Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a resin lower sash that is arranged in a door panel of an automobile or the like and guides a window glass housed in the door panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Lower sash is disposed in the door panel of an automobile or the like, to guide the window glass, intended to prevent the rattling of the window glass at the time of the lift at the time or storage, the upper sash which constitutes a part of the window frame (simply door sash This is also called). In recent years, many resin lower sashes have been proposed mainly from the viewpoint of weight reduction, and examples thereof include JP-A Nos. 09-100676 and 09-156373. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-100676 is one in which a window glass holding part and a main body are integrally molded with resin, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-156376 is a window glass holding part made of rubber and attached to a resin main body.
[0003]
The above-described resin lower sash guides or holds the window glass over a wide range in the door panel, but since the upper sash extends into the door panel, the lower end of the window glass sufficiently lowered. There is also a plastic lower sash that holds only the vicinity (No. 05-044169). The resin lower sash presented in this Japanese Utility Model No. 05-044169 has a glass guide extending upward to ensure continuity with the upper sash. In addition, there is a resin lower sash (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-297955) in which both side edges of the upper end portion are expanded outward in order to smoothly guide the descending window glass.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the lower sash is also a member constituting the automobile, there is a specification requirement similar to that of other members that is easy to assemble but is difficult to come off and has few components. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-297955, since it is bolted via a bracket, it is not easy to assemble what is difficult to come off. In addition, the resin lower sash is desirable from the viewpoint of reducing the number of components because each part can be integrally formed, but for example, the resin lower sash disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-100676 uses an assembly means by bolt tightening. There is a problem of adjunctivity. Therefore, assembling means were examined for the purpose of reducing the number of parts by resin lower sash and improving the assembling property.
[0005]
The resin lower sash is desirable from the viewpoint of reducing the weight of the parts and reducing the number of parts as described above. However, since the glass guide that is guided or held in contact with the window glass is also made of resin, this glass guide is used. There is a problem of damaging the window glass that moves up and down while touching. Although this scratch is not a problem that breaks the window glass, it is not good to see a scratch in the vertical direction on the window glass, and it may reduce the commercial value of the car itself. Therefore, it was decided to take measures against window glass scratches that are inevitably caused by adopting resin lower sash.
[0006]
In addition, there is a problem when the lower sash and the upper sash are separate products, particularly when they are separated from each other. For example, to open and close the door half-open state of the window glass bottom has reached barely lower sash, the window glass is a state where the glass bottom deviates is maintained lower sash upper edge outward shake back and forth and left and right, when lowered again window glass In addition, the window glass may deviate from the orbit of the lower sash. In this case, if the lower end of the window glass reaches the lower sash, if the holding is not sufficient, the window glass fluttering back and forth may hit the lower sash and generate a rattling sound (rattle sound). Therefore, it was decided to study how to smoothly guide, hold, or hold the descending window glass to the lower sash, with the primary focus on suppressing or preventing the rattling noise.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Was developed result of the examination is, the insertion portion 3 for guiding the window glass 2 which descent to a predetermined trajectory, the holding part 7 provided right under the insertion portion 3, and a mounting portion 9 to the door panel 6 by a resin In the resin lower sash 1 that is integrally molded and guides the window glass 2 accommodated in the door panel 6 in the vertical direction, the insertion portion 3 is wide at the upper side , and the side walls 4 , 4 that are narrowed toward the holding portion 7 are formed on the window glass. The holding portion 7 is a resin lower sash 1 in which convex portions 8 , 8 that sandwich the window glass 2 that moves up and down by point contact are opposed to each other in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the window glass 2 . The insertion portion 3 may be formed with edges 18 and 18 having downward slopes in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the window glass 2 on the side wall upper edges 17 and 17 facing each other in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the window glass 2 . The spacing of the side wall upper edge 17, 17 is large enough not collide the normal window blur glass 2, the overhang of the side wall edges 16 and 16, large enough not come off in a normal window blur glass 2 Each is desirable.
[0008]
Interpolation part 3 may be a window glass 2 which blur the plane orthogonal direction can be guided to the holder 7. Even if the window glass 2 is shaken beyond the insertion portion 3 , the edges 18 and 18 formed on the upper side edges 17 and 17 of the side walls catch the lower end of the window glass 2 when lowered and return to the side walls 4 and 4 . Let In the insertion portion made of such a side wall 4, 4, as a result of allowing the blurring of certain degree of the window glass 2, there is a possibility of causing rattling sound, the side walls 4, 4 upper interval of the normal window glass 2 If it is increased to such an extent that it does not come into contact with shaking, the occurrence of rattling noise can be effectively suppressed. Further, if the holding portion 7 is provided directly below the insertion portion 3 and the convex portions 8 , 8 that are in direct contact with the window glass 2 are provided directly below the insertion portion 3 , the range of the possibility of generating rattling noise is further increased. Narrow.
[0009]
Hold unit 7 includes a snap-fit claw 11 having a locking projection 13 with a folded back distal end, clamping projection in pairs locking projection 13 of the snap-fit claw 11 sandwiches the mounted portion of the door panel 6 12 is provided as one set, and two sets of the snap-fit claw 11 and the holding protrusion 12 are provided in line symmetry . The point contact here means that the contact area is extremely small. In this resin lower sash 1 , scratches on the window glass 2 that cannot be avoided by using the resin lower sash 1 are stored in the side edge portion of the window glass 2 that moves up and down in the glass run 15 of the upper sash 5. Is virtually invisible, eliminating the problem. Since the scratch itself is made as small as possible by pinching by point contact, even if the scratch protrudes from the glass run 15 of the upper sash 5 , there is little possibility of being noticeable.
[0010]
The mounting portion 9 includes a snap-fitting claw 11 having a hooking projection 13 that is folded back at the tip , and a clamp that clamps the mounting portion of the door panel 6 in pairs with the hooking projection 13 of the snap-fitting claw 11. a protrusion 12 and a pair, the snap-fit claw 11 and the holding projections 12 set of the by the provided two pairs symmetrically, that to improve the assembling property of the resin lower sash. When two pairs of snap-fitting claws 11 and clamping protrusions 12 are provided in line symmetry, the snap-fitting claws 11 rotate around one axis and snap-fit to the other so that the other snap-fitting claw 11 does not come off. the clamping projections 12 corresponding to the pawl 11 may be arranged away as possible from one of the snap-fit claw 11 above. Thereby, even when the window glass 2 shakes in the left-right direction, the resin lower sash 1 is not easily detached. The resin lower sash 1 of the present invention has an advantage that the number of parts is small because these portions are integrally formed of resin.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the resin lower sash 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view showing the mounting position of the resin lower sash 1 of this example, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the resin lower sash 1 viewed from the front, and FIG. 3 is a view of the resin lower sash 1 viewed from the back. 4 is a side view showing a state in which the lowered window glass 2 is held on the resin lower sash 1, FIG. 5 is a rear view of the resin lower sash 1, and FIG. FIG. 7 is a plan view of the resin lower sash 1 and FIG. 8 is equivalent to FIG. 6 showing a state in which the window glass 2 struck over the side wall 4 of the insertion portion 3 returns toward the insertion portion 3. It is a front view. The resin lower sash 1 of the present invention is mounted in a door panel 6 separated from the upper sash 5 as seen in FIGS. 1 and 4. This attachment position is normally determined so that the lowermost end portion of the window glass 2 can be clamped by the convex portion 8 of the holding portion 7 when the window glass 2 is lowered to such an extent that rattling noise starts to occur.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the resin lower sash 1 of the present example includes an insertion portion 3 for guiding the descending window glass 2 to a predetermined track, and a holding portion 7 provided immediately below the insertion portion 3, This is a resin-integrated molded product comprising an attachment portion 9 to the door panel. The mounting portion 9 includes a plurality of latching claws 10, a snap-fit claw 11, and a clamping protrusion 12 corresponding to the snap-fit claw 11. The steel plate 14 to be attached is sandwiched. Since the latching claw 10 and the snap-fit claw 11 are only fitted into the steel plate 14, the assembly work of the resin lower sash 1 is easy. However, since the latching projection 13 and the clamping projection 12 of the snap-fit claw 11 clamp the steel plate 14 as the attachment site (see FIG. 5), it is difficult to come off. As apparent from FIGS. 3 and 5, two sets of snap fit claws 11 and clamping protrusions 12 are arranged, and the distance (X) from one snap fitting claw 11 to the other clamping protrusion 12 is increased. Since it is taken, the resin lower sash 1 is less likely to be misaligned or detached even if it is pushed by the window glass 2 that has been shaken.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the holding portion 7 is provided immediately below the insertion portion 3, and sandwiches the front and back surfaces of the window glass 2 with a pair of convex portions 8 and 8 by point contact. Yes. In this example, the window glass 2 that descends is smoothly sandwiched, and the semicircular convex portion 8 is rounded in the ascending / descending direction of the window glass 2 so that the ideal point contact is possible. Further, in the planar direction of the window glass 2, as seen in FIG. 4, as the convex portion 8 comes into contact with the side edges of the window glass 2 which moves up and down inside the glass run 15 of the upper sash 5, the window glass by contact 2 is hidden in the glass run 15 so that it cannot be seen from the outside. In this example, the convex portion 8 itself is further arranged directly under the insertion portion 3 to narrow the range that causes rattling noise as much as possible.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the insertion portion 3 faces the pair of side walls 4, 4 in a manner that widens upward in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the window glass 2 and narrows toward the holding portion 7. Structure. The side wall 4 is formed of a smooth continuous curved surface so that the blurred window glass 2 can be smoothly lowered. As is apparent from FIG. 6, the distance above the side walls 4 and 4 is large enough not to be hit by the shake of the normal window glass 2, and the side wall edge 16 is apparent from FIGS. In addition, the window glass 2 protrudes in the surface direction so that the blurred window glass 2 does not easily deviate from the insertion portion 3.
[0015]
On the upper edge 17 of the side wall constituting the insertion portion 3, an edge 18 having a downward slope is formed outwardly in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the window glass 2, as is apparent from each drawing. As shown in FIG. 8, the edge 18 is so shaken that the window glass 2 that has deviated beyond the range in which the insertion portion 3 can correct the trajectory can be easily returned into the side wall 4. It is a thing. The window glass 2 has a restoring force for returning to the orbit when it is out of the orbit. The window glass 2 immediately after exceeding the range of the insertion portion 3 is guided again to the insertion portion 3 while sliding the lower end on the edge 18 of the side wall upper edge 17 by this restoring force.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
While taking advantage of the resin-integrated molded product according to the present invention, (1) improved assemblability, less likely to come off, (2) less likely to damage the window glass 2 , and no need to make the scratch visible from the outside. (3) Even if the window glass 2 is blurred, the resin lower sash 1 that can be reliably guided to the holding portion 7 and stably held can be provided. Moreover, since the distance from the insertion part 3 to the holding | maintenance part 7 (especially convex part 8 ) was shortened, there exists an advantage which is easy to suppress rattling noise generation | occurrence | production.
[0017]
In addition, as in the example shown in the embodiment, the resin lower sash 1 in which the insertion portion 3 , the holding portion 7, and the attachment portion 9 are integrated in an extremely compact manner has excellent handleability, and a plurality of resin lower sashes 1 can be provided as necessary. It has the feature which can be installed in the door panel 6 . Even in the case of multiple mounting, the work effort does not increase due to the ease of assembly.
