formed on a sleeper laid on a horizontal roadbed or bridge, as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b). Because the main rail a is located at a part of the level crossing, branching or on a bridge that is biased from the center of the tie plate c, and the weight of the train acts on the end of the tie plate c, When it is adopted as a repair method in the case where a dent is generated, since the upper surface of the sleeper d is inclined in the longitudinal direction, the urethane resin f is spilled out of the dent e, so that the roadbed which inclines the sleeper d It is necessary to carry out the repair after removing it more and placing it on the ground with a flat upper surface, and then laying the repaired sleeper again on the sloping roadbed or bridge, so the workability of the repair is improved Wamete there is a problem that bad.

[0025]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1A to 1D are explanatory views sequentially showing steps of an example of a method for repairing a sleeper tree according to the present invention.
In any of the following examples, the main rail, the guard rail, and the tie plate are previously removed from the sleeper (not shown), and the bottom of the recessed portion is ground or cut using a suitable tool such as a sander to newly form the sleeper. The exposed surface is exposed and dust and debris are removed.
In each example, a thermosetting resin foam [FFU (registered trademark)] in which long glass fibers are arranged in the longitudinal direction and embedded is used as the sleeper.
[0026]
In the sleeper repair method of this example, first, in the first step, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), on the upper surface of the sleeper 11 in a state of being inclined in the longitudinal direction on the inclined roadbed, The U-shaped frame member 12 is fixed with a fixing jig such as a vise so as to surround both side portions of the recessed portion 111 and the lower side in the inclination direction. The inner shape of the U-shaped frame member 12 is larger than the opening of the recessed portion 111 and larger than the outer shape of the pressing plate 141 described later.
[0027]
In the second step, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the filling curing agent 13 is poured into the recessed portion 111 of the sleeper 11.
As the filling curing agent 13, a urethane resin liquid, that is, a mixture prepared by mixing a polyol liquid and a polyisocyanate resin liquid was used. In this urethane resin liquid, a slight glass chop may be mixed to adjust the viscosity and improve the strength after curing.
[0028]
In the third step, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), wear resistance comprising a hard rubber sheet or the like formed in a shape that fits into the opening of the recessed portion 111 on the lower surface of the pressing plate 141 from above. The repair unit 14 temporarily attached with the adhesive sheet 142 via the double-sided tape is fitted with the wear-resistant sheet 142 in the recessed portion 111, and the lower surface around the pressing plate 141 is the upper surface around the recessed portion 111 of the sleeper 11. And is fixed to the sleepers 11 using a fixing jig such as a vise from above the pressing plate 141, and in this state, the filling curing agent is cured.
The holding plate 141 of the repair unit 14 is within a range surrounded by the U-shaped frame member 12 and has a size having an outer shape larger than the opening of the recessed portion 111 of the sleeper 11.
[0029]
In the last step, as shown in FIG. 1 (d), after the filling curing agent is cured (after about 10 minutes), the fixing jig such as each vise is removed, and the U-shaped frame material 12 and the presser are pressed. Remove the plate 141. Also remove the double-sided tape. Further, when the urethane resin 13 ′ that protrudes from the periphery of the recessed portion 111 protrudes, they are also cut off.
As a result, the cured urethane resin 13 ′ was buried in the recessed portion 111 and fixed to the wear-resistant sheet 142 so as to be flush with each other in a state where the cured urethane resin 13 ′ was laid in the longitudinal direction on the inclined roadbed. A repair sleeper 11 'repaired in the state is formed.
Since the press plate 141 and the wear-resistant sheet 142 are merely temporarily attached using a double-sided tape, the press plate 141 can be easily removed.
[0030]
2 (a) to 2 (c) are explanatory views sequentially showing steps of another example of the method for repairing a sleeper tree according to the present invention.
In the sleeper repair method of this example, in the second step, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), a glass mat 150 is arranged in the recessed portion 111 of the sleeper 11, and the filling curing agent 13 is placed in the recessed portion 111. In the last step, the urethane resin 13 ′ cured with the glass mat 150 as a core material filled the recessed portion 111 and the wear-resistant sheet 142 was fixed so as to be flush with each other. Except that the repair sleeper 11 'repaired in the state is formed, the method is the same as that described with reference to FIG. 1 (the same parts are given corresponding figure numbers and the description thereof is omitted).
[0031]
3 (a) to 3 (c) are explanatory views sequentially showing the steps of still another example of the sleeper repair method of the present invention.
In the sleeper repair method of this example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the lower plate of the holding plate 221 having an outer shape larger than the opening of the recessed portion 211 of the sleeper 21 is fitted into the opening of the recessed portion 211. A wear-resistant sheet 222 made of a hard rubber sheet or the like formed into a shape to be inserted is temporarily attached via a double-sided tape, and a lower surface of the wear-resistant sheet 222 is impregnated with a filling curing agent made of a urethane resin liquid similar to the above. The repair unit 22 to which the core member 223 made of sponge is attached is used.
[0032]
First, in the first step, as shown in FIG. 3B, the core member 223 of the repair unit 22 is formed in the recessed portion 211 of the sleeper 21 in a state where it is laid in a longitudinal direction on a sloping roadbed. The wear-resistant sheet 222 is fitted, and the lower surface of the presser plate 221 is covered so that the lower surface of the presser plate 221 contacts the upper surface of the recessed portion 211 of the sleeper 21. Is fixed to the sleeper 21 and the filling curing agent is cured in that state.
[0033]
In the last step, as shown in FIG. 3C, after the filling curing agent is cured (after about 10 minutes), a fixing jig such as a vice is removed, and the presser plate 221 is removed. Also remove the double-sided tape.
As a result, in a state in which the hardened urethane resin 223 ′ having the core member is laid in the longitudinal direction on the inclined roadbed, the hardened urethane resin 223 ′ fills the recessed portion 211 and the wear-resistant sheet 222 is flush. A repair sleeper 21 'repaired in a state of being fixed to is formed.
[0034]
4 (a) to 4 (c) are explanatory views sequentially showing steps of still another example of the sleeper tree repair method of the present invention.
In the sleeper repair method of this example, as shown in FIG. 4A, a sponge in which the lower surface of the pressing plate 321 having an outer shape larger than the opening of the recessed portion 311 of the sleeper 31 is impregnated with a filling hardener. A repair unit 32 in which a core member 322 is temporarily attached via a double-sided tape is used.

The member 322 is fitted and covered so that the lower surface around the presser plate 321 contacts the upper surface around the recessed portion 311 of the sleeper 31, and the sleeper is used on the presser plate 321 using a fixing jig such as a vise. It fixes to 31 and a filling hardening | curing agent is hardened in the state.
[0035]
In the last step, as shown in FIG. 4C, after the filling curing agent is cured (after about 10 minutes), a fixing jig such as a vise is removed, and the pressing plate 321 is removed. Also remove the double-sided tape.
As a result, in a state in which the hardened urethane resin 322 ′ having the core member is laid in the longitudinal direction on the sloping roadbed, the hardened urethane resin 322 ′ fills the recessed portion 311 and is fixed so that the surface is flush. Thus, the repair sleeper 31 'repaired is formed.
[0036]
5 (a) to 5 (c) are explanatory views sequentially showing the steps of still another example of the sleeper tree repair method of the present invention.
