Description
Claims (10)
- 桟部材に太陽電池モジュールを取付けるための固定部材を備え、
前記桟部材は、断面形状がコの字形に形成されたレール部分と、
前記レール部分が形成されている側と反対側に形成され、前記太陽電池モジュールを下側から支持するように形成された台座部と
を有し、
前記太陽電池モジュールは、太陽電池素子が形成された素子板と、
前記素子板の縁を取り囲むように形成された取付け枠と
を含み、
前記固定部材は、板状に形成された胴部と、
前記桟部材の前記レール部分に平面的に接触するように形成された板状の取付け部と、
前記取付け部の表面から立設するように形成され、前記太陽電池モジュールを下側から支持するように形成された受け部と、
前記胴部の端部に形成された鉤形状の複数の鉤部と
を含み、
前記胴部は、主表面が前記取付け部の主表面と略垂直になるように形成され、
前記鉤部は、前記受け部が形成されている側と反対側に折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第1鉤部と、
前記受け部が形成されている側に向かって折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第2鉤部と
を有し、
前記取付け枠は、端部が上側に向かうように形成された鉤形状の係止部を有し、
前記第1鉤部と前記係止部とが向かい合って係合することにより、前記太陽電池モジュールの一方の端部が前記台座部に下側から支持されながら固定されるように形成され、
前記第2鉤部と前記係止部とが向かい合って係合することにより、前記太陽電池モジュールの他方の端部が前記受け部に下側から支持されながら固定されるように形成されている、太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記鉤部は、前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部が配列する方向において、前記第1鉤部と前記第2鉤部とが交互に形成されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記係止部と係合する部分に突起部が形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記固定部材は、前記太陽電池モジュールの側面に当接するひれ部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記ひれ部は、前記太陽電池モジュールに対向する向きに形成された突起部を有する、請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記係止部と係合する部分に突起部が形成され、
前記鉤部の突起部は、前記ひれ部が配置された側と反対側に形成された、請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記取付け枠は、前記係止部の上側に配置されたリブを有し、
前記リブは、前記素子板と前記固定部材との間を塞ぐように平面的に形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記桟部材は、長手方向に前記固定部材が平行移動するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記桟部材は、前記レール部分の一方の側壁が上側に延びるように形成された境界側壁部を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール取付け構造。
- 前記固定部材は、前記境界側壁部と当接するように突出する複数の当たり部を含み、
前記当たり部は、それぞれが鉛直方向とほぼ平行な長手方向を有するように形成された、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
